Consumer Complaint: I have been meticulously following the rules for public service loan forgiveness ( PSLF ) for the past 12 years. I made sure I was in the right type of loan, the right type of payment plan. I had a total of XXXX total direct loan sequences, XXXX with the same loan counts, and XXXX other consolidation loans with the same loan counts. I was told repeatedly by FedLoans servicing that there was no point in consolidating my loans because they were all Direct loans and that consolidation would reset my payment counts. In XX/XX/2021, sequences XXXX and XXXX were forgiven and for that I am extremely grateful. In XX/XX/2021, the waiver was announced and I learned that if I had been able to consolidate my loans under the waiver, all of my loans could have gotten the higher payment count and be forgiven. It just feels like the rules keep changing and that at every step of the way, I have been given bad information by my loan servicers.

Consumer Complaint: XX/XX/XXXX submitted the PSLF application XX/XX/XXXX XXXX rec 'd a letter indicating my loans were being transferred for Public Service Loan Forgiveness Eligibility Confirmation XX/XX/XXXX I rec 'd a welcome letter from Fed Loans that indicated my loans had been transferred. My eligible payment count did not include any payments I made to US Dept of Education from XXXX XXXX XXXX XX/XX/XXXX. Contacted Customer Support. They had me reapply for PSLF all over again AND and upload any proof I had of making those payments because the services had gone out of business. I submitted the 1098-N showing student loan interest paid for each year in question to the website. XX/XX/XXXX - Uploaded all of my available bank statements showing payments were in fact made for the 5 years I was not credited for PSLF payments.

Consumer Complaint: Fed Loan servicing advised me that I needed to consolidate my XXXX direct loans to Fed Loans to be eligible for the waiver for XXXX. I have paid on my loans since the program began in XXXX. I did receive loan forgiveness in XX/XX/XXXX, for which I am very grateful, but lost all overpayment eligibility with the unnecessary consolidation into Fed Loans. I am requesting Fed Loan retract the consolidation and/or update my eligibility date to XXXX. I would then be eligible for the 5 years of direct loan over payments from XXXX. This is a significant amount of money and bad advice from unqualified loan representatives have cost me thousands of dollars. I am requesting they get this issue expedited to a supervisor. There has to be a way to fix what they did wrong. They should be the experts in this new loan program, not me! I will continue to contact my state representatives as well.

Consumer Complaint: I was forced to move due to COVID and was XXXX XXXX XXXX taking care of COVID patients in XXXX OH. I never received information regarding my AES loans being late and my credit was hurt by them reporting delinquent account status. My loans were {$15.00} a month at the time and when I recertified for income based repayment my loans were {$0.00}. I never once received communication that I was late for payments until my credit report was hit with deliquent status. I have pleaded with this company to remove the negative marks to my credit with no avail. They consider it a courtesy however I was never notified ; how in the world can this be just reporting? I have since paid off the loan with a {$15000.00} payment from my checking account. I need help getting this removed from my credit report. It is absolute madness that this is allowed to stand. The company has had me dispute this credit reporting several times to no avail and provides absolutely zero help with getting this issue resolved. PLEASE HELP Desperate XXXX- XXXX XXXX

Consumer Complaint: In XXXX of XXXX I called and was given an extension on my student loans thru fed loan servicing. I was impacted by the hurricane in my area of florida. This hurricane hit us on XX/XX/2019 snd fema declared it a Major Disaster on XX/XX/2019. Florida Hurricane Dorian ( DR-4468-FL ). Here is the official website : https : //www.fema.gov/disaster/4468 I was told by phone and have since contact the company by several more calls and then here again, as well as previously in writing. This same call I was also sent a loan discharge application that i returned and was told I would here back from. I never got the status update on this either. Please advise. I can not get them to correct it thru XXXX XXXX or agency oversite complaints. I saved the recorded phone call but i dont want to make a court issue out of this if it can be corrected. Farthermore since i have been impacted by XXXX and XXXX since. Yet again i ask that fedloan servicing please retroactivate and correct the previous extension granted on my student loan payments from XX/XX/2019 on all 3 of my credit reports. Please also send me a letter daying that the missed payment on XXXX of XXXX was removed as well. Its been an unreasonable amount of time.

Consumer Complaint: Last XXXX, XXXX, I updated my address with this evil and predatory company you allow to also service federal loans. AGAIN last month I did it, but as you can see in our " chat '' they pretend they can not see it. The chat agent asked me to send her personal information in a chat, despite the fact that I was told NOT TO SEND PERSONAL INFORMATION. Tonight my credit card company informed me I have a negative rating on something. I logged on to see. I have almost an XXXX credit score. I have JUST PAID THIS LOAN IN FULL, but it is not posting yet. I logged on and I see that EVERY MONTH they are reporting me as " skipped, can not contact. '' THEY ABSOLUTELY CAN CONTACT ME because 1 ) my address has been correct this whole time and it's NOT MY FAULT they can't see it? Seriously? You need to investigate them. 2 ) I have E-STATEMENTS, and my emails come through fine and I have been communication during this whole time. Also, it should be noted, I have been AHEAD on payments for months, if not longer, though they charge DAILY interest and my 10 year loan become 20 " suddenly '' which is why they can't " see '' my address I am sure. They won't even respond to you. This is my THIRD complaint to you for THREE DIFFERENT REASONS and the first one replied only to say " they are working on it. '' You need to stop giving these predators a pass. They are conning the CFPB too. Even though I paid the loan IN FULL I plan to pursue further action to get a refund of the MASSIVE overpayment. But I was advised to do this. NOW THEY HAVE LIED ON MY CREDIT REPORT CAUSING A NEGATIVE RATING DESPITE THE CORRECT ADDRESS BEING SHOWN ON MY ACCOUNT. I have told them for months I can not update my address because I do not have ANOTHER ONE TO MAKE UP FOR THEM. The correct one is there already! They even harassed my friends to find the address they had all along, and my friends though maybe I did not pay my bills on time. They caused me great humiliation, pain and suffering FOR BEING AHEAD ON MY PAYMENTS AND BEING RESPONSIBLE ENOUGH TO PAY AND ALSO UPDATE MY INFORMATION. You will also note that the most recent account letter in my inbox online requesting recent contact info has my ACTUAL REAL UPDATED ADDRESS ON IT! I am being PUNISHED in real ways by their INCOMPETENCE! I can not " find '' another address. That IS my address.

Consumer Complaint: I have attempted multiple times to receive information on income driven repayment plans and the Public Service Loan Forgiveness program and it takes months for responses. I am passed around from person to person and continue to receive conflicting information. Information posted on the FedLoan, XXXX, and Department of Education websites also provides conflicting information. I was also falsely kept in deferment after attempting to apply for an income driven repayment plan which potentially decreased my time in qualifying repayment. I was told I couldnt even apply until 4 years after my graduation. I have worked for over 10 years in public service for a qualifying employer as a school counselor and made my payments which should result in forgiveness. However each time I apply or ask what I need to do, I am given new unpublished reasons for why I dont qualify. The PSLF program is a sham that keeps individuals who have worked years in public service and have based major life decisions on from receiving the forgiveness they have earned.

Consumer Complaint: US BKPT CT IL XXXX REF # XXXX and REF # XXXX REF # XXXX all bankruptcy were sent to the credit buerau for deletion.. All three credit bureau responded stated that the information was accurate. After contacting the bankruptcy court I received a letter stating that the court does NOT perform any activities with the credit bureau. Therefor the credit bureau remove all XXXX XXXX but then added one because of there illegal tacked in not performing the guidelines of the FCRA. At this time the bankruptcy are showing on my credit reports, which these creditors should be remove immediately. I have provided documentation of the deletion. FED LOAN SERV # XXXX Regarding these student loans account all account were deleted, even though you see deletion on the document. All three credit bureau refuse to remove all student loans that got deleted under the account number # XXXX. These account were consolidated paid off. Per the creditor they requested that the accounts were deleted as you can see. XXXX # XXXX as you can see bueraus are reporting this account open XX/XX/XXXX this account was open XX/XX/XXXX this account was fraud and you can see the account was deleted. This account is still showing on XXXX and XXXX the report information is wrong and also the creditor was deleted. I have enclosed the documents

Consumer Complaint: Earlier this week, I submitted a partial payment on my student loan with AES, which was late at the time, in the amount of {$60.00}. Their system pulled the full monthly total of my loan, {$390.00}, from my deposit checking account, which triggered a significant overdraft. As a result of the initial overdraft, three other pending transactions also overdrafted on my account, which will trigger additional fees. I contacted AES today when I attempted to buy groceries and found my account was in overdraft status. They recommended that I follow up with my own bank, XXXX XXXX, and put a stop payment on the transaction. Unfortunately, the window for that request passed, so the funds went out. AES did not know why their system pulled the incorrect amount. They did acknowledge that I inputted the payment amount manually, but they offered little insight into how their payment system failed. AES may refund the money, but I am now with a negative balance until my next paycheck, which will now be that much less due to fees and the original overdraft amount. AES acknowledged that any refund could take weeks and would impact my account status. I requested that they file an internal complaint to track the matter in case this was impacting other borrowers. This is their system 's fault, I've been harmed financially, and I believe this complaint is justified under the circumstances. Thank you for your time.
