Consumer Complaint: I originated a line of credit with TD Bank on XX/XX/2017. Over 90 % of the payments made since the inception of this loan has included additional funds to be applied to principal payment. Most of the time when I mailed a payment to the XXXX XXXX processing center I would note on the check within the memo section to apply to principal, however in reviewing the payment history it does not show this was done. I have reached out to several representatives over the last three months to attempt to reach a resolution and no-one has been wiling to go over my pay history breakdown the application of my payments.

They also have stated they want to take my wages and property. They have demanded I give them an inventory list of my personal property and wages so they can have them. They have demanded I give them my bank account information and details about my home. They even want know how many family pets I have, paintings, tools, and kitchen appliances. They also have demanded to know my salary, the name of my boss, and when my pay day is. They have made it appear that I will go to jail if I do not give them this information.

Consumer Complaint: My savings account at TD Bank was opened using a promotional offer to expect {$200.00} bonus for keeping {$20000.00} in the account for three month. Unfortunately, a reoccurring transfer processed by the bank two days later than scheduled brought the balance little below the 20,000 toward the end of the three month period for two days total. The money was in the linked checking account at the same bank all along. This was acknowledged by two representatives at 24 hour customer service on XXXX, and XXXX submitted a request for my bonus consideration assuring me of the understanding. However, on XXXX, when the time came to hear back from the bonus department, I am advised by XXXX that the bonus department submissions can not be customized in any way. This contradicts my earlier expectations and makes it easy for the bank to disqualify me at their pleasure. She also assures me that her manager could not do anything else and nobody else could. This is a big disappointment for me, especially considering that my money could be earning interest elsewhere similar to the promised bonus.

Consumer Complaint: I opened my account with TD I HAVE A CHECKING AND SAVINGS ACCOUNT. THE BEGINNING OF MY PROBLEMS CAME WHEN I HAD FRAUD. I REPORTED THIS FRAUD AND WAS TOLD I WAS MOVING FUNDS BACK AND FORTH BETWEEN ACCOUNTS. IN ADDITION, FRAUD DECLARED WHEN I STATED THAT I DIDN'T EVER MAKE ANY TRANSACTIONS WITH XXXX. ALSO, THE AMOUNT OF FUNDS TRANSFERRED WERE EXCESSIVE. AT THE BANK, I ADVISED THEM THAT FUNDS WERE GONE OUT OF ACCOUNT. LAUGHING AT ME, SHE STATED, I WAS MOVING MONEY. I WAS NOT AND I ALSO STATED, THERE IS A POINT OF FUNDS EXITING AS OPPOSED TO MOVING BACK AN FORTH. ' JUST YESTERDAY, I HAD SOME ELSE USE MY VOICE AS THEY CLAIM THEY HAVE VOICE PRINT TO IDENTIFY ME AND SOMEONE WAS ABLE TO MAKE A TRANSACTION. ON THE DAY OF THE XXXX, TRANSACTIONS NOW HAVE LEFT ME WITH OVER 3000 GONE. IT'S MY SSI MONEY AND THEY ARE NOT WORKING WTH ME NOR IS FRAUD. I SPOKE WITH XXXX, WHO IS IN 120 % AGREEMENT THAT SOMEONE INTERNALLY IS STEALING AND THAT THE BANK WAS NOT FOLLOWING THE FEDERAL GUIDELINES. THEY WOULD LIKE TO CREDIT MY ACCOUNT, DUE TO THE BANK REFUSING TO INVESTIGATE FRAUD. NOW, TODAY, THERE ARE NO RECORDS OF ANY TRANSACTIONS, ACCOUNTS, ETC. OPENED BACK IN XX/XX/XXXX-XX/XX/XXXX. THEY ARE SHOW ONLY 4 ACCOUNTS. JUST THIS WEEK, TRANSFERS, LINKING SAVINGS ACCT WITH CHECKING WERE DONE, 2 TIMES I HAVE HAD TO TELL THEM THEY WERE NEVER TOLD TO THAT THEY WEREN'T INSTRUCTED BY ME TO ALLOW MY ACCOUNT TO USE THE " GIFT OF GOING OVER MY ACTUAL BALANCE. SO, I WAS CHARGED WITH XXXX. THE BANK HAS REFUSED TO LISTEN, INVESTIGATE ANY FRAUD, STATING I WAS USING XXXX WHEN I HAVE NEVER HAD ANYONE WALK THROUGH MY DOOR. I DON'T AND WOULDN'T TRUST THEM. MY BANK, CLEARLY IS STEALING FROM ME AND IT'S NOT BEING ADDRESSED AT ANY LEVEL. ISSUED A XXXX CHECK WHICH ISN'T MY NAME, ACCOUNT AND FRAUD BUT THEY HAVE DENIED THIS AS FRAUD. 2. WHEN I TOLD THEM THAT XXXX WAS FRAUD, I REC 'D A LETTER STATING THAT THE LAW UNDER FED E WAS MY PROBLEM. I HAVE OVER 15-20 ACCOUNT NUMBERS, NO STATEMENTS NOR ANY ABILITY TO GET THE 100 ATM CARDS WHICH ARE ISSUED. I HAD THE BANK ACTUALLY HAND ME A ATM CARD THAT I ENTERED A CODE/PIN AND THEY HANDED THE CARD WHICH DIDN'T BELONG TO ME AS WELL. I CAN'T BEGIN TO FIGURE OUT WHAT TO DO, AS THE POLICE REPORT THEY ARE ASKING OF ME IS NOT WHO SHOULD BE GETTING IT. THEY HAVE USED AND DENIED OVER 10-15K IN UNAUTHORIZED CHARGES, WHILE ANY OTHER FRAUD WITH MY CC OR CHECKING ACCOUNTS DON'T TDO THIS. THE BANK IS ASKING ME TO GIVE THEM ALL OF MY ACCOUNT NUMBERS THAT I HAVE BECAUSEE THERE IS NO TRACE.

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/2019 I was researching the best price for a XXXX cell phone with multiple companies including XXXX, XXXX, XXXX XXXX, XXXX and XXXX. XXXX advertised a special price for the phone if you financed through XXXX. They directed you to fill in information to see if you would qualify for the financing and then you would be shown the " special price ''. The price was not as low as XXXX XXXX so I did not purchase the phone from XXXX. On XX/XX/2019 I received and email stating I now had {$4200.00} in XXXX credit through TD Bank. I contacted TD Bank and they refused to cancel this account. They said they would close the account, but would not cancel it since I had filled in information and that automatically means I am applying for the line of credit with XXXX. Apparently TD Bank will not allow a customer to find out if they will qualify for a loan/credit without actually applying for the loan/credit. TD Bank stated that this case does not fall under the Truth-In-Lending Rescission rule even though I contacted them well within the 3 business day time frame and have not received anything in writing describing this line of credit from XXXX that they claim I applied for. Clearly XXXX is also responsible for advertising misleading information causing customers to apply for credit without their knowledge when they believe they are only inquiring if they will qualify in order to be given the special price.

Consumer Complaint: At the beginning of XXXX, I receive a statement from Nordstrom and the amount was XXXX. I checked the details of my transactions. I did not used this card to buy anything. Someone used my information to purchased stuffs in the store. I called them to file a report, and canceled my card on XX/XX/, 2019. However, they did not solve the problem. They said I needed to send a document to update my case, and I sent it twice. They told me they didnt receive it. I always caring about my case and kept following. They told me all the thing I needed to do is wait. The statement was increased month by month. They just holding my case, and they couldnt do anything about it. I was so frustrated and disappointed about Nordstrom. It was a fraud statement, but Nordstrom was holding my case.

Consumer Complaint: I purchases a couch from Raymor & Flanagan using an in store credit application. I did not receive any mail for monthly payments due, and in turn was late on a minimum payment of XXXX . Once realized i was late, i paid the entire balance of $ 700+ In one lump sum. I tried contacting the company to explain the situation, they said the marks would be removed if i paid the balance in full. It has NOT been removed. I have had impeccable credit my entire life, meaning i have NEVER been late on a payment ever before. Not once! And now this late mark on my credit score is ruining future possibilities on obtaining credit. I believe a credit score should reflect the consumers ability to pay, i have had multiple mortgages and car loans and credit cars that ive never been late on, and now this XXXX $ late fee is ruining my credit experience
