Consumer Complaint: I have one last issue still outstanding : My account dispute has been resolved. The conclusion was my account has been re-opened. Two late fees removed. However, there is still one outstanding late fee on my account. Also, there was a letter stating that all late fees will be updated via the credit bureau ( all three reporting agencies. ) As of right now, the account is still reporting negatively on my report. I need my report to be updated with update of the results from the account dispute. In other words, the account should be reported showing as follows : Open Paid on Time Which notates the two recent payments of {$250.00} and {$170.00} I need a letter stating this information to submit to the bureaus, if the need arise in the future. The company stated my report ( all three ) would be updated. Not Completed The late pays to be removed. Not Completed A letter notating the account reopened ( no longer closed ) and reflecting the payments. Therefore, the late pay fees should be credited. Not completed.

Issue: Problem with a purchase shown on your statement

Consumer Complaint: In late XX/XX/2019, I brought my wife 's car to ASAP XXXX in XXXX, NJ. One mechanic named XXXX, not the owner, looked at our car and said it would cost over {$3500.00} to repair it. Based on that info, we decided not to repair it. However, the owner, XXXX, told us that he could repair it for {$2600.00} and that it would run for a year or more. Based on this, we decided to go ahead with it. We picked up the car on XX/XX/19. The car wouldn't start, needed to be jumped and the check engine light was on. Within a couple days, the car was shutting down in traffic which it had NOT been doing previously. I tried several times to reach the owner. XXXX, the other mechanic, would answer and say that XXXX, the owner, wasn't there. Since I was unable to reach the owner, I filed a dispute with TD bank credit card services since I used my TD credit card to pay. Even though the merchant NEVER even responded to TD credit card 's dispute department, TD came up with an illogical reason to only credit me for {$400.00} of the {$2600.00} dispute. I don't understand why a full refund was not awarded when the merchant did not even provide any explanation or response of any kind. All of my research suggests that visa protects the consumer in cases such as this yet TD bank refuses to do so.

Issue: Problem with a credit reporting company's investigation into an existing problem

Subissue: Their investigation did not fix an error on your report

Consumer Complaint: This particular account situation that is lately filing on my own credit document has a seriously unfavorable relation to my personal ability to obtain a present loan application. I highly recommend you generate verification that Credit Union has been reported completely in accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act regulations, it's really a serious problem to misreport. More confirmation of the aforesaid item too. My proper request must over, I was never 30 days/60 days/120 days late in any of my payments and I'm not greatly tuned in to the date opened so I prefer to ask you be investigated as soon as possible and confirmed to be correct. Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/2019 I check my checking account activities with T.D.Bank and saw that my account was negative {$14.00} Immediately I transfer {$17.00} from my savings to my checking. so that should cover the negative and left {$3.00} Then my brother made a deposit into my checking account of {$20.00} on XX/XX/2019 wish was the next day. When I check my account on that day there was a charge of {$35.00} for overdraft fee. That was a error from the bank I file a complaint with the XXXX and I check my account a few days later and was another fee of {$35.00}. This is fraud I'm sick and tired of having problems with this bank the whole year. I'm a XXXX Senior Citizen with fixed income, and can't afford to be wasting money giving it to any banking institutions. I is always involved in error by the customer service department. When you call the Customer Service Representative they be very rude and unprofessional on the phone. I suffer from XXXX also XXXX XXXX XXXX.They are robbing me from my food money. I don't get food stamps here in XXXX XXXX County Virginia were I reside. Consumer Complaint: I made a purchased from an independent seller who promotes their business using social media ; but uses the web handle of XXXX XXXX XXXX to sell their products. I made a purchase of two items, totaling to {$190.00} on the other XX/XX/XXXX day of XX/XX/2019. Previously on the website, production time was 11 days, so when i reached out to the company with my first attempt, on the XX/XX/XXXX asking for the status of order, I heard no response, but the selling was active on her social media accounts. I followed up a few days later to request cancellation of my order as it has yet to be sent out on the XX/XX/XXXX, and also have yet to hear a response. Following my application for a Merchant Dispute for this charge with TD bank, within the hour I was sent a confirmation that my order was shipped. However it has been 10 days, and the status of the shipment has yet to be updated ; the level was the only thing to be created.

Consumer Complaint: Dear Sir/Madam, I have a complaint for TD Bank. This bank is changing the dates of your transactions and when you make a payment which has caused an overdraft, you have to pay {$35.00} overdraft fee for the previous transactions while still you think you have money in your account. I made XXXX different transactions on XX/XX/XXXX and checked my account and saw all of them have been posted. At the end of the day, I withdraw {$500.00} which I'm willing to pay {$35.00} for. Today I saw they changed my other transaction dates as of XX/XX/XXXX charged the fee for each. I spent my own money and I had to pay {$170.00} for this. Customer service is not helpful and They kept saying there is nothing they can do. They told me I don't understand anything about this service but they are wrong. There is nothing to understand why do you have to pay a fee when you spend your own money. Is there any way that you can help me for this issue? This wasn't the first time but this was too much. It's just not fair and I kindly ask your help. Regards,

Consumer Complaint: I made a purchase from Nordstrom.com evening dress for an occation on XX/XX/XXXX by the amount of {$360.00} ( Nordstrom order # XXXX XXXX. I did not get the dress because instead of delivering it to my address they delivered it to the XXXX location and no note was left for me to pick it up. I got another dress from XXXX and went on the party and after a week while checked the order status and saw that it is hold at the XXXX location called Nordstrom and told them that I need my noney back because never got the purchased item and i dont need it anymore cause the event is passed. They checked and told me that they need to contact XXXX requesting the item back and since it is more than {$300.00} they need to get it back in order to issue me a credit. I waited then called again. Same Thing ... I waited again and on XX/XX/XXXX they send me an email saying that I can pick it up from XXXX location. Something I did not need and I can see on the portal by tracking the item that it is still there. I called the company again and now they are saying it is 30days passed and they can not do anything. How is it fair. Item needs to have holding time at the XXXX point and after that timeframe be sent back if is not being picked up. I am being charged money and accruing interest on nordstrom card for the purchase I did not get and use. Please help I do not know what to do.
