Consumer Complaint: USAA is reporting a 30-day late payment on my credit report for the month of XX/XX/2022. I previously submitted a dispute directly with the creditor. I received an automated message saying this account has been verified despite not providing any documentation that this account was 30-days past due. This error has resulted in my credit score dropping XXXX XXXX and has prevented me from being able to obtain a mortgage. Upon trying to resolve this issue with USAA I spoke to members of the president 's office who assured me that they would help me get this inaccuracy fixed and removed from my account. My rights as a consumer have been violated per FCRA 609/611.

Both fraudulent charges were sent to XXXX a cryptocurrency platform. I immediately reported the fraud to my bank They are refusing to return the XXXX bc it was a wire. I dont care HOW the hacker stole my money. It was fraud, I also sent multiple emails to XXXX explaining what happened. I had recently set up an account with them and they said there was nothing they could do. They sent {$530.00} of my money to someone elses account!!

Consumer Complaint: I have repeatedly asked USAA via email and telephone to close my checking and savings accounts, and they refuse to do so. They will not explain to me why they won't close the accounts, but every time I ask to get them closed, they don't do it. I have even mailed return receipt letters to them to close the account, and they won't do it. I do not want to ever bank with this institution again, and I resent every time they email me or send me a statement. Please assist.
