Consumer Complaint: Student loans all consolidated and in repayment since starting college XX/XX/XXXX, refinanced from XXXX XXXX to XXXX XXXXXXXX for PSLF then to XXXX, they re-aged incorrectly and illegally to XXXX and did not include my prior and consolidated all as one loans for the 30 years of payments. I have no graduate loans either as I withdrew right after signing up because they increased the tuition right after and all loan balances are to be canceled after 20 years of payments, it has been 30 years that I have been paying on my student loans. As well I have also submitted proof and certifications from two of my prior government jobs at the XXXX XXXX XXXX House and the US Dept of the Treasury IRS where I also worked besides my six years with the State of IL IDES, I certified with which total up to ten years of government employment toward my PSLF. So, either way, the loans should have already been canceled. All documentation has been provided to the US Dept of Education, XXXX, and the IL Attorney General as well as the CFPB!!! Cancel the balance of these loans or I will sue you!! Prior complaints about the same still not resolved. They have a note on it saying 17 of my loans are ineligible and I need to get out of my XXXX deferment! I have been paying on these loans since XXXX and they should have already been cancelled, they are all XXXX loans!!! I did not attend XXXX XXXX I withdrew right after I signed up and the loans were returned!! I only have one loans, somehow you have divided it into two a fed subsidized and fed unsubsidized. I have worked for the XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX IL, DEPT OF THE TREASURY IRS XXXX XXXX, MO AND STATE OF IL IDES FOR A TOTAL OF 10 YEARS, AND HAVE GIVEN ALL OF THIS INFORMATION TO THE MORONS WORKING AT THE DEPT OF EDUCATION WHO CAN NOT SEEM TO DO THEIR JOBS AND CERTIFY MY TIME WITH THE XXXX XXXX COURT HOUSE AND DEPT OF TREASURY IRS!!! They have all of the information, dates of employment and contact information for the HR representatives, on top of this I sent them a copy of my IMRF screen as they tried to deny my XXXX XXXX XXXX House employment. WHOEVER HAS BEEN HANDLING ALL NEEDS TO BE FIRED!!! I have reported all to Biden and I talking with an attorney about a lawsuit against you both and XXXX too!! I have several family members who retired from the federal government and are retired from the military!! DO YOUR JOBS OR GET OUT!!! I have been trying to get this resolved for the last year and nothing is being done correctly!! Consumer Complaint: I had to travel for a funeral and found a company that helps veterans with flight fees. On XX/XX/XXXX I saw on my credit report that the account was showing a 30 days late payment XX/XX/XXXX and 30 days late XX/XX/XXXX. I emailed XXXX XXXX XXXX at XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. Additionally, I called XXXX XXXX XXXX XX/XX/XXXX to ask for this inaccurate information to be updated. I was given a confirmation email stating that if I paid XXXX XXXX XXXX {$1100.00} ( my remaining balance in full ) they would remove the inaccurate information. Here it is, XX/XX/XXXX, and the account is only showing as closed with still late payments. This is effecting my credit score and my life.
