Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/2017 I used my credit card for a friend that lives out of the country to pay a some type of fees on his timeshare account with XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ; Because his credit/debit card was declined due to his banking security issues and he was not able to use his own credit/debit card at that time, so I used my card for the transaction. That was the ( ONLY TRANSACTION ) I allowed to be made on my credit card and never signed any contract with XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. ; After a couple of months I was traveling in XXXX and tried to use my card for a small purchase and the transaction was denied, I figured that the transaction was declined because I was out of the country at that time. Once I arrived back to the United States I contacted my bank and logged in to my online account only to find out that there were several large amount charges from XXXX XXXX XXXX / XXXX on my credit cards, so I contacted my credit card companies and let them know that the transactions were not authorized by me, so they place a claim for the transactions. Everything seems to be fixed for a while but after a couple of months the charges were reversed back to my account and the bank issued me a letter stating that XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. XXXX. ; provided them with my authorization for the transactions when I did not. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. XXXX. negligently and knowingly charged my cards without my authorization for their member/stockholder account because their member/stockholder credit/debit card would not go through for the transactions, so they charged my cards over and over. Without my authorization XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. XXXX. saved my card information on their system without notifying either myself or their member/stockholder. After and while looking up the company online I found similar situations, they are money hungry and their agents try and do anything to get money in no matter what even it it is to break law in every aspect. Now, I owe my credit card companies {XXXX} not counting interests and my credit card companies only tells me to go to the police and nothing is resolved. Now the only choice I have is to file a law suit in Federal Court to recover the moneys they charged me because I can never pay this amount. This also have impacted dramatically my credit scores making it impossible for me to get a loan due to extremely high interest charges. Even more, myself and my partner have almost all of our accounts jointly and his credit has also been affected dramatically.

Consumer Complaint: I reported a scam on my bank account on XX/XX/19 ( TD Bank ), and was told the money would be refunded in 3-5 days. The total was {$3000.00}. I called back after 5 days and the next person I talked to said I dont know what that person was talking about, your fraud claim was rejected I filed an appeal, and kept calling and calling- I even went into my local bank at XXXX and XXXX XXXX in XXXX , and called several times. No one got back to me. I gave up, became depressed- but figured I would reach out here to see if anyone could help

Consumer Complaint: I XXXX XXXX along with my wife XXXX XXXX are in a position to file for a Chapter XXXX bankruptcy. However, as a means of pursuing a reasonable procedure to get out of debt over the next year without such a drastic step, we are requesting very low settlements in the 20 % range of where our debts were at the last payment. Accordingly, we believe that we only have one chance at this, and if we do not start receiving settlement offers soon, we will retain the bankruptcy attorney we recently consulted. Therefore, we request letters of settlement, and we request the cease and desist from all calls to our home, cell and/or work. We desire to resolve these matters in written form only. Consumer Complaint: Around XX/XX/XXXX-XX/XX/2017 I called XXXX to tell them about a double account that been reported for T.D Bank and I explain to them that one of those account is open and the other one is closed and but I never mention my account as fraud and they removed it and T.D Bank has closed my account because of identity theft which is not true and later on reopen my account back and it hasn't been reported back to XXXX at all and it only being reported to XXXX and XXXX at this Time now I contacted TD BANK to see if they can reinserted back to XXXX report but they didn't do it and I kept getting letter from them saying that im giving them insufficient information to them and they were no help to me and I need to have this credit card reported back my account number is XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX

Consumer Complaint: I am a TD bank customer and deposited a payroll check on XX/XX/XXXX through the mobile app in hopes that my funds will be available next business day as they said. On XX/XX/XXXX, I checked my account and not only are the funds not available but they are on hold for six days. I called the customer service XXXX where they advised me to go to a branch and speak to a branch manager. I go to the branch located located at XXXX XXXX XXXX in NY, I explained my issue to one of the personal bankers and she also advise me to see the branch manager that comes aXXXX XXXX. I returned to branch at XXXX to speak to the branch manager and it looks like everyone was hesitant to even ask her/him to see me. I speak to XXXX who tells me she will take my information and pass it along to the manager and I will hear from them within 3 hrs. About two hrs passed and they told me they are unable to help and to try to another branch with no further explanations. Now I am frustrated because I did as I was told and the branch did not provide with any answers or services. TD bank praises themselves as to be the most convenient bank but yet no one is able to help. I called back the XXXX customer service and told me the same story I need to speak with XXXX. I go to another branch located in XXXX XXXX XXXX, and speak with XXXX who told me the branch XXXX was not available and due to the fact that it was XXXX in Friday night, I need it to return on Monday morning. Now my frustrations are on high level since first no one could give me a straight answer as to what's going and how can I be help, no one attempted to even help me with my issue, XXXX at the XXXX XXXX advised that it is best to cash your check rather than to use the features that HIs bank TD offers. It seems that branch managers doesn't work past certain hours, therefore if you an an issue you just have to deal with it on your because they are unable to do so. I am very frustrated at this incident. TD does not hold their vision as to being the most convenient bank and yet I have not found one employees that could help me. I am very disgusted at the matter. They are misleading customers as to their vision and customer service.

Consumer Complaint: Paid my target credit card bill on XX/XX/2019. The total was {$40.00} and I paid the entire amount over the phone with a target customer service rep. Its now XX/XX/2019 and target is still claiming i need to pay the bill, plus their interest fees. I spoke with target customer service again and explained that I paid the bill over a month ago via the phone with a target rep, and target is claiming that phone payments sometimes get lost in their " control system. '' ( I have no idea what that means ). I even called target again and did a three way call with my bank. My bank verified to them that the funds were withdrawn from my account and sent to target, and that it posted on my account on XX/XX/2019. Target doesnt care and are simply demanding more money. Total scam.

Consumer Complaint: Hello I had subjected my social security number and my credit scores to have a card with target and I had been using the card and then I paid the card off. All of a sudden I received a threatening letter from target saying I better use my card or they will close out my account. So I emailed them well customer service and said that is not fair and I had my credit jeopardized for this. So they ended up closing my card in XX/XX/2019 and I saw my credit report and it stated that that closed account has a negative impact on my credit score and report. I should not have to subject myself to financial distress for something that I dont need or want at that time. I have other credit financial responsibilities and I am not going to be forced to make credit card charges that I dont want to. That is the same thing as credit fraud or theft. Them making me make charges that I dont consent or agree to make to have their credit services and I am thinking about legal consultation. I have another credit store card snd it has been paid off longer then target and they have not done anything like that and they are a HIGH END STORE. I got no response from the second email asking why they really closed my dang account

Consumer Complaint: I applied for a Government Small Business Loan through TD bank on XX/XX/2018 I was denied because I had issues with my credit report, three negative items were affecting my score, I called these 3 creditors they provided me with paid in full letters and I dispute the 3 accounts with the 3 credit bureaus ( XXXX, XXXX and XXXX ), finally on XXXX XXXX these 3 accounts were deleted form XXXX Credit Report, I went to TD bank again on XX/XX/XXXX with the XXXX credit report sent by this credit report bureau by regular mail with all the disputes resolved. These 3 accounts were removed and deleted from XXXX Credit Report however from XXXX and XXXX I am still in dispute with them with the same accounts, my company fullfilled all the requirements and the Bank didn't even consider that XXXX credit report was accurate, the bank denied the loan because the issue was not resolved with the other credit bureaus XXXX and XXXX knowing that these accounts were the same ones deleted from XXXX.

Consumer Complaint: A company I hired to correct information on-line never corrected it and kept charging me their monthly fee after I canceled service. It took them 8 month to eventually prosses the cancellation only after I have to close the card to stop them from charging it. on XX/XX/XXXX they charged {$1800.00} and on XX/XX/XXXX {$250.00} and even after they closed the account they charged {$770.00} on XX/XX/XXXX
