Consumer Complaint: BB & T, now Truist bank, has financed a loan for a vehicle in which has been deemed a total loss. The insurance company and I have been trying to obtain a guarantee of title to settle this claim, payoff the debt, and allow me the freedom to obtain another vehicle. This has been ongoing since XX/XX/2022. Neither of us have been successful. All of our phone calls, after extended holding periods of over 45 minutes, are unanswered, transfered, or disconnected. The insurance company and I have sent emails and fax as well as left multiple voicemails about this subject and all have been followed by no returned communication. It is now XX/XX/2022 and we have not had 1 form of communication. I also went into the XXXX XXXX branch in person and sat with a banker for 45 minutes as he was on hold with their internal services number. He was unsuccessful as well. I need this matter resolved as soon as possible.
