Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX I wrote to the 3 credit reporting agencies Transunion XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, TX. XXXX Regarding these two collections items added to my credit report illegally : XXXX. XXXX XXXX - {$170.00} XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX- {$2900.00} I requested that they provide me proof and validation that this debt is mine. They are required by law to supply information to validate that this debt exists between myself, and the agencies noted above. These collection items are in violation of the 15 USC 1681b, Permissible Purposes. They didn't validate this debt, so they are required to remove it from my credit report immediately.
