Consumer Complaint: Firstly, there are inaccuracies on my credit reports from the different credit agencies regarding my XXXX loan that falls under 15usc 1681. The XXXX loan XXXX XXXX TransUnion states it was open on XX/XX/XXXX. On XXXX and XXXX the loan was open on XX/XX/XXXX. TransUnion states my balance is {$18000.00} however XXXX and XXXX state my balance is {$18000.00}. Secondly, when I filled out the XXXX loan application I signed a privacy act form that said the school will not provide any transaction history to any third party companies which apparently they ignored. So pursuant to the family educational rights and privacy act of 1974 the school violated the act in the form. 15 usc 6802-6805 states Im able to opt out of financial institutions in giving my non public personal information to third party institutions such as TransUnion, XXXX and XXXX without my written consent or without giving me ( B ) the consumer is given the opportunity, before the time that such information is initially disclosed, to direct that such information not be disclosed to such third party; and ( C ) the consumer is given an explanation of how the consumer can exercise that nondisclosure option. I never received a non disclosure option or an opportunity to opt out of sharing my information with third party agencies.

Consumer Complaint: I am writing to address a pressing concern related to the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ) and the serious violations committed by XXXXXXXX XXXX Specifically, I have been reported as delinquent by XXXXXXXX XXXX and it is crucial that this issue is rectified without delay. Under 15 USC 1681 Section 602, my right to privacy has been egregiously breached by XXXXXXXX XXXX as they have reported me as delinquent without adhering to my instructions under an open-end consumer credit plan. This violation is further highlighted by 15 USC 1681 Section 604a Section 2, which explicitly underscores the importance of safeguarding consumer privacy. Furthermore, per 15 USC 1666b, a creditor s uch as XXXXXXXX XXXX is prohibited from treating a payment on a credit card account as late for any purpose without proper adherence to the terms of the open-end consumer credit plan. The reported late payments are a direct violation of this statute. I am disappointed by the significant delay in resolving this matter, particularly in relation to my XXXX, Transunion, and XXXX credit reports. I urgently request these bureaus to prioritize this dispute, conduct a thorough investigation, and promptly rectify the inaccuracies on my credit report caused by XXXXXXXX XXXX 's violations of the FCRA. Your immediate and decisive action in resolving this matter on my XXXX, Transunion, and XXXX report is not only anticipated but also greatly appreciated. I trust that you will address this issue with the urgency and seriousness it deserves. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.
