Consumer Complaint: After receiving a prepaid benefits card in the mail I called US Bank Reliacard and talked to a supervisor about the possibility of a fraudulent account being opened in my name which was confirmed by said supervisor and the most recent card replacement took place in XX/XX/2021 but I could not get any other information like known numbers linked to account or address to be able to report to the XXXX XXXX Police department in XXXX XXXX texas an identity and fraud case that has been open since XX/XX/2021. There has been a report of identity theft on my behalf to all credit bureaus the FTC IRS TWC SSA and on USA.gov. I need this information to move further along with my case so that the perpetrator can be brought to justice. If I can not get this information I need to be informed how to get this information for clear and obvious legal matters.

Consumer Complaint: Last XX/XX/2022, I applied for the U.S. Bank promo XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX I have called U.S. Bank twice without a resolution. U.S. Bank indicated that I did not get the bonus because it coded as Q3... I doubled and tripled check my application that it was the correct code. Now its my word vs. what the system coded. I assisted my husband and daughter ( I literally filled out the application ) for the same promo. Their bonus posted and mine didnt. Please take note of my application date. Thats in Q4. How can the system code it as Q3? I told U.S. Bank that I wanted to escalate this and they provided me a snail mail address for their Complaint Department. I decided to revisit this issue after it was suggested that I email you for assistance. Thanks for looking into this.

Consumer Complaint: I had sent a zelle transaction through my US Bank banking app. The receiver is someone who is a regular verified recipient and they never received funds. I've filed several disputes, bank has promised provisional credit after 10 days of investigation. 3 investigations have been closed with no resolution and no funds have not been deposited on either end. They have no real answer for what happened, just a technical error. But US bank will not make it right. They clearly see the funds were taken from my account, never deposited and not in the zelle warehouse. It's been since XX/XX/XXXX since I've been dealing with US bank to figure out what happened and to make it right.

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/2023 I filed a claim with U.S. Bank to report a fraudulent transaction on my checking account. The fraudulent transaction was for {$3300.00}. On XX/XX/2023, instead of reversing the fraudulent charge, I discovered that U.S. Bank accidentally reversed a paycheck deposit from my employer for {$3400.00}. After speaking with U.S. Bank on XX/XX/2023, they realized they must have mixed the transactions up. Because of these 2 issues, I am currently missing {$6800.00} from my account, and have almost nothing in my account.

Consumer Complaint: On XXXX XXXX I initiated a consumer credit transaction with my SSN also referenced by congress as a credit card, pursuant 15 USC 1602 ( I ) The term " credit card '' means any card, plate, coupon book or other credit device existing for the purpose of obtaining money, property, labor, or services on credit. '' The purpose of this consumer credit transaction was to obtain a credit card, I was denied access to my open ended credit. As a consumer, natural person, and original creditor I have an open-ended credit plan, it is unlawful to deny me of my own credit. I am requesting that your department reassess my consumer credit transaction/application and approve my application as a denial is unlawful, goes against congressional law and makes your organization civilly liable for non-compliance pursuant 15 USC 16810 , 15 USC 1640, 15 USC 1691e . Further more, pursuant 15 USC 1691 ( a ) - Activities constituting discrimination, do so state " It shall be unlawful for any creditor to discriminate against any applicant, with respect to any aspect of a credit transaction- '' A denial of my open ended consumer credit constitutes to discrimination. Pursuant 12 USC 1431 Powers and Duties of Banks and Credit Unions have power to borrow money, issue bonds and debentures, therefore you are unable to lend a consumer, natural person, and original creditor anything.

Consumer Complaint: Husband and I Started a fraud claim with US Bank about a fraudulent XXXX transaction on XX/XX/XXXX, I called every day until XX/XX/XXXX and only then did they tell me the claim was denied om XX/XX/XXXX because it apparently was made from my husband 's login ( Hence why we both sat there and gave out information needed, we didn't know where it came from ) We told them that was false and we both made the claim and closed all our logins and account, so they said they reopened the claim. I call a week later on XX/XX/XXXX only to find out they can't do that and someone has been lying to me. I just want my money back that was FRAUDULENT TAKEN, so I can pay my bills.
