Consumer Complaint: Regional Acceptance acct # XXXX is falsely reporting a negative account listing on my XXXX XXXX credit report that is beyond the seven-year reporting period. This company falsely re-aged the account in order to continue reporting it when it should have been removed from my report at the end of last year. Regional Acceptance has removed their false information from my XXXX and XXXX reports last year. When I dispute with XXXX it always comes back verified or the date expected to fall off my report keeps changing. Last year it said XX/XX/XXXX, this year it says XX/XX/XXXX. XXXX Regional Acceptance is responsible for the false reporting or XXXX is. Either way, the negative reporting on the account is beyond seven years from the date of last activity ( XXXX, not XXXX as they falsely reported ), is obsolete and needs to be deleted from my XXXX report immediately.

Consumer Complaint: I am writing to file a complaint against Truist Mortgage for falsely reporting that I discharged my mortgage with them in XXXX in bankruptcy, while living in North Carolina. This is a LIE and this error needs to be removed from ALL 3 credit reports ( XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX ) immediately! I sold my home in North Carolina that was financed by Truist Mortgage in XX/XX/XXXX and the lender was paid COMPLETELY in PERFECT standing. This false information has caused me to be denied a mortgage by another lender, which has damaged my credit score and reputation. I demand that Truist Mortgage correct this error as soon as possible and send me a written confirmation that they have done so. If this error is not fixed within 30 days, I will seek the assistance of my NY Attorney General and pursue legal action against Truist Mortgage for the damages they have caused me.

Issue: Written notification about debt
Subissue: Didn't receive notice of right to dispute
Consumer Complaint: I enrolled my debt with XXXX XXXX XXXX. They enrolled my mower with Scheffield financial into my debt program. It was a secure loan. They didn't double check before adding this to my profile. I didn't know what secure meant. I could not log into my profile for the first month. My cell phone number was not even added correctly in my profile so there was no communication on either end. I did a they told me to and unenrolled my auto pay accounts. Stop paying creditors and cobble l block phone numbers. Scheffield came and repossessed my mower after missing my second payment. I tried to explain my debt consolidation to them. They said because I did not communicate with them they would not work with me to get my mower back and catch up on payment. Forth debt company initially told me I would be better off discharging my debt from the debt program ... and taking a loss! Then they wanted me to send a large payment to them to be able to negotiate my mower with scheffield without even knowing if I would get it back from the auction it was going to in another state! So I was left with a repossessed mower that i use for my buisness and a debt company who did not double check my profile before signing me up. So I trashed my credit in belief I would come out on better standing. I lost my main piece of equipment for my buisness. And I was left with no help or justice. Just negative remarks. How can I still save my credit after all this and take repossession off my account?

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX, I discovered a check withdrawn from my account that I certainly didn't write. Further investigation revealed that these checks, bearing neither my signature nor address, have been periodically debited from my account since XX/XX/XXXX. The amounts, all under {$500.00}, were made out to 7 different individuals and deposited in various California banks. Unfortunately, as I primarily bank with Truist due to my business account, I overlooked this activity in XXXX and XXXX, months of significant spending. However, the bulk of the withdrawals occurred in XXXX and XXXX and the total amount stolen is close to {$9000.00}. Despite filing a fraud report with Truist and a police report with my local PD, Truist deems all NINETEEN transactions as one and refuses to refund any of the stolen funds, citing my belated discovery on XX/XX/XXXX. This is an outrageous and reprehensible way to treat a long-standing customer, absolving themselves of responsibility for safeguarding my funds, which is their primary duty.

Consumer Complaint: I have not received the tax documentation for our 2023 tax filing. Truist has disabled the online account, so that I am unable to get the document. They are refusing to re-establish access to the account so that I can access the document for our current tax year filing. They claim to have mailed it, and present the only option available to me is to mail it again. I want to get our documents more timely than that to our accountant. It seems unreasonable to disable online access to the documents for this loan within a time frame that includes correct filing of current year taxes.

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX I was approved for an unsecured personal loan from a lender I found online. At that time they were dba as LightStream A Division of SunTrust Bank but I think theyre now Truist Bank . The loan was {$5000.00} with repayment terms of 48 months. After receiving a confirmation email regarding my final payment, which I have recorded and documented, LightStream began harassing me about my unpaid overdue balance. Despite my best efforts to resolve the dispute by contacting them and providing them with a copy of the email I received from them as well as a screenshot from their, they continued to make negative inaccurate reports to all 3 major credit bureaus about the loan being late, and eventually written off. They turned me over to collection agencies, reported negative information about me and refused to accept the undeniable proof I was providing them that my loan was paid in full and on time. Im tired of trying to resolve this issue on my own and just want this negative information removed from my credit report. Please see my attached documentation, screenshot of the original email and information from the Light Stream website which shows everything needed, including dates, account number, loan details, etc. Please review areas circled in red of my attachment for what I believe is proof that on XX/XX/XXXX the Principal Balance of my account XXXX was {$0.00}, next payment due date was reported as NA and Amount Due was {$0.00}. The loan originated on XX/XX/XXXX for 48 months ( 4 years ) and this email is dated XX/XX/XXXX which is almost exactly 4 years to the day of the original loan date!
