I am not satisfied that adequate measures were taken to contact the creditor responsible for reporting the information in question on my report. I was never provided full disclosure of my privacy rights under the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act ( 15 USC 6802 ). XXXX XXXX is depriving my rights under the color of law ( 18 USC 242 ). And is attempting to collect extensions of credit by extortionate means ( 18 USC 894 ). Opt-Out of Authorized Sharing : Please be advised that I have opted out of XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX authorized sharing program and request that you update any information shared under this program from my credit reports. To ensure my opt-out request is processed accurately, I have included a copy of documentation.
