I completed well over the required threshold to earn the full {$20.00}. My account was never credited the {$20.00}. I attempted to resolve with their customer service XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, and XX/XX/XXXX. Ultimately being told they dont understand why Ive not received credit but still wouldnt credit it so I requested to close this account. According to XXXX reviews, a lot of customers recently have had negative experiences with this company. I then receive a response 5 hours later after requesting card be closed that it may be credited the following month but I was told that for the previous month. Just more nonsense. A customer service specialist reached out and when I responded letting them know Id be filing this complaint, there was no response.

Consumer Complaint: I purchased a condominium XXXX XXXX XXXX, originally purchased with XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. I was never given a notice, but they suddenly sold the note to US Bank National Association. They have since went up several times on the mortgage payment. I recently mailed them certified and faxed a letter requesting UCC Article 9, Writ of Discovery, freedom of information act and request of accounting regarding the loan. I also sent them a tender of payment to include 1099A, twice XXXX and XXXX XXXX Since US Bank has securitized the promissory note, without my consent and knowledge, I have rescinded the contract and stand a surety over the securities and request and demand discharge of debts. They have committed securities fraud and I demand a discharge and immediate pay off to be reported on my credit report. They have ignored the notice and phone calls. They have instead used it to ask if I want to sell the property or request forbearance. I am demanding a discharge of the debt, due to securities fraud.

I was laid on a few bills I was laid on my rent, I just left a lot of people, including myself very unhappy and very stressed out, I asked them what was going on was why wasnt I able to use my card and they gave me a lot of back-and-forth, at the end of the day I am only a consumer I dont have time for all of this and figuring out what U.S. Bank is doing, all I know is I deposit money in my bank and I want to use it they told me I had limits on my account Which they never told me that in the beginning of the process, they just flat out lied to me one minute they said that I had a limit on my account and I couldnt raise it until 12 months the next minute the representative told me that thats not true, but I still had limits on my card, it made me default on some payments. It made me go negative on some payments, and I owe because of that. They stopped my card too and made me go to the bank to get another card..I went and the tellers didnt understand why I needed a new one and there was nothing wrong with it! No one knows anything there! My cat XXXX could do a better job! This isnt right! People starved and looked at me like I was a no good liar..I couldnt cook XXXX they stopped my XXXX orders in mid route too smh

Consumer Complaint: In XXXX of this year I filed a dispute with Us bank relia card. On US banks behalf they disputed the wrong transactions and they were in fault for disputing my 2 water bills one for XXXX dollars the other for XXXX. They pulled the phone call to see I in fact stated DO NOT dispute those water bills from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX! They did anyway. On XXXX XXXX a provisional credit was given to me for XXXX dollars ( the two water bills that werent supposed to be disputed in the first place ) And on XX/XX/2023 they took that money back from the water co. {$100.00} total. Then on the XXXX of XXXX they canceled the dispute because they were the ones responsible for the mix up in the first place. Not only did I repay the water company but I paid 2 fees of {$25.00} dollars for both returned payment fees and XXXX for a reconnect fee because of US banks negligence my water was turned off. Moving forward, on the XXXX of XXXX that {$100.00} dollars they already took back from the water company, they reversed the credit on my account. Let me rewind and tell you how many calls I have made because of someone elses mess up. Over 50 calls in the last month to them and they all have a different story. I have talked to upwards of 30 supervisors and noone can give me a tracking number or any kind of transaction number to where this money was supposedly issued back to the water company. So on XX/XX/XXXX the credit was taken back and was found to be no error. On XXXX the XXXX I had a deposit from the XXXX XXXX for {$120.00} and they took {$100.00} out of my account. At that point we should have been even. XXXX dollar balance. But instead took the provisional credit back and took that money from the water company and I am the one who originally paid it. That is my money they took. The water companys biling department for XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX in XXXX, KY. XXXX Has NO proof this money has made it back to them. Ive talked to every department even accounting and they dont have it. But the money has not returned and like the water company said. '' Once they accept a fraud dispute from the bank that money doesnt go back to the bank and then back to them. '' Its a one step process. Us bank owes me that {$100.00}. Dollars. Asked them to find a tracking or transaction ID number for the money that was sent back. They don't see that. Any money that goes in or out has some kind of papertrail. I want my money they owe me! I cant get anything done but going in a circle because of there negligence. Thank you. XXXX XXXX

Consumer Complaint: US Bank denies claims for fraudulent withdraws from account. We did not authorize or make these transfers. Closed accounts after bank verified that phone number and address changed on accounts by someone accessing online accounts and accounts compromised. Indicates either someone hacked my account or that I gave my banking info to someone. Bank indicates that someone obtained log info to online account but refuses to cover fraudulent charges unless they know they are going to get their money back. Refunded the XXXX XXXX fraudulent transfer but not any other charges. Most charges went through the US bank app that partners and sponsors XXXX on their banking app. We did not make these transfers or authorize these charges. Bank states someone had access to online banking access, changed address and phone number so that we would not get alerts but denies claims. Requested claim denial documentation used to make their decision to deny refunding amounts but I am not sure what all the abbreviations mean or how to read. Nor can I understand how they acknowledge that online banking info was compromised and fraudulent and were able to refund a XXXX XXXX transfer because they were able to get their money back but refuses to recover other charges made through their US Bank App XXXX sponsor/partner. I do not have a XXXX account nor would I use one of these types of apps. Fraud was able to be transferred through US Bank due to partnership with XXXX. As well as a credit card advance in the amount of {$1300.00}. I did not do take out a cash advance on my credit card. I did not authorize or make any of the below charges. Consumer Complaint: US Bank Charges a {$7.00} check cashing fee to cash paychecks written from business accounts from them if you do not have an account with them. This violates labor law that says the instrument for paying wages must not be discounted. I live in Oregon and the State of Oregon has its bank accounts with US Bank. I have complained on a state level and contacted the corporate offices of US Bank and have had no response. When I asked to speak to the branch manager they said they didnt care what the law was, that they charged XXXX dollars for non account holders and tried to get me to open an account. Also they refused to give me a receipt for the XXXX XXXX XXXX to cash the paycheck and a receipt for cashing it. They need to be investigated and will be found guilty of this. They should be ashamed of taking advantage of American workers and make them care what the law is.

Consumer Complaint: I have been using a usbank focus payroll card. On XX/XX/ at XXXXXXXX XXXX I got an alert on my phone that three separate chargers were added to my account all via ATM charges. The first charge was for XXXX, the second charge was for XXXX and the third charge was for XXXX. I havent lost my card or given my information out so I do not understand how this was possible. I called my bank as soon as I noticed which was at XXXX XXXX I canceled my card and tried to report the charges as fraudulent. I was informed that the charges were withdrawn from Florida which is across the country from where I am. Usbank stated that they will start an investigation and mail me paperwork that will arrive in three business days. They stated that the investigation can take up to 90 days and that they will not return the money that was stolen until the investigation is finished, and that it was proven that fraudulent activity has taken place. I also ordered a new card that should arrive in 7-10 business days. I plan on making a police report today.
