Consumer Complaint: I am XXXX XXXX military and American Express is denying me benefits provided under the XXXX XXXX XXXX. I joined the military in XXXX and opened the card in XX/XX/XXXX. I have used the chat feature on XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX to try to receive military benefits. I have also called on XXXX XXXX and XXXX times on XXXX XXXX. The company tells me I am ineligible for military benefits, but I am in fact eligible due to my continued service. American Express continues to provide bad information ( like to call XXXX XXXX XXXX ) or to apply for XXXX ( which does not apply to this account ). The company has repeatedly told me they can not provide benefits to me provisioned by the XXXX.

Consumer Complaint: I sent Amex and their registered agent a billing error notice. They have 30 days to reply. As a consumer, they failed to apply a credit that I am due, and also they withheld this disclosure from me. Pursuant 12 cfr 1026.13 this constitutes as a billing error. Amex is notorious for shutting down consumers accounts due to us exercising our consumer rights. Pursuant 12 CFR 1026.11, when a credit balance in excess of {$1.00} is created on a credit account ( through transmittal of funds to a creditor in excess of the total balance due on an account, through rebates of unearned finance charges or insurance premiums, or through amounts otherwise owed to or held for the benefit of the consumer ), the creditor shall credit the amount of the credit balance to the consumer 's account. Refund any part of the remaining credit balance within seven business days from receipt of a written request from the consumer. Make a good faith effort to refund to the consumer by cash, check, or money order, or credit to a deposit account of the consumer, any part of the credit balance remaining in the account for more than six months. No further action is required if the consumer 's current location is not known to the creditor and can not be traced through the consumer 's last known address or telephone number. Also in my letter I stated what they can and cant do to the consumer. I feel as Amex has taken a advantage of me for a long time. They withheld this disclosure while I was paying them when I was due a credit. Im demanding my credit be applied every month as stated. The same letter was also sent to The Alabama Attorney General.

Consumer Complaint: After changing my phone number, I don't have access to my account anymore, because the bank sends a code to the phone number on file each time when a customer tries to log in. KabbageXXXX wouldn't even send me account statements. I have informed them several times that I have changed my phone number but they seem to ignore it. I sent them a written request on XX/XX/2022 to either change my phone number or to close my account. Today, on XX/XX/2022 I received a message on my new phone number from a lady with the name XXXX acknowledging that they received my letter and asking me to return her phone call. When I tried to return her phone call, someone else answered and refused to transfer me to her. This lady who would not identify herself also refused to discuss my written request to close my account.

Consumer Complaint: I received your response, that you close my complaint that I sent, to Investigate the Erroneous Accounts : XXXX - XXXX XXXX Balance : {$0.00}, XXXX XXXX XXXX : {$0.00}, that is UNKNOWN to me. According to the Fair Credit Reporting Act, the Credit Bureau must complete their investigation within 30 days and yet the problem is still reporting in my credit file and you closed my complaint to protect my privacy. This is not a duplicate nor is this complaint being filed by a third party, I am filing this complaint myself. Please see this complaint is processed to the letter of the law. I am submitting this complaint again, myself and attached a copy of my Drivers license, Social security card, and Utility bill to inform you that I am the one asking your help to investigate the inaccurate information listed in my credit file since the credit reporting agencies are not doing their obligations in my credit file.

I can break down all of these terms, " Credit '', " application '', according to federal laws but I will hold off for now.
