Consumer Complaint: I have previously disputed this company and asked that they send the consumer a LEGAL BINDING CONTRACT that has both legible signatures ( from myself and the company entity stating that there is a contractual agreement between both parties. What the consumer received was anything but. The consumer specifically asks for the entity to produce legalities that the alleged account indeed belongs to the consumer. Yet they have chosen over and over again to send the consumer what they feel is needed, which is UNACCEPTABLE. This game that the company is playing should be pointed out that if they are unable to produce the legality of the alleged account then the account should be REMOVED IMMEDIATELY. THE COMPANY IS CONSISTENTLY VIOLATING LAWS. I will upload the latest letter that was sent to the consumer about the matter.

Consumer Complaint: This credit card agency allowed fraudulent purchases consistently. Anywhere between XXXX XXXX purchases to hundreds of dollars. As well as when the card is frozen. On top of that there a fees from those fraudulent charges. They refuse to resolve those and add fees on top of them. These charges go through even when the card is frozen so it leads me to believe that this agency is working directly with the people getting in my card or pushing those charges.

Consumer Complaint: It is unacceptable to me for my complaint to be closed as if there is a resolution when there isn't one. I am re-submitted a complaint that didn't come to a resolution with my credit card company and will keep one open until there is a resolution. Business Credit card was suddenly closed with no reason given on XX/XX/XXXX. There were over {$1000.00} in rewards points on the card when it was closed that can't be used now that the card is closed. After the card was closed we called American Express on XX/XX/XXXX and was told there was no reason for closure and that the representative on the line would take care of the issue for us and reinstate the account. By XX/XX/XXXX the card was still closed and we called support again. Again we were told there was no reason for the card to be closed and that we would have to " reapply '' to have the card reinstated. It is now XX/XX/XXXX and the card is still closed with no follow-ups from American Express . We would like the card to be reinstated and to regain access to our rewards dollars. The response to my original complaint on XX/XX/XXXX was responded to today XX/XX/XXXX. I am summarizing with my interpretation of the letter but it basically stated we don't know why your account was closed, you provided everything that would be needed to reinstate it and the card is still closed. I have attached the companies response from today XX/XX/XXXX which offers no resolution of reasoning.

From {$20000.00} to {$1200.00} The reason was because they said I have a outstanding accounts in collections on my credit report after them randomly pulling my XXXX report. However I do not have any accounts with outstanding balances. I do NOT have any accounts in collections and I Do NOT have any charge off accounts or delinquent accounts. All my accounts reporting are current with low balance. I do NOT have any late payments. This is unfair. I sent them a fax and upload of my up to date credit report and Ive even sent in my bank statements showing how much my business makes. Nothing has been resolved or updated. I feel Im being targeted as a minority & woman owned business.

My XXXX was 13 years ago, well over the XXXX XXXX, and does not appear on my my credit reports. I have successfully applied and received credits cards from several different issuers : XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, two from XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX XXXX ( this last one immediately after I was discriminated against by American Express. ). I have a 100 % on time payment history and a XXXX of over XXXX. I explained that it was discriminatory for American Express to single me out. Consumer Complaint: I have been damaged by Amex Credit because their random audit cut my account value to the point where I downgraded my card because it was not worth the annual fee anymore My credit score now is XXXX points lower on XXXX and XXXX points below than normal due to the Actions of Amex despite 19 years of experience and full service banking. I paid a debt that was not even actually due and have never been late yet all of my accounts were cut to the point that it is not worth using them just paying them off and reserving them for emergencies only rather than close them or just sue them for the damage they have done to me. I gave them supporting documents regarding how I make money and they refused to regard it. I am now submitting more paperwork than it took to secure the account in the first instance. My credit ranged from XXXX XXXX and I spoke with a supervisor there today who said that they would " do something '' to correct the damage to my credit. An hour later I received an email saying that my score dropped from ( XXXX ) XXXX, XXXX XXXX ) at XXXX... and I'm afraid to look at XXXX. I used Amex Bank and credit and they damaged my credit rating, no reason completely random with no forewarning. I am writing this complaint because I spoke to a supervisor who led me to believe that they would '' do something " to ensure my credit rating goes back to where it was but I don't believe this because an hour later I get a XXXX email saying there was a change to my score and XXXX XXXX notes a XXXX point drop. I am asking for rapid assistance as a means to avoid suing for the damages done to my credit rating to XXXX. Please help remedy this before I am forced to litigate or change my name to XXXX XXXX.

Consumer Complaint: My brother-in-law had a savings account with Kabbage, which was bought out by American Express apparently. He passed away last year without a will and I am administrator of his estate. After contacting Amex and being told what documents are needed to close the account, and given the po box to send the documents, I sent everything via certified mail twice - the first time the documents were delivered on XX/XX/XXXX, and most recently they were delivered on XX/XX/XXXX- I have a certified receipt for both deliveries, and paid to get a signature the last time. I have tried calling Amex and Corporate and have been on hold several hours and transferred around, and twice after being sent to a supervisor was hung up on. No resolution, and no help. I feel that they are trying to avoid closing out the account and paying the money owed to his estate.
