Consumer Complaint: I had a Target credit card in XXXX. Around XXXX I was unable to pay and the account went default. This credit card has been reporting as derogatory for well over 7 years. I don't know how to get this off of my credit report.

Consumer Complaint: Received an email today from someone/company XXXX XXXX saying a credit card application with them had been received. I did NOT apply for any credit. I called their tel number, XXXX and their voice prompts kept asking for the last 4 digits of my Social Security number! I think this was a scam to get me to divulge! I can forward the original email from them to you right away. There have been other recent attempts to open other credit accounts, so I think I am a victim of ID Fraud. Please help if you can. Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX, XXXX shipped a smartphone with tracking number ( see attached ). That tracking number was shown as delivered BUT no package was present. I spoke with the local US post office supervisor who verified that the physical label on the package was NOT my address ( see attached ). So I never received the merchandise. Even after numerous calls and emails, XXXX charged my checking account {$630.00} on XX/XX/XXXX for the smartphone which I never received. TD Bank would not let me dispute this fraudulent charge.

Consumer Complaint: TD Bank Loan Operations, Escrow Management Services Dept personnel are doing discrimination against home owners. They sent me a letter asking for proof of insurance which I emailed them the proof on XXXX at email XXXX Todays letter I received is dated XXXX. They harassed me last year and I submitted the letter and they kept sending me letters upon letters instead of checking their stupid email. They never ever acknowledge their emails and keep sending letters and notices. Their tactic is very simple. Force home owners to pay their insurance even when insurance is already paid. Please see attached email proof. I even resent the email again today. This is clear harassment.
