Consumer Complaint: I am writing to express my frustration and disappointment with the lack of response to the disputes I submitted to TransUnion, XXXX, and XXXX regarding inaccurate information on my credit report. This failure to address my concerns is unacceptable. The violations of FCRA 605 ( c ) and FDCPA 809b demonstrate a blatant disregard for consumer rights and legal obligations. Enclosed, please find copies of all letters previously sent to your agency for your review and reference. Failure to address this matter promptly and effectively will leave me with no choice but to pursue legal action to seek restitution for the damages caused by your agency 's negligence.
