Consumer Complaint: FedLoan currently holds all the loans that I finished paying before the loans were transferred to XXXX. I called at the end of XXXX ( about two weeks ago ) and confirmed that I would be receiving a refund on all those loans and would be getting the money in my account in 6 weeks. It has now been about 8 weeks and I still have not seen the money and I can not see any open loan balances in my FedLoan portal.

I have two issues : -Missing XXXX count information -Outdate loan balance and lower credit score as my payments have not been applied to my account. The parties that are causing the issue : XXXXFEDLOAN -XXXX -XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ) XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX ( XXXX ) Actions I have taken since XXXX : -Contact both XXXX and XXXX XXXX via XXXX, in person, and email to fill out the XXXX form to get the months from XXXX XXXX XXXX added to my count for XXXX employment. Both parties have failed to respond XXXXWork with Fedloan and now XXXX to resolve the issue. I have submitted the following to FEDLOAN : -PSLF forms indicating that the Agencies failed to fill out the forms -Emails -My XXXX of XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX employment record -XXXX XXXX Waiver Fedloan has giving me multiple excuses and now says XXXX is responsible. XXXX says they are still processing but the they do not have any records of forms or information for those months. On top of that my employer XXXX XXXX XXXX for XXXX XXXX ( XXXX ) has been making payments on my behalf. And since XX/XX/XXXX, those payments have not been added to my account and the old balance is still on my credit report, impacting me from shopping for a mortgage. The however, has been taken out of the account and I am paying taxes on these payments. XXXX has confirmed with my employer of receiving a payment in XXXX but the payment has not been added to my account. This is emotional draining because I always wanted to be a XXXX XXXX and went to XXXX school because I kept being rejected. Now I am trying to use the resources recruiters told me about and it is hindering me from moving on with my life. I can't provide the emails as they went sent via my work email and the Fedloan XXXX is missing my documents. Please advise and thank you.

Consumer Complaint: I having issue with AES. My account shows that my account is in paid head status. However, I not seeing how the extra payment have been applied. Since my loan is consolidated, the system shows that two separate loans based by the type. My understanding that I could not use my extra payments to be applied to one loan. even through the system show XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. I was told that my loan was consolidated it should be fix XXXX XXXX One of my loans show that owe interest but I just made payments XXXX. I contacted AES and asked for my original loan documents.

My request to block is not made in error nor is my request to block being made on the basis of material representation of fact by me relevant to the request to block the identified transactions. The identified transactions are not information related to any transactions by me as a consumer. Consumer Complaint: AES student loans : -notified me last fall ( XXXX ) that payments were no longer on pause -I began making payments again -I kept seeing news that student loan payments were still on pause -I reached out a few months ago and inquired why I was still making payments if everything is paused and I wanted my money back -They didn't answer my question and just said if I forced to be refunded, it would put my account in collection status -I stopped automatic payments -My husband lost his job and my income is sporadic and well under XXXX XXXX/year -I applied for an IDR plan and submitted all the information -I kept getting notifications that my application was incomplete, however, I also applied for an IDR with XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and they had no problem reviewing the exact same info and completing the task -I messaged AES asking specifically what was needed and they never let me know XXXX only that it was incomplete and I would receive something in the mail with more information -I never received anything in the mail -I have tried to apply for student loan forgiveness as a past employee of nonprofit organizations -I 'm doing everything I can to keep these current and have a repayment plan that reflects my income but I don't know what to do anymore -I don't understand why AES has been hounding me for payments when everywhere else seems like it's on pause -At the moment, I can not afford the payment they have set for me and I don't appreciate the lack of information or willingness to help in the situation at all

Consumer Complaint: Hello, I recently had my FedLoan account transferred to XXXX after absolutely no communication or warning. This was after I requested a refund to my account, and now neither company is able to give me concrete answers on when I will be able to get this refund and WHERE the refund will be going, since XXXX has not been able to transfer accounts yet and I can not log in. This is unacceptable due to lack of communication or any direction whatsoever. If the refund is not processed in time, interest will start accruing at the hands of these companies who handled this situation at the worst possible time, seemingly intentionally. FedLoan has been an incredibly difficult company to work with. Those who are dealing with this situation do not know what their future financial situation with this will be whatsoever. I can not even provide account number information because it is completely gone from FedLoan 's website.
