Under 15 USC 1681 Section604A Section 2, it also states a consumer reporting agency can not furnish an accounts without my written instructions. Under 15USC1666B a creditor may not treat a payment on a credit card accounts under an open-end consumer credit plan as late for any purpose.

Consumer Complaint: I bank with Ally bank and someone hacked/stolen my debit card and used to make purchase on XXXX and XXXX costing around XXXX dollars out of my bank account. Ally bank refuse my fraud claim stating that I have authorized it. All of these transaction was for the same amount and on XXXX and XXXX and I did not authorized it. I have contacted both XXXX AND XXXX and both agree that it is fraud and I have to contact my banking institute to get my money back. Both XXXX and XXXX both stated they are willing to reverse the transaction as long as my bank initial the chargeback on their side, yet Ally bank is refusing to do this and is denying my claim. Please help me contact AllyBank and get this resolve. I have screenshot of this from both XXXX and XXXX. All of these screenshot are from XXXX. They agree to refund me and Allybank is not allowing my claim so my money can come back. Here I have picture proof the XXXX sent to me the that the merchant of XXXX agree to reverse the transaction and refund me the money back if my Bank Allybank allow it. XXXX have asked that I dispute with my bank, but Ally bank is not honoring my claim. My bank have not asked me to send in any information and yet just denied my claim and not giving me a answer.

Consumer Complaint: I leased my car via Ally Financial. At the end of lease term, a check was mailed via USPS to purchase my car on XX/XX/23 and was delivered on XX/XX/23. The check was cashed on XX/XX/23. In late XXXX, I got a call from the lease purchase department stating that the payoff could not be accepted because the lease was under my name, XXXX XXXX, and the check was drawn from my wife, XXXX XXXX bank account. Even though we told him that California is a community state and it should not make a difference. The representative indicated that their institution considered my wife as a third party who is not allowed to purchase/pay off the loan on my behalf. I was told that a refund would be issued and I would mail in a replacement check from a bank account with me as account holder. On XX/XX/23, I did not receive the refund check and talked to XXXX XXXX at Ally and was told that refund check was forthcoming. I requested to speak to supervisor and never received a call back. I called on XX/XX/23 again and talked to XXXX XXXX. He told me that the refund check was approved on XX/XX/23 but and should have been sent to me. XXXX said that he would contact the payment processing center to see when the check was mailed and whether it was cashed. But I never got a call back. Later on XX/XX/23, I made a complaint to Allys website and XXXX from executive customer service department called on XXXX at XXXX PDT. When I called back only to learn that his department closed at XXXX PDT, so I left voicemail. Today XXXX I called twice, left messages again and never got a call back. So it has been over 50 days since my payment processed and I still did not have title to my car.

Consumer Complaint: Sunday evening. XX/XX/XXXX. I started receiving notifications via email from various credit card companies stating that my credit score had just changed. I went into my XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX score to notice that my credit score had dropped XXXX points. The reason was Ally Financial, on XX/XX/XXXX & XXXX, had reported a derogatory Account and a Delinquent Account. I did some further research to notice the account number was not man account number. I immediately called them Monday morning, XX/XX/XXXX and reported the incident. I have had a loan with then since XXXX and never once have had a late payment, not once. After looking into my account they confirmed just that and said it was a computer mistake that inn 30 days it would be taken care of. I insisted I wanted it removed from my record but again was told it would take 30 days. I was told I would receive a letter and I would have to contact numerous credit bureaus and show them the paper I was to receive. Yesterday, I wrote them a letter in my profile email stating if I did not hear back from them I was reporting them to you. Needless to say, I have not heard a word from them. Ally has not been the least bit concerned nor made an effort to rectify this situation.

You are required to prove what you are claiming against me. You can not invent charges and then try to force me to pay for them when they are not accurate or valid. Please respond with photos with timestamps of the odometer and contact details with the person at the dealership who took them as proof of your claim that I was over mileage. The vehicle was returned nearly 3 months before you all decided to present me with these scam you created to try and get money from me. Provide proof of custody of the vehicle and surveillance that can prove that someone else did not take the vehicle and drive it to add the alleged extra miles during the 3 months you had the vehicle before you started trying to rob me of more money! If you can not do this, you need to drop this and stop trying to bully a XXXX XXXX veteran or this will be on the news! XXXX my name XXXX XXXX and you will see that I am a public figure with access to media. I am tired of this game you all are playing with me. You are a bank, You got more money than the car is worth, and you are so greedy that you will keep resisting doing what is right for months? Why is this so important for you all? Just drop this and save some dignity and decorum for you brand! You are NOT owed the money you are requesting and you can not prove that I am responsible for whatever mileage number you have recorded. I was told at the turn in appointment that I owed nothing, that mileage was under, and that the extra warranty and insurance I purchased at the dealership covered anything else. It is unfair and wicked to come attack me for money 3 months later!
