Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/year>, I called the number on the gift card and followed their instructions to send a letter with the enclosures mentioned to the following address : XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, FL XXXX The company still has not responded and it's been over 30 days. They have essentially stolen {$100.00} from our family. Cardholder Services : My brother gave this XXXX XXXX XXXX to my XXXX, NAME REMOVED, for XXXX. She is a XXXX. She attempted to use this gift card it to make a purchase on XXXX. For whatever reason, XXXX treated the gift card as though it was fraud and did not charge the purchase to this gift card. Instead XXXX charged my husbands default payment method. Now the gift card has been inactivated and our family is at a loss of the {$100.00} my brother paid for the gift card. Attached are images of the gift card, the XXXX transaction information, and my Drivers License. Please re-activate and register this gift card to my name and address above, send me a new card worth {$100.00}, or refund our familys purchase of this gift card via check made payable to me, delivered to my address above.

Consumer Complaint: Opened a USBANK account about a month prior. Both a personal checking and Business account. Received a wire from friends the Company XXXX XXXX in XXXX TX Attorneys funding my business for {$100000.00} The wire arrived Wednesday, money wire cleared Friday and I went to the USBANK branch, received a casheirs check for {$40000.00} and {$10000.00} cash advance. Leaving a total of {$49000.00} in one account and {$7000.00} in another. Sunday I went online with the USBANK account, scheduled a wire for the following business day Tuesday due to bank holiday presidents day and also a zelle to a friend for {$1500.00} The account signed me out and message box appeared telling me to call the bank. I did and while I was on the phone I was told it was due to my VPN used. My daughter has also been provided by myself with my log in details incase she was in an emergency situation with my XXXX on the XXXX XXXX. At that time while on the call another USBANK line called in, someone asking me many questions who was the originator of such a wire? why did I open a USBANK account? what money was I sending and why? I was told the account is NOW CLOSED we do not want your business and if after research we deem this transaction is legitimate we will return your funds in a formal check, no email or phone communication will be made only a check in the mail. When I asked about the time frame, I was told we dont know? I checked the account XXXX expecting the account closed it was not only online access blocked and I could only be allowed to hear the balances in the accounts. {$49000.00} in one and {$7000.00} in another.

Consumer Complaint: Your format does not work for me. I have an XXXX ( XXXX XXXX XXXX ) against my ex-roommate. He has been living with me paying no rent, not working and studying conspiracy theories on the web and XXXX. He has some hacking skills. He is XXXX XXXX and a XXXX. He had been trying proove to he was right about the XXXX and being able to pay bills with just the payment coupon from ones XXXX XXXX that is set up at ones birth. He managed to convince XXXX companies that he had paid the account in full. They believed him for a few days they did an investigation and decided he was delusional about the payment as they could find it. XXXX immediately ran both of those cards balance back up to max. The credit card companies added back the original balance. So both XXXX XXXX XXXX and XXXX were now doubles and over my limit by thousands. He attempted this with all my cards and bills. He also claimed that there was fraud on my mortgage paperwork and I will get my house for free. I admittedly told him he was wrong. The n he gets very angry, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. And some times he XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX of his threats was that he was going to take my house and put me on the street. Well with my XXXX he is on the street. I was researching the history of my property and found he somehow had added his name on the site XXXX XXXX times. I voiced my concerns to the website made a FBI report, but further research stated reporting to the FTC, you XXXX a police report. He has been telling friends and acquaintances that he owns the and is taking it from me. XXXX XXXX also has been talking about taking his dad 's ( XXXX XXXX XXXX ) house in XXXX, MN and putting him out on the street as well. XXXX had already had his name put on his dad 's property tax statement. He attempted Togo back to court to have my XXXX removed, b you t he filed a motion instead of an appeal. I have become insolvent through all this and have enlisted XXXX XXXX XXXX to help me get back on track. Also during this time my debit card had been having fraud on it. My Credit Union ( XXXX XXXX XXXX ) shut down my debit card and will not issue me another new XXXX or even a plain ATM card. XXXX XXXX ( no middle name born XX/XX/76 ) is reportedly living in a storage locker in XXXX XXXX. I continually monitor what I can of my accounts. XXXX would go through all my stuff and paperwork when I was at work or out of town. My mortgage is currently held and serviced by US Bank they have been very understanding and helpful. I have no proof that XXXX is responsible for my debit card fraud. Others around me are convinced that he is.

This is an online payment issued directly from US Bank to Pacific Global bank, and the payable should be Pacific Global bank. After a while I received notification from the mortgagor Pacific Global Bank indicated that my mortgage is in delinquent. I checked the online payment from US Bank, which indicated the check was cleared but instead of endorsed by Pacific Global bank, the same check was endorsed by two different individuals and deposited three times, which twice were successfully debited from my US Bank account. I went to the US Bank branches several times and questioned why the check with the same account number and Same check number, issued by US Bank, can be able to be cleared multiple times. Every time I went to US Bank to try to get the problem resolved, but without any resolution. I'm look for US Bank to reimburse the twice falsely debited check amount. '' **** Please note that two fraudulent checks were cashed and cleared by US Bank and each check is in the amount of {$1100.00}, which the total amount of the two fraudulent checks is {$2200.00}. It is not a debit card. The card rejects most all purchases, merchants reject the card because it is a prepaid card. The US Bank ReliaCard customer service line registers me as a user but says the security code from the back of the card provided is incorrect when it is not. Not incorrect. Really taking advantage of vulnerable people in need. How am i supposed to pay my rent? Get groceries? I WORK FOR THE STATE OF COLORADO SERVING THE COMMUNITY. THIS IS WHAT I GET FOR BEING ON A SERIOUS MEDICAL LEAVE.

Consumer Complaint: I have eight " Gift Card '' debit VISA cards that I purchase a few years ago. They were in a file cabinet drawer. I forgot they were there and found them yesterday. They were issued by U.S. Bank National Association. When I went to check the balance of them all but one were not accessible. The number and pin had be hacked and used by someone else. One was still accessible and had a {$100.00} balance which I promptly used to reload an XXXX card I have. I have had this problem before and it is a nightmare trying to get the money back. It's made worse due to the passing of time and credit card bills stored away from home with our tax returns. If it was an easy process I would due it. They make it very difficult and time consuming.

Consumer Complaint: I purchased an item from XXXX in XXXX for XXXX XXXX It was an emerald gemstone and covered by the XXXX purchase protection. I asked the seller not to ship, but they did anyways..I spoke to customer support at XXXX, they tried to step in and confirm it would be delivered. When it was delivered it wasnt as described, the color was off, the intensity was off and the cut was just not at all perfect. There was a chunk taken out of the back that wasnt right. So then I opened a dispute with XXXX. XXXX was taking forever, asked that I work it out with the seller but then they delisted their items and disappeared- they didnt want to accept a return. I bought the item through XXXX with a credit card from XXXX. So I flagged it to XXXX after XXXX took a long time and then I disputed it with Fidelity/elan. XXXX still hasnt responded but they said XXXX said I could mail it back for a full refund. I accepted. While all of this was going on I opened a dispute with fidelity the credit card company so that the charge wouldnt process while all of this was being figured out. I provided the tracking number and everything. Instead fidelity reversed the charge a day before the billing statement would be paid in full and mailed me letters saying they needed more information and threatening consequences if the item wasnt paid for. I called representatives again at fidelity this morning. I had already given the tracking number a month ago and first they claimed I didnt mail them a form back- then I spoke to someone else and she- XXXX- said that the lady I previously spoke to never included the tracking information or any other information. This all feels like a big scam. Again its more about the principle. Ive provided information promptly to XXXX, XXXX and finally fidelity/elan. If they did an investigation wouldnt the other entities give them this information?
