Consumer Complaint: After getting approved by XXXX XXXX with a TD Bank joint venture, I have not been able to utilize the credit they gave me after running a hard inquiry anymore. I keep getting an error that my account information is incorrect when it is the finance account is connected to my login and is working. I was able to use the credit twice before but am now not able to utilize it. I have an available balance of over {$1200.00} and the purchase price I am trying to make is below {$1000.00}. I have tried, multiple times, to contact XXXX XXXX with 4 different phone numbers and am never able to get through to a single representative. I have been on hold for more than 30 minutes and sometimes over an hour with no resolve. Their online chat is very rude and hostile with no remedies. The first two purchases were made on XX/XX/2020, and XX/XX/2020. I have made my monthly payments since then. I am completely frustrated with their customer service and feel as though they are practicing fraud by targeting individuals to apply for a finance program that once approved, you can not use.
