Consumer Complaint: I have now been made aware of the lawsuit against XXXX XXXX XXXX and the pending judgement as of today. Have been paying a creditor for almost 1.5 years when I realized that XXXX has a lawsuit that was filed in XXXX. I had actually calked the creditor who informed me that the loans that were defaulted were over {$100000.00}. I believe that I might be one of the XXXX that can not find the original promissary note. I have also been made aware that XXXX was supposed to do an internal audit of its portfolio. The debt collector was contacted yesterday, and they stated they would email me a copy of the original promissory note. I have yet to receive anything from them. Even though I do not want to default, I am told that I can not even use a deferment for these loans as I try to complete my XXXX in special education with grants. No one will help me rehabilitate this loan with a fixed rate ( I am paying a variable rate now of 7-8 %, and my original loan amounts have double in 5 years. Consumer Complaint: Oh XX/XX/XXXX Transworld Systems appeared on my credit report as a collections agency for XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX in XXXX. XXXX, Florida. I was a patient in the Emergency room at XXXX Hospital in XXXX XXXX, Florida in XX/XX/XXXX. The hospital had my Medicare card ( part A and B effective XX/XX/XXXX ) as well as my Veterans Medical Card that has been in affect since XX/XX/XXXX. I immediately called Transworld Systems, they said they could not remove the debt but could file a dispute. I never received a call, bill or any other contact regarding anything owed. I called XXXX XXXX billing. I was told that they had received payment from the va in Full, in XX/XX/XXXX. They told me they would send a letter and tell the collection company. To date they still have the collection on my report. I called them and requested they contact their contact. Im trying to refinance my car and purchase a Home. I need these items off of my report. Consumer Complaint: Im going to sum it up quickly I was a former employee of the XXXX XXXX I got terminated XX/XX/XXXX The XXXX headquarter location continued to pay my medical insurance benefits up until XX/XX/XXXX and now wants payment of the bill they paid so I do not agree with this bill so they sent it to the collection U S Treasury and then U S treasury sent it to Transworld System Inc I have sent dispute to both collection agency and nothing is getting done I am just being passed of back and fourth from both agencies. I am in the process of buying a home and its at a stand still because both collections agencies fail to do anything not to mention I sent in supporting documents and request several disputes. Consumer Complaint: My loans were in school status and had no problems with credit reporting when service updated my credit report as being 180 days pass due which caused a severe drop in my credit score upon correcting this my credit score went up a little bit but not nearly as high as it was prior. I contacted them and was assured that the credit reporting error would be fixed. While they did fix the issue the score didnt go all the way back up and they did not update their system and nine days later I got a bill says I owed {$880.00} and that my loan was going to go into default. This is a huge problem for me because I have requested consolidation of my perkins loans in with my other loans and this could halt the process for me, which will cause further harm. Additional I feel that the school is playing games because I have an open lawsuit pending against them.

Consumer Complaint: I am trying to obtain Parent/Student Loans for my XXXX sons entering college this fall. I was DENIED because TSI has a hold on this account. I called them on Friday, XX/XX/XXXX. They said I owed {$340.00}. They told me this was part of the US Treasury Debt. I said I had paid this debt in full and will attach the documentation. They said this is just the interest left over. They said I still owed {$340.00} on Friday, XXXX XXXX. Blindly, I paid this amount via my debit card to TSI in full. TSI said once they receive payment, I would no longer have any further penalties. They also said to check on Monday, XX/XX/XXXX to make sure that my payment cleared. This situation started because I owed the US Treasury and HUD {$230000.00}. On XX/XX/2019 I was told by Treasury that if the debt was paid in full I would not receive any further penalties and interest. The law firm paid the debt in full. The documentation attached, the Certified Check, will prove this was paid. The check had to be sent to Treasury no later than XX/XX/XXXX. It was at Treasury on Monday, XX/XX/XXXX. The bottleneck is at Treasury. The Treasury has not cleared the check. Today is XX/XX/XXXX. TSI is continuing to bill me interest. This is not something I can control. And, it is not fair that I am being charged MORE for something that I am not causing. Further complicating this issue, is on Monday, XX/XX/XXXX when I called to see if my payment cleared, TSI said it did. However, more money is due. WHAT? They now claim I own an additional {$170.00}. It feels like ransom. The Treasury check isn't clearing so TSI is still charging. I have been getting phone calls and hang-ups from the NJ phone number ( XXXX ). It's harassment at this point. They won't listen to reason. The folks on their side have no clue how to explain what's happening. I have been talking to many people at TSI and no one seems to understand the issue. They are completely incompetent. When I asked them to show me the Burden of Proof of Debt they were stumped. I figured out what the issue was and asked them to see if the Treasury check cleared. Sure enough ... YES, that's the problem. It's because the Certified Check for {$230000.00} hasn't cleared! And now TSI thinks it's ok to continue to charge me for something I can not control. I have done EVERYTHING Treasury has asked me to do and TSI has asked me to do as well. I am beyond frustrated. I have two sons who need their Parent/Student loans and this company, TSI, is hindering this process. My children and I should not suffer at the hands of people who are completely incapable of understanding the situation I am faced with and incompetent in doing their jobs. Please advise.

I have tried multiple times to fix this but it has been an issue for at least a year. Because of their incorrect data, I do not receive any information in regards to loan status, due dates, or past due notices. Due to my loan bouncing around multiple companies, I have been unable to keep track when a payment is due, who it's due to, and what the amount is. In fact, I have received zero communication about past due notices, yet this company has no problem reporting it to the credit bureaus. They make no effort in working with the customer and leave me wonder what is going on.

Consumer Complaint: Message I sent them XX/XX/2019 : There is still an issue with my account having a *XX/XX/2019 - 30-Day-Late* mark being reported to the credit bureau every month and negatively affecting my credit. I was a XXXX XXXX XXXX during that time period and should have been in deferment. I sent your company documentation proving that I was a XXXX XXXX XXXX at that time and you put me in deferment as of XX/XX/2019, but DID NOT remove the negative mark from XXXX in your system. I have called 5 times over the past few months trying to resolve this issue and every representative has told me they " put a note on my account '' or will contact an " account specialist '' to resolve the issue and email me confirmation when the issue has been resolved. The issue is still not resolved and no one has ever sent me a follow up confirmation email. As of XX/XX/2019 XXXX XXXX informed me that your company is continuing to report this misinformation. I am very unhappy with the way your company is handling this situation and how long it is taking me to get this issue resolved. As we check there is a benefit applied on the time that it was reported negatively. We already reported it to the credit agency to be removed but then it still exist. Kindly file for a consumer dispute or have the credit agency call us together with you on the line so that we can resolve the past due notice in your account verbally. *There are several other emails where they can not look up my account or can not figure out how to resolve this issue and just say to call. When I call they say they will fix the problem but never do. I have made several calls to XXXX XXXX initially the late mark was removed by them in XXXX but then reappeared two weeks later once UAS sent their monthly report. XXXX XXXX said there is nothing they can do to permanently remove this late mark because UAS 's system will continue to report the mistake monthly until they fix it internally. This issue has been going on for four months and is negatively affecting my credit score. UAS is claiming they have tried to resolve the issue but it does not reflect in my credit score. I have never had a problem with a loan servicer, this company is ruing my credit and I am not sure what to do at this point.

Consumer Complaint: A physician at XXXX XXXX tried to bill and code my insurance for being out of network. The matter was addressed numerous times and aggressively disputed. The collection agency for the physician and I can only assume the XXXX uses a collection agency that seems to have many names and per an employee, they represent hundreds of physicans and/or hospitals. The collection agency goes by so many names I can't keep up with them. The name that is falsely reporting on my credit report shows : Transworld Systems Inc. Acct # XXXX, XXXX. XXXX XXXX, XXXX, DE XXXX, XXXX. This matter is compounded because they apologized for putting this matter in collections because it should not have been a debt and charged to begin with because I NEVER gave them consent and they never gave me notice of ANY out of network doctor appearing for a pre-op class. I received a letter of a XXXX balance. They removed it. I also have a document where they stated back in XX/XX/XXXX and I quote : " According to our files, we have not reported account XXXX XXXX to a credit bureau. '' XXXX XXXX advises it was not there in XX/XX/XXXX, this year and now it appears out of no where. So, to me once again, they have acted improperly, illegally, deceptively, and in bad faith and causing me harm by wrongfully reporting this account as a collection on my credit file. Transworld Systems has taken repeated actions that should scare and deeply concern any consumer. On Thursday, XX/XX/XXXX, I called this company and spoke with XXXX. He is a " is patient liaison manager ''. It does not appear from a message he left following our phone conversation that they intend to fix this again and not sneak another derrogatory comment in my credit file regarding something that wasn't a valid debt to begin with and one they said they had not done and one they cleared to a XXXX balance due to a mistake of their own. In the letter I asked for the debt to be validated by showing the original signed contract within 30 days. To this day no response for above mentioned company. This collection should be on my credit report and should be deleted. I do however will be reaching out to Attorney General 's office and seeking litigation since Transworld System Inc hasn't responded in the 30 days given.
