Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/2023 I called Elan at XXXX and spoke with XXXX at XXXX. I was calling to pay off my {$770.00} debt in full and to ask that my account be closed. XXXX informed me that she could not take my payment. That my payment " was not necessary. '' I asked to speak to the manager to have him/her take my payment. I was repeatedly told that Elan is unable to accept my payment and that the " payment was not necessary ''. I told her that I was trying to buy a house and needed to resolve this debt because Elan reports the account on my credit report as a negative mark, reducing my credit score. I pleaded with Elan to take my payment in full to no avail.

I contacted customer service on XX/XX/2023 regarding the interest charge and was told that they reverse this month 's interest charge but that they would be charging me interest moving forward. I would like the company to honor the promotion promise of 0 % interest charge on purchases for the first 12 billing cycles.

Consumer Complaint: While on a business trip to XXXX I was victimized by a scam resulting in fraudulent charges on my XXXX XXXX XXXX. XXXX fraudulent XX/XX/XXXX charges by " XXXX '' of XXXX, XXXX are ; XXXX ) {$1900.00}, XXXX ) {$950.00}, and XXXX ) {$860.00}. I immediately reported the fraudulent charges to XXXX XXXX XXXX and opened dispute cases on XX/XX/XXXX, clearly explaining that I would not be returning to the XXXX until XXXX XXXX, and thus would not be be in position to receive correspondence regarding the matter. I was assured an extension would be put in place to allow appropriate time for me to return to the XXXX to submit documentation and respond to correspondence regarding the disputes. To my dismay, upon returning to the XXXX, I discovered that XXXX vendor " XXXX XXXX '' had already ruled in favor of XXXX, an entity I believe to be associated with organized crime. Initially, I had tried to use my XXXX XXXX card to make a small transaction with this vendor, but was informed by the merchant the transaction was denied by XXXX. In reality, it was not denied by XXXX, so there is also a double billing matter. A parallel dispute is ongoing with XXXX, and XXXX has provided the attached receipt from the vendor which documents specifically the only items I had intended to purchase. " XXXX XXXX '' indicates they have no interest in reviewing the associated information from XXXX, and that the matter is closed. I was never provided a receipt from XXXX, and I returned numerous times to try to settle the matter directly, but the establishment was never open or available. No phone numbers or contact information can be identified online. I was clearly the victim of a scam, and XXXX XXXX XXXX is providing XXXX support or protection.

Consumer Complaint: I suffered a loss to my home on XX/XX/XXXX. XXXX. It burned down and left us without a place to live. I can not afford to rebuild due to not having enough insurance so I have to sell the property as is. US Bank received a check for {$150000.00} from XXXX XXXX on or about XX/XX/XXXX to apply to the loan as I was not able to rebuild. They have repeatedly failed to apply theses monies and continue to call and harass me about the past due balance. They are continuing to move forward with the foreclosure process even though they have this money. I have been trying unsuccessfully to sell this property since XXXX and US Bank will not send me the correct payoff documents. In fact, they have repeatedly sent the incorrect payoff documents which has held up this sale for nearly 4 months while I incur late charges and additional past due loan amounts. I am unable to work due to disability right now and don't have stable housing. I can not deal with this additional stress. I am making no money off of this sale and have to pay nearly {$21000.00} myself which I don't have. I can not afford an attorney to help me. I just need someone to assist me with this process. Consumer Complaint: My wife and I have many CD accounts in our traditional and XXXX ira 's. We transfered them from XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX State Farm bank because the interest was so much higher. The government made State Farm bank to transfer all of my wife and I IRA 's to US Bank. US Bank is a brick and mortar full service bank and has very low interest rates. Also the nearest US Bank is XXXX miles away. The State Farm office is a mile away. So, I am in the process of transferring all of our CD 's from US Bank back to XXXXXXXX XXXX. It is a night mare. I have to do the following : 1. ) XXXX XXXX Bank and open up an new account with a new number. 2. ) Go to State Farm and have them physically send a fax to US Bank to request a transfer. 3. ) I then must chase US Bank by phone to insure that the paperwork is being processed. They do not allow me to talk to someone in their IRA department and I must go through customer service that doesnt have my information about the CD. Sometimes they give me wrong information. When I ask to speak to a manager, they put me on hold and the manager gives me a message that they are helping someone else and will get back with me and never do. On top of that they send me letters saying I have ommited information on the form. The copy of the fax I have shows the correct tnformation. Also they have placed a XXXX dollar yearly fee on my wife 's account because they say she doesnt have enough money in her account. We never agreed or signed anything to permit this and this was never on any of our accounts with State Farm Bank. I have spent many frustrating hours on the phone with US Bank trying to straighten this out. They are incompetent. These CD 's are time sensitive. I only have 10 days after maturity to transfer or distribute the funds. Also these are retirement funds and I must take them out for our XXXXXXXX XXXX I can not withdraw the funds to myself because the government only allows us 1 rollover a year. It is a real nightmare. Is there any way possible we can transfer these funds without a penalty?

Consumer Complaint: Hi there. I have a lease with US Bank for a XXXX XXXX XXXX. I had personal circumstances arise where I have to move to XXXX. I want to point out that when I purchased the XXXX, my driver 's license was from the state of XXXX. My house in XXXX just sold and I would like to take my XXXX with me. However, US Bank won't let me take the car due to the contract ( Section B7 ). US Bank also won't allow me to sell the car to a third party. The only options they are giving me is to purchase the XXXX. However, the XXXX remaining lease payments and fees would be added so the purchase price would be very high ( more than it is worth ). The second option is to drop the car off at a dealership and get a bill for the remaining lease payments plus fees. Both options are very expensive. I have tried to talk with them, but they won't help. I attached the lease contract ( XXXX template ) and their denial letter.

Consumer Complaint: I have 2 revolving CC from US BANK and both accounts has been hit with late fees in 1 month, ,called to rectify and was told it can not be reversed, ,I refused to make the late payment as they claim was late only because they wants me to use online payment and thats the punishment I got for not doing sothe have attached it to my credit score and bought it from XXXX to XXXX and also reduced my limit as well,,, this is a pattern from most of these unscrupulous CC company and must be stopped now because they dont care if your credit is screwed up,,, look into this matter with urgency because I would be putting this info on social media for the consumers to see.
