Once corrected information was deleted by experiean, they did not put back the XXXX points that my score went down because of the error reported new address. XXXX. I have made repeated attempts to talk to someone at experian but just keep getting voice prompts. XXXX. There isn't any way I can state in writing or otherwise to get my credit score back to where it was.

Consumer Complaint: Despite my repeated attempts to rectify inaccuracies on my credit report, I have encountered significant obstacles in obtaining resolution from TransUnion XXXX XXXX communication was XX/XX/2024. Upon reviewing my credit report and submitting multiple disputes regarding the accounts in question, I received a response from TransUnion stating that my dispute results the accounts were verified when in no way this is true as I still have multiple inaccuracies on my credit report. Multiple inquires have been deleted even ones attached to the accounts in question. These actions have left me in a state of frustration and uncertainty regarding the accuracy of my credit report. As a consumer protected under 15 U.S. Code 1681o of the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ), I am entitled to certain rights, including the expectation that consumer reporting agencies follow reasonable procedures to ensure the accuracy of information contained in consumer reports. Additionally, upon receiving a dispute from a consumer, agencies are mandated to conduct a reasonable reinvestigation to verify the accuracy of disputed information. It is evident that TransUnion has failed to adhere to these obligations, as the inaccuracies on my credit report persist, including erroneous personal information and employer details.
