Consumer Complaint: XXXX XXXX in XXXX New Jersey. The Used car price was {$49000.00} plus tax. When I checked my finance documents because I was wondering why my payments were so high and for so long ( 6 years ) it says price is {$60000.00} plus tax. They added {$10000.00} to the sale price without me knowing and mixed into the my monthly payments hoping I would not notice. I have pictures from their website showing the {$49000.00} price. I am extremely upset and need assistance please. Thank you.

Consumer Complaint: On XXXX XXXX I applied in good faith for vehicle financing at XXXX of XXXX car dealership. One of the banks that denied me was Ally Bank. I the consumer and natural person was denied credit by Ally Bank when I applied for a vehicle. Adverse action against a consumer is AGAINST THE LAW according to the Equal Opportunity Act which is codified in 15 U.S.C 1692 ( c ) and is pursuant to civil liability under 15 U.S.C 1692 ( k ). Ally Bank is subject to criminal liability for violating 15 U.S.C 1691 as I have proof I was discriminated against by Ally Bank due to the response I received. Ally Bank is in violation of 15 U.S.C 1642, U.S.C 1681 ( m ) and 12 CFR 1002 because I, the consumer made an application in good faith and credit was not issued. Furthermore because my social security number ( credit card ) was used and I received NO benefit, this is proof of fraudulent activity ( unauthorized use of credit card ) on behalf of Ally Bank. The social security card is NOT an identifying document. The Credit Reporting Agencies are private companies that are not government affiliated.

Consumer Complaint: on XX/XX/XXXX, i went to XXXX XXXX of XXXX to purchase a vehicle, a XXXX XXXX XXXX for a total cost of {$18000.00}. I presented my pay stubs for two weeks which showed a monthly income of $ XXXX sales rep. XXXX XXXX filled out the application and came back with an approval from Ally Financial. The transaction was completed with me signing the remaining paperwork. A short while later as i applied for other things, I noticed I was consistently denied, it wasn't until I was trying to get a consolidation loan that I was made aware that my debt to income was well the over limit. and the agent helping me with my budget asked me how I was able to purchase this vehicle off of my present income. It was then that I began to read over the retail purchase contract and discovered that the sales rep. XXXX XXXX had more than double my monthly income in order for me to qualify for the purchase of the vehicle. The sale rep committed fraud to the Lender Ally Financial as well as myself and has caused severe damage to my credit. This was immediately reported to Ally Financial fraud dept.
