Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX a company by the name of XXXX XXXX withdrew {$230.00} from my account without my permission. I put in the claim dispute with USAA. They went ahead and opened an investigation and never asked me for any of my paperwork or my statement instead they accepted the merchants paperwork and deemed the investigation closed and allowed them to withdraw the money. I have asked on multiple occasion since XX/XX/XXXX to speak to a supervisor to go over the paperwork provided by the merchant and as of today XX/XX/XXXX that request continues to be ignored. I have told them I havent done business with that merchant since XX/XX/2021. I asked them to confirm through their updater system if thats how the merchant was able to charge the new card and that request has been denied and rejected. I told them I didnt even receive whatever XXXX the merchant is claiming to have shipped and I just want them to do proper investigation. Unfortunately I have gotten no help at all even though Ive spoken to multiple representatives and Im just being ignored. I told them at this point I would need to file a complaint with the CFPB because no one is willing to help me out with this fraud on my account and the last representative by the name of XXXX just said go ahead then.

Consumer Complaint: The United Services Automobile Association ( USAA ) charged me exorbitant auto insurance rates for three vehicles, increased the already exorbitant insurance rates unbeknownst to me in the middle of my policy days after the original quote and implementation of the policy, demanded that I pay the newly increased amounts in my monthly premium payments, accepted my XX/XX/XXXX premium payment, informed me that they would not refund the payment and that my auto insurance policy would be cancelled if I did not pay the remaining excessive charges that do not include a regular monthly premium payment. Policy effective date : XX/XX/XXXX thru XX/XX/XXXX. The exorbitant premium was charged to a XXXX XXXX XXXX shown on my declaration page in the amount of {$1300.00}, and a hidden additional amount of {$2600.00}, an {$830.00} increase, was stated in non-conspicuous place on a separate page. I submitted monthly premium payments to USAA each and every month of the policy as follows : {$370.00} XX/XX/XXXX ; {$420.00} XX/XX/XXXX ; {$420.00} XX/XX/XXXX ; {$420.00} XX/XX/XXXX ; {$210.00} for ( only two cars after removing the XXXX from policy ) XX/XX/XXXX.

Consumer Complaint: We received a letter from USAA Subrogation Department reading that we had an accident with my daughter 's vehicle. My daughter or none of us had any accidents on XX/XX/XXXX. We have tried several times to talk with USAA but have gotten nowhere with them. We called our insurance company XXXX and explained what is going on also. XXXX have sent 2 letters stating that they have the wrong vin number. We have tried to call USAA but they do not have a phone number to talk to them. We have also sent letters letting them know they have the wrong vin number and they still are moving forward with the claim. We have received a letter stating that we owe {$7500.00} for damages that we never did. They are stating that if we don't pay this it will go on my Credit Report as a default and it will hurt my credit. Please help us with this problem as we have not had an accident nor are we going to pay this bill. They are using bully tactics and we are very nervous about this letter.

Consumer Complaint: On XXXX, XXXX XXXX a fraudster gained access to my USAA account and wired in {$5000.00}. Then they transferred money from my savings account to my checking account, and wired out {$6100.00}. I called the next day to dispute the unauthorized wire and assumed they would handle the problem. USAA attempted to recall the wire on XX/XX/XXXX. Even after securing my account with USAA with their security team, I had another {$5000.00} transfer from my checking account, on XX/XX/XXXX which left my account overdrawn ( - {$5000.00} ). They told me they would look into the issue but it may take up to ten days. Ten days later, and my dispute was closed though nothing was resolved or communicated to me. I had to issue a new dispute and a new wire recall to start the process again. I am now receiving official USAA letters to collect the money from my overdrawn checking account. It has been a month and they have not resolved the issue nor have they been helpful in communicating why my account was able to be overdrawn by {$5000.00}. Or why I am liable for an unauthorized wire and transfer? In short, someone stole my money and now USAA is asking me to resolve the insufficient funds, which I do not have since all my money was wired out.

Consumer Complaint: USAA Federal Savings Bank accepted a fraudulent application for credit and openened an account on behalf of an individual who fraudulently used my name and social security number. Per XXXX credit report, a credit inquiry was made by USAA on XX/XX/2022. Upon reporting the fraud, USAA closed the fraudulent account and provided a form for me to request copies of business records related to the account that was opened without my authorization. I submitted this form along with the required identification ( copy of my valid driver 's license and a completed Identity Theft Report ) on XX/XX/2022 On XX/XX/2022, I received a letter acknowledging receipt of my request with the following statement : " We have completed out investigation regarding your request. Based on the personl infomation you provided, we are unable to produce any documentation related to your request. '' I provided exactly the information they required to process my request. I find it troubling that they will not provide any documentation related to the fraudulent activity that I may forward to the appropriate authorities for further investigation into who is in possession of my personal information. Consumer Complaint: There is no need to forward comments to the agencies. I am not disputing debt. I am showing valid, legitimate proof or reporting errors. According to the CFPB, i have a right to have an error free credit report. I DO NOT HAVE THAT. I am sending you information directly from my credit report, with errors annotated to be clearly visible. One of the reports will be with USAA. This has been filed previously, with no result. I am not disputing debt. I am proving reporting errors from four major corporations. USAA is still reporting a debt from XXXX. This debt was sold in a charge off. They have made numerous changes, from closing and reopening the account, to re-reporting different information. Notice on the credit report where they placed an OK block in XX/XX/XXXX. Next, XXXX XXXX. Notice three specific line errors, specifically with 30 60 90 day reporting, not matching up with lined monthly totals. XXXX also just changed the monthly on time payment percentage going from 15 to 73 percent, this dropping my XXXX score XXXX points. This was also only posted after I sent them certified mail showing them their reporting errors. I feel this was malicious, vindictive, and meant to harm my reputation. The third report concerns XXXX, an auto finance predatory loan company. There are four line item discrepancies, and no remarks about status of vehicle. I voluntarily traded this auto for another vehicle at a dealership, with the dealer contacting XXXX to inform them of my surrender. Notice monthly pay reporting is not reported correctly. Fourth, is XXXX XXXX. This tradeline has three specific reporting errors. Most notably three different reporting dates, among other errors.

Consumer Complaint: I received a call on XX/XX/XXXX from USAA letting me know that account was hacked and someone had created an external account and transferred funds. They also told me that someone tried to make a transfer to XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX for {$3500.00} and XXXX XXXX payment for {$900.00} in Fl. I did NOT authorize these transactions. After giving this person my information they hung on me. I called USAA back and later found out that the person who originally called me was one of the scammers. XX/XX/XXXX started the fraud and identity investigation with USAA. I spoke with someone named XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX and he found fraud in MY favor and i was to have all those funds back in 2 to 3 business days. A total of {$3700.00} per XXXX which was a fraud investigotor. I called back on Tuesday XX/XX/XXXX asking where the funds were. Spoke with someone now named XXXX she said she will care for the funds as NO one requested those. I was happy to hear this news. SHe later called me back and said never mind i looked into your account and didn't see a breach I wont get any of those funds and now has locked all access to my account. I have called USAA everyday since XX/XX/XXXX and there has always been a different answer to all my same questions. I spoke with XXXX today a fraud analyst and she told me to call back and dispute the decision which i will be doing. i called usaa on XX/XX/1924, XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, XXXX XX/XX/XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX at least 3 times per day I do not understand why 1 inverstigator can be so understanding and helpful and the next one was so rude, nasty and not helpful. Consumer Complaint: I received a letter from the IRS on XX/XX/2022 stating there was a possible employment related identity theft. I placed a fraud alert on my account. I then received two letters from USAA in, but the letter was dated XX/XX/2022. They were both a notification of bank account closure. I have never opened an account with USAA. I called the company, and they wanted my social security, which I did not give because I was very uncomfortable. I believe there is fraud on my account, and someone other than myself opened two USAA accounts under my identity.
