Consumer Complaint: Good afternoon. In XX/XX/2022, I tried to make a purchase at XXXX XXXX in XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ) Florida. TD Bank flagged that purchase as fraudulent, even though it was within the credit limit. I contacted TD Bank numerous times over the phone between XXXX to XX/XX/2022 to try to get the account open again so I could pay. I was informed that it would be open within a couple of hours every time I was on the phone, however it gave me a " Request could not be processed '' error under the credit card account. Since I was not receiving paper statements, I was unable to pay the bill until the account was open. I was unable to access the account since then, and recently received a collection notice for the balance in the mail. TD Bank charged late fees on the account, then NEGATED the late fees before handing it over to the collection agency. This is affecting my credit, and I ALWAYS make my payments on time. A simple check of my credit will show you this. I would like TD bank to rescind the late payment on my credit score since I was UNABLE to access my account online, even after speaking to several people over the phone.

To which, I was given a receipt, stating {$100.00} available balance in account. I spent approximately. {$46.00} after leaving the bank... now the account reads XXXX and a 6 day business hold on the cashier 's check. TD Bank claims the hold is due to the checking account being a new account. However, a 6day business hold for a cashier 's check is execcessive. Additionally I was given a false record of what the available balance was after depositing the check..I find that it was unfair and deceptive. .

Consumer Complaint: TD Bank, Target Credit Card refuses to report correct balance to Credit Reporting Agencies. I have warned Target Customer Service that they are ruining my credit score because they refuse to report the correct balance on time each month. Currently the entire balance has been paid off as of XX/XX/2023, and I filed a dispute twice with XXXX, and Target responded lying and stating that I owed them {$130.00}. I can prove with my bank statement that I paid the account off. It is very important that credit card companies submit the correct information each month to the credit reporting agencies. My credit score is low and I should have excellent credit with a much higher score over XXXX. I am now canceling the Target account after XXXX years of trying to improve my credit score and they continue to lie to the credit agencies. My next step is to file a lawsuit against Target for violation of the Fair Credit Reporting Act.

Consumer Complaint: XX/XX/ I went inside the TD bank located on XXXX, NJ to withdraw {$9000.00}. The bank teller asked the manager to get the key for the vault as he ( teller ) only have {$2000.00} in his till and will need {$7000.00} from the vault to complete the transaction. The manager told me that she can't open the vault and I have to take what they have in the till and go to another Td to get the additional {$7000.00}. I asked for the money and told her repeatedly that I have an emergency and needed the money without avail. I left the bank really dissatisfied/disappointed. I called TD customer service and they couldn't understand why I was denied my money. I called the customer service again layer that night and asked for an ATM withdrawal increase that was only good for 24hrs. I don't know what else to do so that my money can be available to me. Please help!!!
