Consumer Complaint: This card was only used once, fraudulently. I rented a moving truck to move but my house flooded and I needed to delay my move. So within the same day I called both credit card and rental company. They told me to deliver it back by XXXX and there would be no fee. During the course of this and inquiring about payments, the moving company actually tried to reverse the initial charge. MORE THAN ONCE. The credit card company did not authorize it, so it didn't get credited back. I opened a dispute with them, but they ended up charging even more. I didn't use the truck. It was returned within 12 hours of getting it. The rental agency tried to refund the charge and it's all USAA and their inability to hire competent representatives. A cancellation with the truck company would have been a small fee. But because USAA screwed up processing the reverse charge, they are charging me for the price if I actually used the truck, and not the small cancellation fee in the contract.

Consumer Complaint: USAA has been in reception of MULTIPLE lawful payments and has yet to apply any of them to the account I use for my benefit. I believe in all of my heart that the instruments ( aka payments ) have been stolen and possibly sold for value of USAA 's personal financial gain. Attached are some of the instruments./payments USAA also commits crimes called double dipping, they expect the be paid twice for their insurance products by payment PLUS remittance coupons that are redeemed via Remittance department. Any time I call, I get multiple representatives who never provide transparent answers. This bank has been in reception of MULTIPLE negotiable instruments as payments and/or deposit funding and it has yet to be applied EVEN ONCE. A XXXX IRS Referral and Interference with commerce IRS Notice, a long with documentation of USAA 'S DISHONOR has been sent USPS to XXXX, Utah in hopes to recover the funds *eventually *, but I hope your department can intervene sooner??

Consumer Complaint: On XXXX XX/XX/2022 my vehicle was involved in am accident and remained in the repair shop for 3 months. USAA Insurance declared it a total loss XXXX XXXX and owernership was transfered to them. I signed paperwork for the payoff. I don't have control of title paperwork. They were the Lienholders also. They would not release my payment until they received the Title from the DMV, but they had the vehicle in their possession. They reported missed and late payments to the 3 bureaus. I've been a member with USAA over 20 years and never missed a payment. I contacted USAA and explained the situation and asked if they could removed the negative reporting statement and they said they could not. I disputed with the 3 bureaus also. Why should I be held at fault if they didn't have the title, but were is possession of the vehicle. Payment should have been released when I signed over ownership to them. It's their 's and the dealership responsibility to obtain the title information.
