Consumer Complaint: I have a bank account with TD Bank. I needed my bank statements for XXXX and XXXX and was unable to get it on the phone. They asked me where the paper statements went and it was a long time ago but I had a lawyer taking them in but he returned them but never sent them to me. It was a while ago and now I have no statements. I could not use the banking by computer as I tried to do it but it would not work. I had legal loans and money coming in but now I can not prove what came in and went out as I get Social Security which says I have to keep less than {$2000.00} in the bank at all times. Could you have the bank mail me XXXX and XXXX bank statements as I paid some rent but can not prove it without you sending it as my landlord did not give me a receipt.

Issue: Problem with a purchase shown on your statement
Subissue: Credit card company isn't resolving a dispute about a purchase on your statement
Consumer Complaint: I have repeatedly contacted TD Bank requesting they assist me in disputing 4 unauthorized charges made by XXXX backup service. TD Bank has ignored my calls and letters and have refused to respond to my letters. The data backup company XXXX has made enormous charges to my Cashback credit card for charges I did not make or authorize and I find fraudulent. Without a response to my letters and despite my continued dispute with XXXX, TD Bank closed my dispute. XXXX has no answer for me and will not compromise. My original purchase with XXXX was for {$19.00} for a two year subscription for XXXX backup service for my personal PC and laptop with hard drives of XXXX. XXXX is trying to convince me I have a server farm here at my home and I am using untold amounts of data. I want to continue to prosecute this dispute with both TD Bank and XXXX.

Consumer Complaint: I reached out via phone to TD Auto Finance in early XX/XX/2019 to seek a payment extension as I knew it would be tough for me to make the next payment given the substantial money Ive spent trying to repair my flooded moldy home in Houston. I took the action they required, which was to pay the accrued interest to effect the payment extension. TD claims I should have mailed in a signed paper as step 2 to effect the agreement. The attached shows that TD confirms on pg 1 that paying the interest is whats needed to effect the agreement. Pg 2 changes it to say sign here. In short, TD reported the account 30 days late which caused all 3 of my FICO scores to decline XXXX points. Ive begged them to not apply this false 30 days late and they refuse to even consider admitting their negligent error. Unfortunately, Ive been through this with other lenders and none has ever required a document to me sent in : XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX etc. matter of act, those lenders have never required the accrued interest be paid either, but thats not my complaint. Ironically, Ive sent TD Auto 2 payoff checks in certified funds, and they have yet to apply either check despite having the checks for over 7 days. TD clearly has operational issues.

Consumer Complaint: I went to the XXXX XXXX XXXX TD Bank location on Thursday, XX/XX/2019 after I got out of work to use the atm. Naturally, the bank was closed, so this was the only option. After I deposited my {$78.00} into the atm, it jammed and asked me on-screen to enter the amount of money I put into it. I did so, and it forced the deposit into my account, while printing a receipt for this. The next morning, I wake up and notice that only {$58.00} of my {$78.00} has been deposited. I drive from three towns away to speak to an employee, as the phone number listed on the receipt and online makes it virtually impossible to speak to a real person, and they tell me that machine jams happen " all the time '' and that " they only found {$58.00} in the atm when they opened it up ''. I'm sorry, but should I be held liable because of employee error, or the fact that it could have gotten cycled into the machine unlike the rest of the money and they did not look and consider this? Furthermore, couldn't it have been possible this happen to other people the same night before me, as this " happens all the time '', and there were multiple transaction errors? Instead of providing me with any assistance, this employee make it clear he wasn't going to do anything about this, and walked away to the other end of the store to make someone else deal with it. I have not been provided with a proper deposit slip as it says " error '' online, and the one I have clearly is not that if they didn't give me the amount printed on it.

Issue: Problem caused by your funds being low
Subissue: Non-sufficient funds and associated fees
Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/2019 my checking account was short of fund for a couple of bucks ( less than {$50.00} ) for the last 2 hours and after that really short time, I did fund my account, as I always do ( I do have a link savings account ), and direct deposit also. Then, to my surprise on XX/XX/XXXX TD bank charged a fee of {$14.00} because of an insufficient fund that I actually trying to figure out if after 20 plus days TD Bank can do that retroactively, because of my two accounts with them have enough fund since then.
