Consumer Complaint: I am listing accounts below that have been reported inaccurately on my credit report. In compliance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act and as a gesture of respect to the Federal Trade Commission Committee on accuracy and completeness of credit information I am formally writing in today to dispute negative information appearing on my credit. This incorrect information is greatly hindering me from getting the credit score I deserve and hopefully, this letter will resolve all the issues on my credit. I demand to see Verifiable Proof ( an original Consumer Contract with my Signature on it ) of the accounts listed below. Consumer Complaint: After receiving a copy of my TransUnion consumer report I noticed there was a total of ( 4 ) unknown and unwarranted and non permissionalble inquiries,4 inquiries that I didn't recognize nor have a open account with. After speaking to a representative from TransUnion they advised me that it was their policy to place these hard inquiries on a consumer report so I advised them that their policy doesn't supersed federal law from the FCRA & FDCPA. My federal protected rights as a consumer was being violated by having the derogatory information on my consumer report. And that this information wasn't court ordered nor was there verbal or written permission given. The above mentioned inquiries has hindered my ability to acquire lines of credit and better interest rates.
