Consumer Complaint: Purchased {$500.00} Arizona Mastercard Gift Card instore from XXXX 's store located in AZ state on XXXX The gift card is supposed to be activated right after the purchase. The gift card was issued by U.S. Bank National Association. When I tried to use the gift card it didn't work and also balance inquiry also not worked when checked online using URL XXXX I contacted customer care using the number XXXX listed on back of the card. I was informed the card was inactivated due to fraud checks and asked to fax receipt, front and back of the gift card and Driver license to fax XXXX XXXX XXXX. I faxed all the relevant documents on XX/XX/2023. When I contacted customer service about replacement card, they replied they received the fax, but DL ID is not readable and asked to refax all the documents again. I did refax all the documents again on XX/XX/2023 and again contacted the replacement card and I got the same response, fax was received but DL was not readable. I suspect some sort of fraud by the bank and is trying to deny providing the replacement card saying documents are not clear. I already spent considerable amount for sending the Fax multiple times and I suspect they will provide the same reason and not willing to share the fax they received saying security concerns and not saying what is wrong and reiterating to fax again.

Consumer Complaint: Hello, we opened a 0 % interested free company credit card with US Bank. The problems started when I couldn't set up an online acct to place my card on auto pay. Me and my partner called multiple times over numerous months and no one could help up set up our online access nor did anyone know how to do it. So I could not set auto pay and I could not access my rewards. This error at US Bank caused my account to accumulate late fees, over the limit fees and interested to be charged to my zero percent interest card. I told them of the error and I think they might of waived one late fee. Every time I tried to set up an online acct their online system would generate a message " their is some type of issue with their system ''. Then about one month ago I spoke with a rep that was able to aid me in getting the online account set up. I tried to access my online account with the same login information a couple weeks ago and the same error message kept arising and I have not been able to access my online account. I received a bill in the mail saying I owed a certain amount so I decided to call in to make the payment because I could not access my acct online to pay. When I called US Bank to make payment the computer system said nothing was owed even though I had a bill stating a certain amount was owed by the due date. Then I got a phone call a couple days later saying my bill was late and I owed {$93.00}. My official bill said around {$300.00} and this is the 1st time Im hearing {$93.00} is owed. So I need the the bank to refund all fees, extend my zero interest double the time and allow me online access to my account. Also, I need to all the phone records.

Consumer Complaint: Subject : Urgent Complaint : Deceptive Delays and Emotional Trauma Caused by US Bank 's Title Release Failure Dear US Bank Leasing Department, I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction and emotional distress caused by the unacceptable delay in releasing the title for my leased vehicle. After diligently fulfilling my obligations by paying off the full lease amount 90 days ago, I am now facing the dire possibility of losing my car due to US Bank 's repeated failure to send the title. 45 Days of Inconsistent Responses and Wreckless Negligence : In the past 45 days, I have placed at least 4 calls per week inquiring about the title 's mailing status. Each call yielded inconsistent and unhelpful responses, further adding to my frustration and anxiety. This blatant disregard for my concerns and urgency represents a level of negligence that is simply unacceptable. Imminent Threat of Car Repossession : My new financier, adhering to their strict 60-day policy, is prepared to repossess the vehicle if the title isn't transferred to their name within that timeframe. This impending deadline hangs over me like a dark cloud, causing immense emotional trauma and stress. Financial and Emotional Damages : Due to the missing title, I have been forced to pay two months of car payments while being unable to drive it. This financial burden is compounded by the additional costs of relying on XXXX and borrowing other vehicles for my transportation needs. The constant worry and frustration of chasing unresponsive representatives has taken a significant toll on my emotional well-being. XXXX Efforts Rendered Futile : Even the XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, after receiving the title twice from US Bank with correction requests, is unable to assist me further. They have confirmed that the onus lies solely with US Bank to initiate the final mailing of the title. Deception and Lack of Accountability : The entire experience has left me feeling deceived and powerless. The lack of accountability and transparency from US Bank representatives is deeply concerning. Consumer Complaint: The US bank deside to close my account after i made a withdraw from my XXXX account to bank account ( XXXX ). First when i link my bank account with XXXX has been over XXXX months when XXXX send me XXXX small deposit by the time the bank never decide to close or hold the money. My XXXX account has been link with my XXXX Name XXXX XXXX That means ( XXXX XXXX ) When people has a bussiness account its possible to have any nick name, thats meam if i transfer fund to my bank its coming showing that nick name, but is the bank do not understand that is not my Problem!!!!!! Almost XXXX moths with this issue, and the bank keep my money, i went to the branch and i spoke with the manager to XXXX ( XXXX ) She said the fraud deparment do not want release the funds. I told her XXXX time, if the bank do not want gave me my money, just return my XXXX money to XXXX and i will be able to transfer the fund to my other bank. So, i just want us bank refund my money or give me my money without more issue, im tired about this situation. or im going to issue the bank for by thieves.

U.S. BANK WRONGFULLY FORECLOSED ON THIS PROPERTY FRAUDULENTLY AND FORGED DOCUMENTS WITH MY SIGNATURE DATE OF THE DOCUMENTS SHOW XX/XX/XXXX. I HAVE THE ORIGINAL DOCUMENTS AS WELL. CONTACTED FHA AND THEY ADVISED ME TO PULL FOIA AND NO DOCUMENTS ARE FOUND FOR THIS SUPPOSE TO BE FHA/HUD HOME.THE FHA XXXXOCUMENTS THAT HAS BEEN SENT TO MY EMAIL ARE FALSIFIED THROUGH U.S. BANK FROM A REPRESENTATIVE AT U. S. BANK SENT THE DOCUMENTS TO ME. THE DOCUMENT DID NOT COME FROM FHA. I HAVE NOW INVOLVED THE FDIC, OCC, AND ARE NOW IN CONTACT WITH THE ATTORNEY 'S THAT HANDLED THE {$2.00} XXXX LAWSUIT. WHAT'S MORE I NO WITHOUT A DOUBT U.S. BANK NEVER OWNED THIS LOAN BECAUSE IT DOES NOT APPEAR ON MY CREDIT REPORT AND THE FORECLOSURE BETTER NOT EVER SHOW UP OR ANOTHER LAWSUIT WILL BE FILED AND EVERYONE, I'M WORKING WITH WILL SEE TO IT. THIS IS MY LIFE THAT THIS BANK IS MESSING WITH AND XXXX XXXX AND BEEN IN AND OUT THE HOSPITAL BECAUSE OF THIS BANK FOR THE FOULNESS THEY HAVE COMMITTED I NOW HAVE TO HAVE XXXX IN XXXX BECAUSE OF THE STRESS THAT THIS BANK HAS TAKEN MY FAMILY THROUGH PAIN AND SUFFERING IS AT THE POINT OF NO RETURN THE NOTICES PUT ON MY DOOR HAS CAUSED MANY AILMENTS I'VE NEVER HAD IN MY LIFE.LACK OF SLEEP SITTING UP WORRIED ABOUT MY GIRLS I RAISED ON MY ON SINGLE PARENT THAT IS XXXX SINGLE AND XXXX TAKING FROM SOMEONE THAT HAS NOTHING GOING TO PANTRIES TO FEED MY FAMILY BECAUSE OF THE MONEY I'VE HAD TO PAY TO KEEP A ROOF OVER OUR HEAD HOLES IN MY SHOES BECAUSE MY GIRLS COME FIRST A XXXX TREE WITHOUT GIFTS HOPING WE HAVE A ROOF BECAUSE ATTORNEYS COST WHOLE PAY CHECK GOING TO BANKRUPTCY AND THIS BANK HAS THE NERVE TO SAY THEY NEVER RECEIVED NOT ONE PAYMENT. Consumer Complaint: So I don't have exact dates. But reliacard has my recorded messages and had their superiors talking with labor and industries which is where the card was produced because of. Not only dI 'd reliacard not give me my funds I had in the acconut but they said they paid the banks which reliacard had me use their atms. Then they not only took the money out but when approached about the XXXX they would have me use atms and attempt to make more withdraws which would then freeze my account for 24 hours. They shut my card down saying that my card was the problem and then never sent another card for over a month saying it was a mistake and the person who shut the one card down shut the card down but didn't reorder me a new one. They wouldn't allow me to transfer money to another account stating that I don't have an actual account just a card for money that was given to them by XXXX XXXX XXXX. Then finally after XXXX XXXX XXXX finance person and I got it clear to reliacard what had happened reliacard shut down the account they said I never had and sent me a certified lether to my landlords address and charged me the cost of the certified check that made my rent over two months late and only sent the amount of one check. They had been given my next pay periods money during the month that all this happened and didn't enter it into my account which made confusion because XXXX XXXX XXXX showed the release of funds was made to reliacard. This was during the months XX/XX/XXXX through XX/XX/XXXX. XXXX XXXX XXXX has just recently been able to get to the bottom of it all and finally issued me a check this month XX/XX/XXXX. Being on XXXX my funds are very important to me. Reliacard charged me overdrafts on this account. They gave me earnest money while deciding if they had made a mistake in the amount of somewhere in the ballpark of XXXX dollars and then they said they didn't make an error and charged me back for the XXXX plus overdrafts on the account I never had per them and never did I see the money from that money because relia card had their supervisor tell me their investigation says they paid these banks where I used their arms except they didnt. I'd be on the phone with reliacard per their customer service reps and attempt to take money out of atms that were US Bank atms even and the arm would say insufficient funds and I'd tell them exactly what the arms said and they would tell me they aren't affiliated with Us bank only that they get their cards issued by US Bank and that's why they would have me use US Bank atms. The whole thing cost me my place of residence for almost a year. Because of this I wasnt able to stay in contact with XXXX XXXX XXXX and forced to have them close my claim. I was homeless and I ate outta garbage cans and went hungry alot of the time. My health has deteriorated because of this and now as of XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX has had to reopen my claim and now not only will I never be able to work again but I may lose my XXXX due to XXXX XXXX XXXX from XXXX I had that went unchecked due to having no way to have contact with XXXX XXXX XXXX. I've been humiliated by not only reliacards employees but when Id call every day they would put me on hold and then hours later they would say hello and disconnect the call. This went on for months until my phone carrier shut my phone off for none payment and now I've lost important messages from police officers who called to.let me know someone was trying to get inot my house and that person then robbed me but messages from my son who's no longer with us due to XXXX XXXX last year. This may be how these XXXXXXXX XXXX run a buisness and that's good and fine. But when someone like me goes to their place of buisness and rips into them because of their ignorance and incompetence. I really don't feel that, that person should be held accoutable table for their actions. It's not like people collecting government subsidized income while outta work are really able to keep up on bills as it is usually. But when these XXXX nor only laugh at you but play games with your money and leave you with no option to be compensated for what you lose they shouldn't be fined or have their hands slapped. It should be a crime. It should be taken serious as someone trying to XXXX XXXX. There were times I can't believe I made it through where I was shivering so cold and so hungry that I XXXX XXXX. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. To hear that they have actually finally been caught at their XXXX tactics and XXXX brings a little happiness to me. But it will never come close to being so much as a drop in the bucket for the XXXX they caused me and I'm sure thousands of others. I didn't even have enough money to have a service for my son after he passed. I took donations and begged on the street corners just to afford to have him XXXX. Losing his messages he had left me will never be able to be brought back. And the thought of being so down and unable to do simple things like have a service for him weighs on my heart every single day. I hope these people are charged with criminal charges and have their very lives torn apart like some of those of us who took part in their little games did. How dare they be allowed to stay in buisness. But it's all about money right? I mean I complained to someone at one of the offices of people who I was sopossed to complain to and was told that it was all taken care of and they haddent made mistakes yet if that's true why would XXXX XXXX XXXX need to get their finance person in XXXX washington involved. And why would they receive a check back that says it was never cashed from reliacard? Or how about where's their documentation showing these atms actually paid me when they were literally on the phone and had the ability to see the banks weren't giving me the money but saying denied for insufficient funds and then sending me to other atms to withdraw money until the card would finally be shut down for 24 hours? Why would they cancel the caRd and say it's a fraudulent card and that they have to shut it down even though I not only never asked for them to but then they don't send a new card and when they do they realize the card wasn't sent why wouldn't they send one next day knowing it was their fault? Oh that's because they didn't send me one that time either it took them a third person to actually send it 6 weeks later amd they couldn't expidite it knowing my landlord was charging me XXXX dollars a day late fees for the first week and XXXX a day for the the next week. And so on. I'm still trying to pay him off. And I've already given him over XXXX grand in the past three weeks. That's absolute XXXX all because reliacard is a conglomerate of the XXXX most uneducated XXXX ever to work with the people 's money. I'd like to slap the XXXX outta their ceo and every single XXXX I've had to deal with especially the ones who would leave me on jold only to get on and then hang up on me. Or say we've already spoke today quit calling and such. Im beyond disgusted with these animals and hope they each have to go through the exact thing I have. And still yet to be paid what I'm owed let alone a XXXX XXXX for thier incompetence or the XXXX I've been put through. No amount of money will make the feeling of being a piece of XXXX father go away. No amount of money will make the feeling of being thrown outta the hospital when my baby was born in XXXX because I looked like a bumb and they thought I was a XXXX when actually I was just a XXXX homeless person thanks to these XXXX

Consumer Complaint: XX/XX/XXXX to XX/XX/XXXX US Bank has secretly worked with property insurance carrier to cancel property insurance- see attachments.-Retaliation # 2 Retaliation # 1 - US Bank gives XXXX XXXX in XX/XX/XXXX, then cancels it for no reason at all in XX/XX/XXXX CFPB COMPLAINT ID XXXX SUBMITTED ON XX/XX/XXXX History : XX/XX/XXXX - Judge kicked US Bank and I out of Court after I reported to a third party regulatory agency and filed material proof in Court showing that counsel for US Bank had used false documents to get a default judgment against me in XX/XX/XXXX in a foreclosure action. Then counsel used court personnel to remove those material documents from the case after I reported that to another Court and Attorney. Once kicked out of Court, US Bank used other counsel to " cohearse '' me into signing a modification agreement-trying to maintain their hold onto obtaining money from me-which at this point is voluntary. The foreclosure case became a " null and void. '' Summary : The default judgment from XX/XX/XXXX is invalid and the modification they cohearsed me into signing while knowing I was on XXXX-not working is also invalid. Any money I pay them is a voluntary contribution. They are not satisfied still. They insist on using " harassive '' means trying to squeeze blood from a turnip or illegally take property that they have no standing to do. Since my first bout of unemployment and XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX, US Bank has repeatedly not followed any guidelines or regulations outlined for mortgage service carriers/lenders ( not sure who they consider themselves to be ) to harass me incessantly using third parties of XXXX XXXX who are attached to this property in some way, causing me XXXX- I was diagnosed in XX/XX/XXXX, went to therapy for XXXX weeks, and now Im on medication for this condition that I did not bring on myself. ( Diagnosed right after they starting harassing me again using Court Process in XX/XX/XXXX ). I have not been treated like a homeowner by US Bank. I have been hunted and preyed upon like an animal at the hands of US Bank for 7 years now.

Consumer Complaint: I had XXXX checking accounts with U.S. Bank, XXXX that was about a year or XXXX old, ending in XXXX and a newer one I made ending in XXXX. In XXXX of XXXX, I rightfully disputed a set of transactions with U.S. Bank for account ending in XXXX. Instead of adhering to the standard dispute procedure, on XX/XX/2023, U.S. Bank unreasonably and without any warning, froze my account access and later mailed me a letter saying that they are closing my account due to " suspected fraud '' and that if there are any funds remaining in the account after the completion of any pending processes, investigations, possible potential fees, etc. those funds will be mailed to me via a cashier 's check. This did in fact occur and I received that check in XXXX. My newer account however, ending in XXXX, remained open and functioning normal. There was never any mention in any of the letters or my conversations with U.S. Bank representatives that in fact they intended on barring me from being a U.S. Bank customer entirely for reasons they can not or will not disclose to me. Instead of being competent and thorough and closing my other account ending in XXXX as one would expect given the circumstance and corporate decision, that account remained open and active and even continued to be able to receive deposits that I regretfully continued to make. All of a sudden, over a month after the account ending in XXXX was shut down, the account ending in XXXX was shut down, leaving over {$900.00} in it. The first account was closed for nothing more than me apparently just losing the dispute that i filed and now this account, was simply only closed because the bank decided they didn't want to have me as a customer any more. I spoke with bank reps, over the phone and physically at my local branch, who told me to obviously expect this newer account to follow the same closure process and that I can expect a cashier 's check with the funds remaining in it to be mailed before the end of XXXX. I waited all the way until XXXX to begin inquiring on what the hold up was. I was able to find out that now that account only has a remaining balance of {$270.00}, even though the last time I had access to it it was over {$900.00}, and that those remaining {$270.00} will not be mailed to me. That the bank has simply decided to continue to holding on to those funds for no feasible reason, held XXXX in something they call a " GL '' account and in a brank that's in XXXX, even though all mty banking with them has always been in my home state of XXXX.

Consumer Complaint: There were several charges on my statement not ordered by me. After disputed they credited all except one for {$720.00}. After many calls and research I determined the package was not ordered or received by me. The shipper said that it was signed for by XXXX but has no proof. The bank tells me the shipper is responsible and the shipper says the bank is responsible. After many hours of research and digging I was told by local police to file this complaint. Bank is XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. Shipper is XXXX XXXX. Neither will help. I filed a complaint with XXXX. It was closed. They said shipper has to file.
