Consumer Complaint: In accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act. The List of accounts below has violated my federally protected consumer rights to privacy and confidentiality under 15 USC 1681. I told XXXX, Transunion, and XXXX to reinvestigate this account that is with XXXX XXXX XXXX. However, they stated everything was complete and accurate. But how is that possible if the open date, date of last activity and much more is incorrect. I also have no written agreement or obligation to this company whatsoever. Additionally, according to 15 USC 1681i ( 5 ), they are supposed to modify accounts that aren't reporting correctly. 15 U.S.C. 1681s-2 ( A ) ( 1 ) A person shall not furnish any information relating to a consumer to any consumer reporting agency if the person knows or has reasonable cause to believe that the information is inaccurate

Consumer Complaint: Time has already passed but up until now, I havent heard any kind of response from the 3Credit Bureaus which made me decide to seek assistance from you. They have shown negligence and an act of refusal to comply with my request. I know for a fact that they are to comply with the Fair Credit Reporting Act law, provide proof, and documents, and give definite and accurate responses, within the given statutory time. However, if they fail to do so, they are obliged to remove or update the items which are erroneous and unverified. Their unfavorable and unacceptable actions have been hurting my credit scores immensely. Consumer Complaint: I am writing to formally dispute the presence of a bankruptcy entry on my credit report, as reported by your agency. This dispute is made in accordance with the Metro 2 Compliance Guidelines and the provisions of the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( 15 USC 1681 et seq. ). On XX/XX/2023, I obtained a copy of my credit report from your agency and discovered that a bankruptcy entry is listed on my report. The bankruptcy entry in question is as follows : 1. This account is in violation of 15 U.S. CODE 1681 a ( 4 ) Consumer Rights To Privacy This Bankrupty Should Not Be on my credit consumer report. You are hindering my ability to get thing you are destroying my life please delete this from my credit report immediately. I am disputing this bankruptcy entry for the following reasons : Inaccurate Information : The information regarding the bankruptcy entry on my credit report is inaccurate. I have never filed for bankruptcy or had any bankruptcy proceedings against me. This erroneous information is damaging my creditworthiness and causing me undue financial harm. Violation of Metro 2 Compliance : The inclusion of this inaccurate bankruptcy entry on my credit report is in violation of Metro 2 Compliance Guidelines, which require accurate and up-to-date reporting of consumer credit information. Violation of 15 USC 1681 : This erroneous bankruptcy entry also constitutes a violation of the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( 15 USC 1681 et seq. ), which mandates that consumer reporting agencies ensure the accuracy of the information they report. I am requesting that XXXX promptly investigate this dispute in accordance with the provisions of the Fair Credit Reporting Act. Pursuant to my rights under 15 USC 1681i, I request that you : Conduct a thorough and comprehensive investigation into the accuracy of the bankruptcy entry in question. Verify the accuracy of the information with the creditor responsible for reporting it. Correct or delete the inaccurate bankruptcy entry from my credit report if it is found to be incorrect.
