As proof of my identity, I have included copies of my Social Security card, These are my information, please remove any other names, non-mailable addresses, and phone numbers from my credit report. per the FCRA as a federally protected consumer I ( XXXX XXXX ), am now opting out of any & all authorization I the consumer may have given written, unwritten, verbal & nonverbal per 15 USC 6802 Obligations with respect to disclosures of personal information, 313.7 Form of opt-out notice to consumers ; opt out methods. a " Charge-Off '' considered a certificate of indebtedness per the IRS and income can not be reported. The IRS Clearly defines a charge-off as Gross or Ordinary income, INCOME DOES NOT GET REPORTED ON THE CONSUMER REPORT which in fact makes the reporting of this account inaccurate! None of the companies that i have credit cards with has provided copies of the IRS forms such as 1099c,1099a and 1099OID filed with the U.S. Treasury and it does not appear that they are filing the proper taxes with IRS.companies must provide consumer with a copy of appropriate 1099c for accurate IRS reporting for any debt over {$600.00} U.S. Department The Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act ( FERPA ) ( 20 U.S.C. 1232g ; 34 CFR Part 99 ) is a Federal law that protects the privacy of student education records. The law applies to all schools that receive funds under an applicable program of the U.S. Department of Education. FERPA gives parents certain rights with respect to their children 's education records. My credit report shows this is my account number XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX, however, on the XXXX website, it shows my account number is XXXX. This is INACCURATE information, inaccurate information must be removed immediately. Below Ive attached all charge-offs on all three of my credit reports. Please remove all charge-offs and inquiries and student debt from all 3 credit reports. Please remove All inquiries on my credit report under 15 USC 1681 for permissible purposes. Please remove all other names, addresses, phone numbers, and email addresses other than the ones that I have provided here

Consumer Complaint: I am writing to dispute the following information that XXXX supplied to XXXX, Transunion and XXXX credit bureaus ; whose report has incorrect information that has not been updated in reference to account ( XXXX open XX/XX/XXXX ). Prior to the Pandemic I had an Impeccable Payment history XXXX credit score, I value being a financially responsible client. However, during Covid-19 I suffered from a major hardship, I had a great death in my family, and I lost my former husband, who at the time was my primary source of income. I also was laid off from my Job due to major cutbacks. Being a Widowed wife and a mother of XXXX It was hard to meet all my financial hardships. Nevertheless, I did not want to neglect my financial obligations. If you check the history on my account, I have never missed a payment from the time I opened my account in XXXX until the pandemic ; even after pandemic my payment history has been superior. In XXXX I reached out to your Truist to request hardship payment options, I agreed to do a settlement with your company, hence each account was paid. I was informed that the account would be kept current, no late payments will be reported due to me agreeing to settle the account and Care Act. According to the Cares ACT, the CARES Act states if you make a debt-relief agreement, that creditor must continue to report the debt as current. Therefore, no late payments should reflect my credit file during that time. I Request that the late payment history be removed as soon as possible to be in compliance with the federal law. To ensure that creditors adhere to the Federal Law which prohibits Negative Credit Reporting according to The CARES Act signed into law on XX/XX/XXXX, Act to amend Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ) to stop adverse credit reporting during COVID -19crisis. ( 15U.S.C. 1681s-2 ( a ) ( 1 ) ( F ). ) This has been an ongoing issue. I have also reached out to XXXX in XXXX, XXXX, and just recently XXXX XXXX via dispute through my credit bureau, however both accounts remain the same inaccurately Late Payment history. Please reinvestigate this matter and contact the nationwide credit bureaus to have them delete the disputed late payment items as soon as possible.
