Consumer Complaint: I sent in a letter on my first police report XX/XX/2022 ( XXXX ) and letter for identity theft. Tracking Number XXXX USPS to have the account Fed load Services removed from my credit report. XXXX, XXXX and XXXX all removed this account from my credit On XX/XX/2022 These items where place back on my credit report by XXXX and XXXX. I called in to dispute these items immediately. I was told I can not dispute these items because the creditor said the debt was mine and the debt had been validated. I asked for proof of validation. I was told that was something that could not be provided to me as consumer. I filed another Police Report ( XXXX UPDATE ) XX/XX/2022 and sent it certified mail ( XXXX ) I attempted to dispute this account again However XXXX and XXXX rep told me the account would stay on my report. On XXXX I spoke with XXXX a specialist that XXXX made me pay for in a membership benefit form. XXXX told me to send in another police report. But there was not much she could do. I explained the COST of sending in information and my lack of transportation due to being affected by the pandemic. Documents sent XX/XX/2022 Tracking XXXX According to the Fair Credit Reporting act 15 USC1681.Section 602A I have a right to privacy. According to 15 USC 1681 Section 604A Section 2 No financial institution is suppose to share my information to a third party. I did not give written permission to have the accounts added to my credit report. I have also attached a recent copy of my FICO report to support and show inaccuracies. This clearly violates my federally protected consumer rights

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX of XXXX, the US Department of Education announced a Limited Time Waiver that would allow previous times of employment in a Public Service job to qualify towards the XXXX required monthly payments on a Direct Loan, if those payments were made on a FFELP loan or a Direct Loan that was subsequently consolidated. Again, on XX/XX/XXXX the US Department of Education made this announcement for a waiver from previous strict rules regarding PSLF. Fedloan Servicing must be the *ONLY* people/organization that did NOT KNOW about this Limited Time Waiver. On XX/XX/XXXX I submitted two Employment Certification Forms/ Applications for PSLF that were signed by my former employers to certify the dates of my employment AFTER XX/XX/XXXX, of XXXX that would qualify for the Limited Time Waiver for PSLF. Again, I submitted two valid and correct PSLF Application/Employment Certification Forms on XX/XX/XXXX in accordance with the terms of the Limited Time Waiver. On XX/XX/XXXX -- - once Again XX/XX/XXXX of XXXX. I received a message from Fedloan Servicing that my PSLF Application/Employment Certification was rejected because my certified dates of Employment were before the disbursement of my Direct Loans. Again, that was the message sent to me on XX/XX/XXXX. The XXXX at Fedloan Servicing, who again must have been the ONLY PEOPLE in the USA to not know about the Limited Time Waiver rejected my two PSLF applications/Employment Certification forms when my forms conform with the literal intent of the US Department of Education goals for the waiver. I believe only high school drop outs are hired at Fedloans because of how XXXX the staff members seem to be or execute over and over and over again. Maybe the staff at Fedloans are not high school drop outs. Maybe Fedloans only hires crackheads from XXXX or XXXX that would also explain the poor servicing experiences Fedloan produces time after time after time.

Consumer Complaint: I applied for the Temporary Public Service Loan Forgiveness Program. My loan counts are way off as they are not including payments I made from XX/XX/XXXX through XXXX of XXXX. Their reasoning is they can't find the payments and they don't have the bills I was issued. Therfore they say the payments are not eligible. How can a required student payment not be eligible.just because they can't find them? I'm sure i'm not the only person being denied this Forgiveness because the Department of Education can't keep track of payments. This is unfair and not my fault. I am distraught over this. How can it be fixed. I have called FedLoan and sent emails only to be blown off by staff. I have been making the required payments for 20 years. Tell me how to fix this?

Consumer Complaint: I am scheduled for forgiveness of my loan in XXXX, and my servicer has not responded to my emails in regards to the years of service I have provided from XXXX. As well, they recommended I fill out a form for medical forbearance to count my years in residency however this recommendation removed payments towards my forgiveness after removing an Adminstrative forbearance. This was poor recommendation from the servicer regressing my time towards loan forgiveness.

Consumer Complaint: AES, the servicer of my loan has tried to bait and switch my payments so that interests continue to accrue on one of the loans. I contacted them when they started this practice and told them it was not acceptable and I wanted my payments to be allocated equally. They did this for one payment and the next payment they are back doing the same thing.

Subissue: Need information about your loan balance or loan terms
Consumer Complaint: I have been enrolled in the public service loan forgiveness since 2007 when the program started. I have held XXXX XXXX that meet the criteria and submitted the Public Service Loan forgiveness certification form yearly. I was in the middle of loan consolidation as recommended to receive the highest payment counts. One day after my loans were consolidated, my PSLF took place and my remaining balance on direct loan were forgiven, except one. I waited and thought it was timing- after all the most current loans I had were forgiven but the oldest ones were not. They were consolidated into a new loan - I resubmitted my employment certifications from 2007. My payment account is listed as 3 on the new consolidated loans- meaning all the prior payments I made were lost in the consolidation. I am not getting anything from federal student loan- no reply 's to emails, long hold times on the phone. My payment numbers havent been updated. I have been waiting for this program to finally come together since I completed my first ten years in the public health care field. I am going on waiting for this for 15 years now- the way this program is sloppy and with no regard to us that work in public service for this loan program. I am really beyond frustrated that only half of the loans were forgiven- when I have meet all the requirements. When in fact on the new loan they consolidated all my past payments were wiped out- when they consolidated and only forgave half of the loans -- and the most current loans at that! Please help me!! I feel like I am getting no where with FedLoan.

Consumer Complaint: My student loans through fed loan reported a 90 day late, however repayment was not due for another 3 months. I was in my 6-month period after graduation. Contacted the company and was told via phone there was not payment generated to report. I was sent a correction form. No action was taken. Then a few months after they announced they were closing and selling loan.

Consumer Complaint: I applied for PSLF on the traditional grounds in late summer XXXX. The new waiver program was announced in early XXXX. On XX/XX/2021, I received an email that stated my payment count would go up by at least 33 payments ( outside of the XXXX payments I made that qualified my for loan forgiveness under the prior rules ). On XX/XX/2021, I received a letter that stated my loan balance was forgiven. I did not get any refund for the extra payments, nor are the payments visible on my Fedloan account. I filed a case on the Studentaid.gov website regarding the lack of refund. I received a reply stating that I would not be receiving a refund.

Consumer Complaint: Every time I call they put me on hold for over an hour. One person says he can help me and then he puts me on hold and does not get back to me. I have a simple question. Where am I at with my PSLF application? For some reason nobody can give me an answer and they continue to put me on hold after I actually talk to someone.

Consumer Complaint: In XX/XX/XXXX, a lump sum payment by the Department of Defense ( DoD ) was made to FedLoan Servicing in the amount of {$31000.00}. As stated on studentaid.gov ( https : //studentaid.govXXXX ) the DoD lump payment exceeded what would have been received over a 12-month period, which would result in 12 payments counted towards the required 120 Public Service Loan Forgiveness ( PSLF ) payments. Since XXXX I have repeatedly tried to get this matter resolved with only a partial number of those payments reflected. To date, only XX/XX/XXXX through XX/XX/XXXX have been counted, while XX/XX/XXXX through XX/XX/XXXX have not counted. Following numerous phone calls and escalated case requests, I have come to learn on XXXX XX/XX/XXXX, that the reason XX/XX/XXXX XX/XX/XXXX were not counted was due to the fact that a rule ( not described to me at any point ) is in place where my income recertification month of XXXX negated the remaining DoD Lump sum payments to be counted. I have scoured the Code of Federal regulations, made close to a hundred phone calls to FedLoan Servicing, and reviewed all aspects related to the DoD lump sum payment over the last three years without a single note or rule stating the aforementioned rule. Not a single FedLoan representative mentioned this extremely important rule in the last three years. More importantly, as an XXXX XXXX servicemember, I am not in control or have any ability to influence when the DoD lump sum payment is disbursed towards my student loans. Without any control over those matters, it would seem unfair and dishonest to accept all {$31000.00} by FedLoan Servicing only to curtail the full number of payments that should be counted. I have consistently received misinformation and improper guidance from FedLoan servicing over the last three years pertaining this matter and many others for which I will not get into. No phone call is ever the same because the guidance and rules regarding this program has been poorly understood by the service representatives. I am looking for someone to help.
