Subissue: Late or other fees

Consumer Complaint: Truist Bank allowed a completely and obvious fraudulent check to take {$2400.00} from my checking account. No checks were ever issued on this account. Since it took over 30 days for me to report the bogus check, the bank stated that I'm responsible for the missing funds. The bank should of never allowed such a check to clear. Computer generated check with XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX on the face of the check. Check made out to a XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX signed on the back. Issue: Incorrect information on your report

Subissue: Account information incorrect

Consumer Complaint: I went to get a loan and found out that Truist bank has me down as 90 days past due on a vehicle payment! That is completely incorrect, as a matter of fact I had issues from them in the past for not sending documents to prove to get gap ( XXXX XXXX ) to cover the total loss of my XXXX. I want the 90 days off my credit report because it should have been covered due to their lack of providing documentation needed. That was also part of my earlier request when this happened. From my understanding everything was covered until yesterday. I would like that removed from my credit report as soon as possible because that has affected my credit. I was told everything was taken care of, they even sent me checks back, so what is going on?
