Consumer Complaint: I want to open complaint on USBANK. I had FHA mortgage with USBANK. I sold property, got conventional mortgage and I have closed mortgage with USBANK. USBANK send me letter confirming all my outstanding debts are paid and mortgage is closed on XX/XX/2023. I currently have no open accounts with USBANK at all. Today I just received letter saying I owe {$180.00} on gold checking account I never had with USBANK. I am attaching picture as a prof. I has been contacted by debt collection agency and it harmed my credit score. There is psychological aspect also taking toll on me. This is clearly a big fraud for me. Looking forward for resolution.

Consumer Complaint: XX/XX/XXXX Modification scam of US BANK XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX I have been filing complaints with this bureau since XXXX. This will be the sixth complaint with this bureau since then. My very first complaint was in XXXX. My husband and I became two months behind on our mortgage. My husband and a lawyer went to a local US BANK branch here in XXXX Tennessee, to request a conversation with the branch manager on how we can proceed further and get caught up on our payments. They were told they would never be seen even if they had an appointment. This was XXXX during the recession of XXXX XXXX first term, we were like many Americans, who were facing financial difficulties due to layoffs. And this begins the first of many complaints. Once I started on the modification trail, it did not take me long to realize I needed to research modifications with US BANK due to the way everything was being handled. With my research I still continued to work with US BANK and filed complaints with the consumer finance protection bureau. During this time of my complaints we were finally granted a modification XXXX made our three payments, and then the modification was taken away. Contacted the bank and this branch had no idea why the other branch canceled the modification. And USBANK had admitted mishandled funds of {$2200.00} was applied to escrow shortage error. This error and all of the other complaints that I have made or also errors that were published against US BANK. I can not understand why we were not giving responses and privileges from the errors that have been documented that the bank has done. One major thing that I had constantly been insisting needed to be looked into for our house. One was that our custom built house had never had a single inspection done. Sent in a document from XXXX XXXX commission board, stating where the inspector gave dates of inspections and the dates were all canceled. Also, the statement of everything that was wrong and needed to be repaired and finally stated nothing had been done. Our original mortgage was with XXXX XXXX Bank, they never should have released occupancy for this house. Then our mortgage was with XXXX mortgage and then to US BANK. I sent in documentation between mortgage companies, and as far as I could see, nothing had been signed by us, possible Robo signing. We did everything requested by US BANK for us to do, the Hamp the Harp everything for a modification, and this has continued to today. Since this time in XX/XX/XXXX, a tree fell in her house and did massive damage. So during this time of continuous modifications, the restrictions that US Bank put on for a contractor were unacceptable to nine different contractors. I contacted all contractors stating that US BANK was too difficult to work with, and had a reputation for not paying what was billed. The insurance at the time was XXXX insurance ; they barely gave us money to cover a roof that did not include any of our personal items that were destroyed. Also filed a complaint with XXXX insurance. Also, the air quality company filed a complaint with XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX. nothing was resolved. So during this time mold was created in our house upstairs Where my daughter and I sleep. I hired an XXXX air quality inspector. I sent reports to US BANK and to XXXX. The living facility has mold and no one under the age of XXXX could be upstairs without permanent respiratory issues. The bedroom that had the most damage still does not have a ceiling And has been mice infested. Also sent in a report from XXXX to both entities. In XX/XX/XXXX we hired XXXX XXXX for their legal services. For over 11 months they have been working with the bank and with us for the sole purpose of getting a modification. The Legal team experienced the same issues as I have since XXXX. The positive thing with the legal service is that they stayed in touch with US BANK and when US BANK would request information and many times the same information repeatedly, they would be on top of it instead of the bank mailing it to us and we receiving it weeks later, many times missing the deadline that they requested for the information to complete request for modification. During the month of XXXX, we finally had a complete packet for a modification, and received the letter from US BANK that they had a complete packet. Within two days received another letter saying they would not grant a modification. The modification scam has been very true since the very beginning I have stated with the bureau, the findings of other lawsuits for the modification scams, and Im going to reiterate them again. 1. US BANK vs. XXXX. The New York judge ruled to put an end to their modification scams, and ruled in favor of the plaintiff. XXXX. Secular vs US BANK, NO, XX/XX/XXXX of XXXX, case number XXXX. XXXX XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX XXXX. they failed to pay their mortgage payments for over XXXX years. On appeal the XXXX agreed they do in fact have XXXX standing to bring the wrong foreclosure claim to US BANK and they can not foreclose. Because they were alleged issues with the assignment of the deed of trust, the statute of limitations under which US BANK could not bring its foreclosure claim to pass. They were not in default because of alleged loan modification, the judge rule and in favor of the plaintiff. 3. XX/XX/XXXX report number XXXX, exact same filing for loan modification due to illness. Repeatedly asked for the same information denied for some reasons either signature or date in wrong place, date not correct or the notary, notarized in the wrong place. All of the above we have also endured. 4. XX/XX/XXXX, judge rules against US BANK in mortgage modification suit, for XXXX XXXX. 5. XXXX XXXX vs US BANK, Case number XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX. XX/XX/XXXX the Supreme Court versus consumer finance protection bureau, that funding is unconstitutional, because the bureau gets its money from the federal reserve, which is in turn, is funded by bank fees. We have kept fighting for this house that we custom built in XXXX. Unfortunately, we are like many Americans who fail in the financial crisis during the recession of XXXX. The abuse of the modification scam of US BANK. has taken a terrific toll on my family. During these times, and we have reported over and over the health issues, my daughter and I went to a XXXX XXXX XXXX, and he confirmed we are allergic to mold, which is included in all of my complaints. I personally have health issues going from XXXX, I am still under care of a vein surgeon, for deep vein, thrombosis, and a hematologist. It is such a shame that this bureau has allowed this abuse to continue with my family since XXXX. It all could have been resolved after the first two months. We have shown good faith, that we want to work with the bank. We have shown that we want to keep our home, and this is still true today. But when is this modification scam of US BANK going to be brought to light and Justice prevail for my family. All of the stress and everything that US BANK has put us through? All of my complaints since XXXX have been proven to be fines for US BANK. But for some reason our house has not reached the benefits that other families have. It should be under the statute of limitations time for this US BANK modification scam with our family to be made in favor of our family and provide the deed to the house. Consumer Complaint: I bought a US bank XXXX gift card FYI Card # XXXX ccv XXXX Barcode # XXXX I made a flight book with XXXX, and there is an issue with the credit back so XXXX customer service suggested me to contact card issuer for refund ( this doesn't matter ). So I contacted USBank prepaid gift card customer service. Talking about open a dispute on payment. But I didn't proceed the dispute since the customer service told me, that will takes 180 days for investigation. So I quit, told that customer service stop it. ( USBank Prepaid GC dpt. gets every phone call on recording, you can check the voice recording for, if I authorize the dispute ). Then I talked with XXXX customer service and finally, after XXXX hour talk, I get my refund perfectly back to my card. XX/XX/2023. And XXXX day later, I checked with USB GC auto-phone call, the balance {$500.00} was back. Landing safe for now. ( And my card wasn't replaced for now, since if the card is replaced, customer can not reach to auto-phone call, can not self-check balance with auto-phone call ) Then my nightmare came. Around 3 days later, approaching XXXX, I tried double check the card balance, since I know the USB GC is not someone good to use, so that I can avoid embarrassing of declined payment while trying to sweep the card in store. !!! I dial the auto-phone call number again, I was astonished transferred to human customer service, that's mean, something not right happened on my card, MY CARD WAS REPLACED. My card was replaced, without my authorization ; The replacing reason is, an un-authorized dispute. Init a dispute, without customer 's permission, is not right. Replace customer 's card, is also not right. But it's okay I'm trying not to be hash. I'm not happy with missed the oppotinute using the card on XXXX Friday, but fine. I talked with the USB GC customer service, they said the replaced card would with me on XXXX. But now, XX/XX/XXXX, still don't get. And a customer service told me it's still on time frame ( XXXX bs days ) ( while the previous customer service told me it is around XXXX bs days )

I provided account number and routing number only for the deposit. My bank account was hacked the next day. I noticed multiple unknown transactions. There was multiple transactions for remitly that was sent from my XXXX XXXX account. There were XXXX transactions for XXXX each. The caller first identified himself as XXXX with XXXX XXXX he communicated with the number XXXX. The remitly transactions that were fraudulent went to somebody in XXXX named XXXX XXXX, number XXXX. There are XXXX reference numbers are : XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, XXXX. There was also a XXXX XXXX transaction on XX/XX/28 for {$150.00} to XXXX XXXX. His senior loan XXXX communicated with me with the fake name of XXXX XXXX with XXXX XXXX the number that was used was XXXX. He was harassing me to send money. I refused. I checked my bank account and it was completely drained, multiple unknown transactions. I tried to log in to my mobile bank app and was locked out so I called the bank and they said somebody hacked into my account from out of state. The bank put a hold on my account and wouldnt release me my funds so I could open a new account at a different bank. They would not let me have the money until investigation is complete that can take up to XXXX days. I have no money, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and I can not without my funds, need to pay rent etc. the bank treated me as if I did something wrong. Consumer Complaint: My Fidelity Rewards card 's statement generally arrives two weeks after the due date. As a consequence I was late paying for the billing period ending XX/XX/23. Having just returned from a month in XXXX, I only found out about it because they turned off my card without notification ( or statement ). I called to inquire and complain. They waived the late fee and blamed the USPS, but offer no suggestion or guidance regarding a remedy. I was late again for XXXX 's billing period. I place the same call, same complaint regarding the untimely statements, was once again told the blame lay with the USPS. they waived the fee. Today, same thing, same result, but they would not waive the fee ( {$41.00} ). At least this time the representative was helpful enough to walk me through their website to set up alerts to try and prevent a four-peat. I'm XXXX XXXX XXXX. Prior to geiing this card and another, my credit score was about 830 ( another sore subject ). I pay about a dozen bills every month, on time! I've never had this problem before. Is it legal for a company to charge a late fee when they consistently do no remit a timely statement?

I was told I would receive my money by check in15 days it is XXXX XX/XX/XXXX and my money is still being held over XXXX in beginning and another XXXX deposited on XXXX XX/XX/XXXX by disability direct deposit bc account shows open. I am late in rent water gas electric cell phone internet storage not to mention Ive had no money this is all I have its causing a hardship. My Mac rent check bounced due to the block they submitted even though the money was in account. This has made me almost XXXX
