Consumer Complaint: Nordstrom Credit Card -- Received statement XXXX 2020 that contained a late fee of {$27.00}, though I had sent it in over a week previously. Contacted Nordstrom credit in XXXX to have the late fee removed, and signed up for AutoPay to have my entire balance paid off each month when due. I received a printed statement in the mail for the period XX/XX/XXXX to XXXX XXXX, 2020, due XX/XX/XXXX, 2020. However, when the payment was due on XX/XX/XXXX, I looked online to see that my the bill had not been paid through AutoPay, so I phoned the credit card services and entered information to pay it electronically. However, I received a phone call from Nordstrom Credit Services, and the person at Nordstrom credit services told me my electronic payment didn't go through, my payment was overdue, and he had me make a payment through my bank debit card. He told me he would call the next time my payment was due to let me know if all was well. He then left me a phone message on the due date of XX/XX/XXXX2020 that said everything was OK with my account and AutoPay. Today, XX/XX/XXXX20 I received a printed bill in the mail that showed both the XXXX and XXXX due payments had not been paid from AutoPay. We phoned, asked to talk with a supervisor, who wouldn't listen to me telling her that no payment had yet been processed successfully through AutoPay. My husband, whom I authorized to speak, read her the check number once again ( this had already been checked twice before ) and verified it was the correct number I entered into AutoPay. She would not admit any mistake. Because this has been an ongoing, unsuccessfully dealt-with issue, my husband paid the the balance off in full on the phone with a credit card and closed the account, per my instructions.

They charged the credit as unpaid collection account as seen in my XXXX XXXX Report. Target has proved to be deceitful in presuming that it does the right thing destroying customer credit reports. Due to this, I have to face a steep penalty of not getting home loans due to the company 's negligence. I request your kind attention to penalize Target for ruining my credit report. I also seek punitive damages from Target, for the trouble caused to me.

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/2020 I paid Target Credit Card off in the amount of {$260.00}. On XX/XX/2020 interest of {$5.00} had been added, which should have been included in the {$260.00}. I am just now being informed that Target has reported my to my credit bureau for these charges and others that show {$1.00} on my statement for no reason whatsoever. This is the second time Target has did this and reported. When they email statements, it shows no balance on it at all so they are able to do this fraudulent tactics. I have contacted them the first time to take it off of my credit and they refused to do so. Now, this is the second time they have did this, paying off my card to a {$0.00} balance. I owed nothing on this card.

We applied for a loan and TD bank wants to return it the XXXX when this was a personal loan of XXXX dollars. They have my account frozen now for a month. They told me that the lender that gave us the money is asking for the money bank I asked them if I may have a copy of the email and they said no. I called the XXXX that gave us the money and they no they are not asking for the money that why will the bank say that to us. We need help before we loss the money and still have to pay it back.

Consumer Complaint: This is the second time ive had to use a third party source just to get a response id like my account closed and check mailed to much shady practices going on if you can just randomly freeze with no red flags and force me to travel all the way to south carolina when you know the account wasnt open in any branch. For one your not even telling me the reason why i need to step into a branch. Every transaction has my name on it except for the deposit from Texas i specifically told the branch to return. If phone calls are recorded then they should be able to find that phone call but they are selectively choosing which conversations to record and which notes to save.

Consumer Complaint: After reviewing my online billing I was alarmed to find that my credit limit has decreased. I called Nordstrom Credit on XX/XX/20 and spent 30 minutes speaking to 3 of your representatives ( one being a supervisor ), all who after hearing my discontent gave me no reasonable logic to why my credit limit has been reduced other than a recent soft pull of my credit score warranted a decrease in my credit line. My credit score has been consistent over the last couple years and has not decreased as they have explained to be the reason my credit line was reduced. As a result of this penalty, my credit utilization rate considerably increased, resulting in a decrease in my credit score. Nordstrom Card Services has not corrected this error. They have not given me sufficient evidence as to why my limit has been reduced.

Consumer Complaint: I am filling a complaint against XXXX XXXX XXXX, because their careless mistake has caused my credit score to suffer greatly. I contacted them countless times to have them fix their mistake but to no avail. I even hired XXXX XXXX to plead on my behalf, still no response from them. I opened an account with them in XX/XX/XXXX and made a purchase. I contacted them soon after one ( 1 ) month to inquire about my bill and was told I had six ( 6 ) months to make a payment and there was no payment due at this time. Upon checking my credit report the following month I noticed that they reported my account late on all three ( 3 ) credit reports. I then contacted them and was informed by XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX that they made a mistake in my mailing address therefore I never got my first bill. Hence, my account was reported as being late for non-payment. That same day I paid {$550.00} which paid off the account. XXXX told me that since it was a mistake on their part that they will rectify it with all three ( 3 ) credit bureau. Payment was posted on XX/XX/XXXX. I follow-up again on XXXX and spoke with XXXX and was told that they are still working on it. Then again on XX/XX/XXXX XXXX told me that it could take up to sixty ( 60 ) from my original complaint on XX/XX/XXXX for the correction on reflect on all three ( 3 ) credit reports. As off XX/XX/XXXX, I have not been able to have them remove the late notice from my three ( 3 ) credit reports and it has been affecting my credit score which took a huge hit as result of their careless mistake. I have their bill statement which mentioned that they made a mistake and their late fee was waived from my account ( see attached document ). Consumer Complaint: TD Auto Finance XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, MI XXXX claims they sent me a final bill at the end of my five year loan that had to be paid differently than auto pay. My wife, loan signer and myself, co signer never received any type of letter or phone call since we initiated auto pay. Went to trade the vehicle and discovered we had no title. Took care of the payment instantly and they still penalized us, financially and credit wise. Have been denied three times from TD Bank. This has been going on almost two years. I take pride in my credit and proof is in the credit reports other than TD Bank. I also have a contract that states If you do not receive final billing statement your payment will be made automatically. I already sent documents to TD Bank

Consumer Complaint: I have been in communication with the Target corporation since XX/XX/XXXX in an on-going question as to whether I was a victim of fraud. After multiple communications with the company and even filing a police report, Target refuses to cooperate and will not even conduct a thorough investigation to determine if my case is fraudulent! This leads me to believe Target is fully aware of these fraudulent activities related to gift card use at their stores, and chooses to do nothing about it to protect the consumer! Target seems more concerned about generating profit and sales than protecting its Target card holders ( I have been one since XXXX ). So Target card holders beware! You have minimal fraud protection from this company!
