Consumer Complaint: I have a vehicle loan financed with Ally Financial. In the month of XXXX, my payment was due on XX/XX/2023. I completed the payment in the amount of {$400.00} on XX/XX/2023. Although the payment was completed after the XXXX of the month, due to XXXX having only 28 days, at the time of the payment on XX/XX/XXXX, the account would have been 29 days past due. Ally reported to the credit bureau that my account was 30 days delinquent and refuses to remove the reporting. I have spoke to countless members of their leadership team and have submitted several disputes, including one in writing. Each time I speak to a representative, they advise that my account was only XXXX XXXX but since it was after the due date, the system reported it as XXXX XXXX. While I understand how that may be, this is unfair, unjust, and a violation of the FCRA.

Consumer Complaint: I had received some late ( XXXX ) during XXXX ( XXXX lockdown in Texas ) due to a loss of my job. I called each time to advise them that a payment would be made late as I was doing everything in my power to make the payments on time. Once I had a new job I completely paid the account up and was making all future payments in advance. However due to the fact they filed the payments late on my credit report my credit has taken a very large hit due to the payment history during a nationwide pandemic. I have reached out to them multiple times ( by phone, through the app, emails and written letter ) across the span of XXXX years. They have failed to make any contact with me or provide a response to the request to remove the late payments with the proof provided that they were advised in advance of the issue and then paid in full with advance payments. I have continued to make payments in advance for XXXX years and have completed XXXX personal loans with the same company all with on-time or advanced payments.
