U.S. Bank by fraudulent schemes STOLE my money and fraudulent account take over by credit card fraud from my U.S.Bank checking account. Both my XXXX XXXX credit cards # XXXX & # XXXX are closed XX/XX/2023 and no more transactions because of XXXX XXXX fraudulent account take over. XXXX XXXX told me they never received my XX/XX/2023 {$100.00} electronic payment from U.S. Bank. I have been filing fraud complaints to U.S. Bank and the theft continues. My FTC Identity Theft Report attached. U.S. Bank is to XXXX XXXX overnight my {$100.00} to my address on file and on this complaint.

Consumer Complaint: I bank at United States Bank in XXXX XXXX, oregon. complaint is I've been with over 10yrs and never have over drawn or behind of paying my credit card off. I have a debt and credit card? Several time I have ask for increase of XXXX 's and turn down all the time. There looking at credit score which is fair etc. There not looking at the my history with there bank. This is want there judging me for. Went to the manager of the bank and she gave me XXXX excuse. I don't believe her at all. This is not fair at all. I have another credit card with good standing and they increase my limit. Yet my own bank won't increase my limit... Pleas what can you do about this. I even card the credit sevice and took down my infor 2weeks later they turn me down

Consumer Complaint: on XX/XX/XXXX I opened a money market account with Usbank in XXXX NV at ( XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX NV XXXX ) I deposited {$220000.00} in a money market account that pays 4.25 % apy. and XXXX apr ..... I spent about one hour with a banker asking questions and I usually do that to avoid surprises ... and for 40 years been opening accounts like this and I know terms and conditions but to avoid untraditional terms I ask these questions about when the interset starts on the account ( the day we open the account ) do I get free checks... etc... I got all the needed answers and once the banker does not know an answer she runs to the manager XXXX XXXX XXXX for answers she was extremely helpful... and on XX/XX/XXXX I added to the account another {$25000.00}... I asked when the interset post to the account? I have been told about one business day before the end of the month .... on july 28/ 23 i stopped at one of the branches and I requested updates on my account they told me interest posted to the account is XXXX XXXXI asked for a quick print of the statement. I took the statement and I started my calculations simple interest calculation... {$220000.00} produce that much for the 5 days ( {$120.00} ) until I deposited {$25000.00} and both amounts {$240000.00} would produ XXXX for the rest of the 13 days I am short XXXX dollars... I tried to solve the problem... but the answer was sorry we started the interest on the day of receiving the money... but it was a discussion to solve the problem and we can not explain every thing in the terms given to you... but I asked and it was said and supposed to be the day of opening the account... so i closed the account the manager was very understanding saying I will raise your concern to the management about 13 days in the cycle and actually it is 4 days short .... in brief i did not get my full interest wich I am asking for fair reply and recuperate my full interset andto prevent more issues like this that goes unnoticed. thank you

Consumer Complaint: The last time I used my credit card was to a company called XXXX, on XX/XX/2023, for a specialty shampoo for my XXXX XXXX XXXX mother who I caretake. Someone in XXXX XXXX got ahold of my credit card number and charged almost {$700.00} worth of goods and services over a three day period in XX/XX/2023. All of these charges came with foreign transaction fees. One was for sports direct. My XXXX XXXX XXXX mom pays our cable bill. We would never charge sports direct ( were not even sure what it is but we dont have that channel ) and dont live in XXXX XXXX XXXX Further. XXXX was charged!!!! According to the credit card company, I mustve charged all these things online. XXXX!? Another appears to be for XXXX ( XXXX XXXX XXXX ). Really? How on earth did I do that?!?!? Ive NEVER been to XXXX, nor has my mother. And all the other charges were made at the same time as these two charges! I will try to attach copies of my statement. I made zero charges in XXXX and have cancelled the card. Please help. I dont have a job beyond caregiving for my mother and cant afford to pay charges that are not mine as theyve obviously been made by the person enjoying their XXXX and XXXX XXXX Thanks for your help.

Consumer Complaint: Gave this to an elderly couple as a wedding gift {$100.00} Prepaid Gift Card - VISA - US BANK bought at XXXX 's XXXX, OH XXXX. Couple gave card back to me. I called the number to have the card replaced. It was never used just for some reason stated it was compromised. I faxed over front and back of card, front and back of my driver 's license, activation receipt that showed the purchase and last 4 of the XXXX XXXX I purchased it with and transaction # s and the cardboard sleeve front and back card was in. Was told to wait 2 3 weeks. When I did not hear from them I called they said they could not read my driver 's license it was too small - blow it up 200 % send the request back and call within 48 hours because they can not call me- I have to call them nor can they fax back. Called again- they said they can not read the driver 's license too dark - lighten it up and fax back again. I did and even increased all attachments 200 % including gift card front and back, etc. Called today- now the credit card needs blown up again 200 % and lightened up and refax. This is the 4th time I have done this- I read scam after scam on the internet that US BANK does this and they repo the cash in their account and earn interest. I even mailed them a copy of all this information. Please get my {$100.00} back or a new card issued.

Consumer Complaint: I had a bank balance of XXXX dollars when this incident took place. With 8 pending transactions that were reflected in the indicated balance above. I then XXXX my business account {$350.00} and my balance went down to a few dollars. The next morning when I went to deposit my work checks my account balance went to negative {$340.00}. I didnt have any other payments go through everything pending had already withdrew from my account. Im left with no answer from the bank also I think it is important to mention that Im unable to XXXX any amount that isnt reflected in my account. They have so far refused to refund my cash with no good viable explanation.
