Consumer Complaint: The following XXXX accounts need review from you XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX has a Last Payment Date of XX/XX/year> which is incorrect. It is also an account that is closed and has a monthly payment of {$400.00} per month. XXXX XXXX continues to say that the account is accurate. I understand that it is not like that. I would like this account to be deleted because it is not accurate. The next one is XXXX XXXX, it has a False Last Payment Date, nor does it present a pattern of XXXX days late before it was Charge Off by the account provider. I wonder if this is XXXX percent accurate.

Consumer Complaint: I recently obtained a copy of my credit report and noticed accounts that I have no knowledge of being reported to my profile. In XXXX my wallet was stolen during a work trip, the credit bureaus were notified and a fraud alert was placed on my account. I contacted the credit reporting agencies in XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX, notifying them of the fraudulent accounts being reporting on my profile. Per 15 USC 1681B accounts that I have not given any written consent nor permission should be reported to my profile. Reporting fraudulent accounts further violates 15 USC 1681c-2. I also requested that the credit reporting agencies remove all fraudulent addresses and credit inquiries that I have not authorized or given permission to be reported. These accounts being placed on my profile without my knowledge are hurting my ability obtain any credit in my name

Consumer Complaint: I have filed multiple complaints and disputes with XXXX TRANSUNION and XXXX regarding them disclosing without my consent my non public information and I have disputed certain accounts because there is no contract between myself and certain companies that are showing on my consumer report. I have asked that they stop disclosing my non public information as I have told them I DO NOT CONSENT and they continue to report they are also attempting to disclose more of my information to these third party companies by trying to match up addresses telephones number and inaccurate names that are appearing on my consumer report and giving this information to these companies that I have no agreements with in order to keep the accounts on my report. TRANSUNION XXXX and XXXX are all reporting a charged off account from XXXX XXXX XXXX a charge off is considered a certificate of indebtedness which means it is income income is non public information and non public information being reported on my report is a violation of my privacy rights under the privacy act of 1974. If an account is charged off it is then XXXX and I was suppose to receive a XXXX form fron that company who charged off the account so that I can file the XXXX with the IRS. Furthermore TRANSUNION XXXX and XXXX are all reporting a charged off account from XXXX XXXX XXXX a charge off is considered a certificate of indebtedness which means it is income income is non public information and that being reported on my report is another violation of my privacy rights under the privacy act of 1974. If an account is charged off it is then XXXX and I was suppose to receive a XXXX form fron that company who charged off the account so that I can file the XXXX with the IRS. In fact all debts are XXXX according to the indenture agreement that these companies filed with the XXXX XXXX. I will reiterate that I DO NOT CONSENT to income being reported to my consumer report nor do I consent to XXXX TRANSUNION and XXXX disclosing more of my information to try and help the companies reporting on my consumer report to match up addresses telephone numbers and names instead of doing proper investigations into my dispute they are simply just updating the accounts improperly using immoral and unfair tactics to ruin my ability to obtain credit which is a violation of my right to credit.
