Consumer Complaint: In XX/XX/2019, I received an opened letter from Transworld Systems Inc due to it being misdelivered to another adress and immediately sent them ( Transworld Systems Inc ) a debt validation letter. Transworld Systems Inc received my letter of debt validation as evidenced by attached Certified Mail Receipt. To date, I have not received validation of debt from Transworld Systems Inc via mail nor by phone and the negative entry remains on my credit files ( XXXX, XXXX and XXXX ). Due to Transworld Systems Inc 's failure to validate debt and failure to respond in an appropriate amount of time, I am requesting immediate removal of their negative entry from my credit files immediately due to Fair Debt Collection Practices Act violations.

Consumer Complaint: XXXX XXXX XXXX sued me for a medical bill that was unpaid. The attorney & XXXX, ( the collection agency ) was the conduit of information as I did attempt to contact XXXX in XXXX Maryland to get resolution. I had insurance at the time of my hospital stay but there was a misunderstanding of where or how the billing was submitted. The bill for about {$1300.00} was denied and that's what the lawsuit was for. In the meantime I missed all their attempts to contact me until they sent a process server who served me with court papers. I had insurance with XXXX and they attempted to process the bill once they had my correct insurance member ID. They currently have pending judgement on my credit even though this has since been dismissed. I sent a certified letter to have this removed from my credit report and it has not been removed yet. Consumer Complaint: I purchased furniture for my daughter and grandson from the XXXX, AL location on XX/XX/XXXX. The store messed up the order THREE times and I had to receive a different ( less expensive bed. ) I finally received the correct shipment/merchandise and was told for my trouble they were reimbursing for the delivery fees. However, I never received a credit for the delivery fees and the invoices were never adjusted to reflect the merchandise that I received. I called repeatedly to customer service, went to the store twice and finally filed a dispute with Mastercard on XX/XX/XXXX for {$360.00} and {$160.00} which were the amounts for delivery fees and partial order. The store disputed the {$360.00} with Mastercard AND also added new charges to my store card : {$220.00} on XX/XX/XXXX ; {$95.00} on XXXX ; {$83.00} on XXXX. I called XXXX to dispute these new charges and was told I had to contact the store. I called customer service first who told me it was between me and the store so I went to the store a third time because I could not believe that the store could put additional charges on my store credit card without my authorization. I could not believe that it was so easy for them to pull my account and add charges and force me to pay for their error. On XXXX when I visited the store, I finally got resolution. I met with " XXXX '' who printed my invoices and saw where I was overcharged and never issued a refund for the delivery charges. He issued a credit of {$200.00} and {$59.00} to my Mastercard and {$110.00} to my XXXX store credit card. Reference Credit Memos XXXX and XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX. The disputed amounts on my Mastercard were reversed and the merchant received the {$360.00} and {$160.00}. NOW I received a collection notice dated XXXX ( three months after this has been resolved ) which was sent to the delivery address ( not my address ) for {$160.00}. I have attempted to call the number on the notice which is the corporate telephone number XXXX. Five phone calls and all I get is a recording. So here I am AGAIN with XXXX harassing and adding charges and strong-arming the customer to pay for services NOT rendered. And who will be punished? ME and my excellent credit rating. This is absurd that a company as big as XXXX operates in the manner and this needs to be looked into because there are others - just read XXXX Reviews.

Consumer Complaint: This complaint submission is in regards to a false credit report by TRANSWORLD SYSTEMS INC ( XXXX. XXXX XXXX XXXX, DE XXXX ). I have made attempts to rectify this matter with them directly, but they have now been unresponsive. I spoke with a few representatives by the names of XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX, & XXXX XXXX all who gave me different balance amounts. It took over an hour to find the alleged account belonging to me. When I spoke with Supervisor XXXX XXXX, she stated she would fax me all information regarding the alleged dept. I received a fax ; however, it was only for a settlement offer which I did not request. This led me to believe TRANSWORLD SYSTEMS INC is in violation of the Fair Debt Collections Practice Act, 15 USC 1692g. I have no obligations to which they failed to provide any evidence of. I called again and spoke with XXXX XXXX to retrieve a fax number to forward the Management Department a Debt Of Validation letter. I faxed her the documents on XX/XX/2019. It was confirmed through my fax machine that the Supervisor had received the files ; however, after notifying them, I still haven't received a response. I respectfully asked for proof of debt and anything in signature or judgment by law stating I was obligated to pay them the total of ( {$2100.00} ). I have never made any agreement with them or the original creditor to pay this alleged debt. I was also not properly notified of this false reported debt. I am requesting TRANSWORLD SYSTEMS INC to permanently remove my information from their systems and update all 3 major Credit Bureaus ( XXXX, XXXX, & XXXX ) on this action. At this point they have failed to provide any competent evidence or any legal obligation. Once again, TRANSWORLD SYSTEMS INC is currently in violation of the Fair Debt Collections Practice Act, 15 USC 1692g, and if this report is not removed and updated immediately to all 3 major Credit Bureaus ( XXXX, XXXX, & XXXX ), I will be pursuing legal actions.

Consumer Complaint: I have submitted 3 separate disputes via Consumer Financial Protection Bureau against Transworld Systems # XXXX # XXXX # XXXX. I believe your company has violated several of my consumer rights Specifically you : Failed to validate a debt at my requestFDCPA violation Continued to report a disputed debt to the CRAFCRA violation Continued to attempt to collect a disputed debtFDCPA violation Ignored my cease and desistFDCPA violation Not only have you ignored my prior requests for validation of debt but also you continue to report this debt to the credit bureaus causing damage to my character. This letter will again request that you follow the FDCPA and provide the following : Validation of Debt Request Proof of your right to own/collect this alleged debt Balance claimed including all fees, interest, and penalties Contract bearing my personal signature License proof to collect debts in my state As you may be aware, " Admission by Silence '' legally means that you had a duty to defend your position but failed to do so and if my claims were untrue you would have been compelled to deny my charges. I will use the Admission by Silence in my defense should I be summons to court or take action against you. I expect to receive proof requested above, within 15 days of this letter. Should you again ignore my request for validation of debt I reserve the right to sue your company for violations of my consumer rights as indicated under both the FDCPA and the FCRA. Consumer Complaint: Hi, upon checking my credit files I saw I have a collection account with Transworld Systems Inc and it said the original creditor was XXXX XXXX, I reached out to all 3 credit bureaus ( certifiedd returned receipt ) and asked them for any documents they have on my file with this company, they sent me a letter saying that this account was verified as accurate by the collection company and to reached Transworld Sysytems Inc if I wanted more information. On XX/XX/2019 I sent them a certified letter asking them for any documents or bearing my signature or any contract to see if someone stole my identity or what because I have not NEVER in my life opened any account whatsoever with XXXX XXXX or this company, they have not answered any letter and keep on reporting this negative account to the credit bureaus damaging my credit file. I want to buy a home in the coming months and when I went to check my file this is what I found, now I have to litigate this knowing I have never opened any type of utility service with them or any company before. They never sent me any letter NEVER saying that I had a collection account with them nor to dispute this on 3o days, nothing at all. I want this deleted from all my credit files please. attached is the letter that i sent them.
