Consumer Complaint: XX/XX/XXXX I mailed the document attached which is a letter to TransUnion about not giving me a 5 day notice of reporting a public record child support account back on my credit report. They are breaking the law and it must be removed. TransUnion responded with the account has been updated. The updated was the amount of the account. They completely disregarded the letter and law! They used the stall tactic and then came with an invalid response. I called TransUnion XX/XX/year> which is on record and I asked about the response to the dispute and was told they see no dispute or prior dispute regarding my public records, which is totally false, They are using unethical practices and I have since reached out to my attorney and will be taking legal action against TransUnion. They are not only using third party information but are not giving proper notices. I'm asking TransUnion to do the right thing and remove the account before leal action is taken.
