Consumer Complaint: I realized after a while that my credit score was not accurate as a result of Elan financial services failing to report my actual account balance for a long while. I reached out to then via secure message but they dismissed my concerns saying that the information they reported is accurate. I even disputed the innacurate information they have about my card balance with both transunion and XXXX but they still refused to provide them with the accurate information. I was looking to apply for a mortgage loan but the two condos sold within a period of 4 weeks while I waited and waited for Elan financial services to do due diligence but it was to no avail. I do not know what to do now since my lease expires soon and the apartment office is pressuring me to give them an answer or will automatically renew my lease for another 12 months with penalties if I break the extended lease afterwards. Elan financial services has not reported to transunion since XX/XX/2023. They told XXXX my balance is over my credit limit at 102 % ( thus, {$8100.00} out of {$8000.00} ) the last time I disputed. XXXX has since sent me a denial letter stating the I formation is accurate and current although it is clear as day that they have no report from Elan Financial services for a while. My credit card utilization is now high due to the inaccurate information reported by XXXX and transunion as a result of Elan financial services failure to report my account status since XX/XX/. Please help me or my credit will not be at the point I need to avoid an unreasonably high borrowing interest rate given the current housing market issues. They have already cost me two opportunities.

Consumer Complaint: I called US Bank to close my checking account on XX/XX/2023, and there was remaining balance of {$1500.00}. The customer service assistant told me that I would receive a check in around a week. After around 1 month without seeing the check, I called US Bank again to check the status on XX/XX/2023. I talked with them for over 2 hours and and was told that they had already sent the check around a week after the account closure. I submitted a complaint to CFPB on XX/XX/2023 and US Bank responded that they had mailed Declaration of Loss form to me on XX/XX/2023. I signed the Declaration of Loss form and mailed it back to US Bank on XX/XX/2023, but I still haven't received my new check yet. ( After I mailed the Declaration of Loss, I received the old check which I declared loss. )

I have called 4 times regarding this issue, every time the bank has aknowledged that I met the terms of the promotion. Twice they opened a " investigation '' and each time they keep telling me to wait for the bonus to post to my account. Its been 5 months and nothing has happened, and they keep closing the case. Bonus was supposed to post within 60 days according to the terms of the agreement.

Consumer Complaint: In XXXX of XXXX, I got a new USBank Kroger card. The first day I used it once and then when I tried to use it a second time, the fraud department called and put me on hold for more than 45 minutes. By the time they answered, I was driving and unable to receive a text message, so they reported the card as being used fraudulently. They did not tell me this, and I spent more than 6 hours on the phone over the next several days trying to resolve the issue. I was billed for the first charge, so they clearly know it wasnt fraud, but they still shut down my card. I was very inconvenienced, my credit was affected, I wasted many hours, and I was treated very poorly by the staff.

Consumer Complaint: I purchased a new home and closed with a lender in XX/XX/XXXX. At the time, I put 5 % down due to how much the home has appreciated since beginning the construction. Currently, the loan to value ratio is sitting at 72 % primarily due to the appreciation of the area. During closing, the bank 's appraisal came in at XXXX, however we owe XXXX. As a result, we requested US Bank ( who purchased the loan ) to remove the private mortgage insurance as we are well below the 80 % requirement. US Bank, despite having the appraisal on record from the bank they purchased the loan from, denied the removal. After being notified they are in violation of the Homeowners Protection Act of 1998, they stated " it is their policy ''. We submitted our request within the 90 days an appraisal is generally good for and will provide it to the CFPB upon request.

I was directed to go and verify my identity which took up until XXXX XXXX for me to complete.I.D ME sent results to T.W.C and they told me my card had been request throughout XXXX XXXX XXXX and it would take up to 5-7 business days. Today is XXXX XXXX and no bank card ever arrived and id reported to t.w.c and id me that my personal information had been stolen .I called the unemployment office to see what was going on and she confirmed that t.w.c had paid my {$4200.00} on that card and this is on XXXX the day I contacted this company about my account First of all I'm a XXXX male and they think its a female but clearly I'm a man. they allowed a unknown person to activate my account and use my money.no verification the person used all my in formation with out my permission.teh phone number I used for this account has been disconnected since the 9thmonth 2022. I also used a friends address to file my claim but this was only a mailing address, because I've been homeless since last summer and I been living in the XXXX area parks and no phone to contact anyone due to no phone access I wrote this company and I've complied. they can't show u XXXX time I've ever used this account never seen a card can't tell u what it look like. last but not least the agent told be the account had been blocked and I verified the trans actions which is a lie because I know of no card, instead they unblocked my card for a total stranger. They should've request i.d and selfie like they had me do and they denied my provisional credit but can't show me in use of this card at no time and I'm home less on the streets due to all this fraud and the u.s bank isn't protecting your money like they claim to please help me get my money returned please this is fraud.
