Consumer Complaint: A charge for {$9.00} is being put on my TD BANK Visa card since XX/XX/2021. XXXX is the company. I have tried to communicate with this company, this can only be do by email. I have tried to solve my problem this way to no avail. I have been given many so called support ticket numbers, but the company said they cant find a account for me. I have discussed this with my local TD BANK branch. They have changed my credit card 3 times, charges continue.

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX, I attempted to make a purchase. However, I was unable to access my credit after verifying my card and PIN information ( Exhibit A ) / Exhibit B ). During this period, my account was not in default and I had an available balance. On XX/XX/XXXX, I credited my account by phone. According to Targets cut-off time payment policy, payments submitted prior to 11 pm of the due date would be credited the same day ( Exhibit C ). I received confirmation of my payment around 7 pm. ( Exhibit D ). ( The second number is either z v or b, the automated voice system wasnt clear enough to catch that letter. ) On XX/XX/XXXX, I received a billing error in the form of a late payment fee on my credit card statement ( Exhibit E ). I contacted costumer service and spoke with an representative by the name of XXXX. I voiced my concerns with XXXX on how my rights were violated as a result of Targets error in processing my credit along with the inability to use my credit due to blockage. XXXX tried to ensure that the payment along with the late payment fee would be credited back to my account after 48 hours. XXXX also stated that he unblocked my PIN and information. I informed him that I did not consent to my account being blocked. When I voiced that I would be following up in regards to my mistreatment as a consumer, XXXX stated he was unable to provide his employee ID number. I am now being inconvenienced when I upheld my loyalty as a consumer and made my payment promptly and fairly.

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/2020, I purchased a phone in XXXX website by using their store finances through TD Bank ( as attached receipt shows ). I was {$660.00} after instant trade-in discount for trading my old phone ( XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ). My phone instant trade-in value was {$650.00} as page tree of attached document shows. Unfortunately, I did not like the new phone, and I returned it with the 30 days of the XXXX return policy. When XXXX processed the return, they already charged me the trade-in discount because they did not receive my older phone. Because I returned the new phone, I did not need to send my phone. The TD bank which XXXX uses was charging me late fees for lack of payment. I contacted with them so many times and explained to them that I returned the phone, and my balance would have been XXXX. I also contacted with XXXX, and they were telling you return the phone, so you don't owe anything. I was XXXX between XXXX and TD bank to feature out what is going. When I call TD bank, they were telling me call XXXX and when I call XXXX, they were telling me call TD bank. In late XX/XX/2020, XXXX figured out that they did charge me the trade in phone but not refunded. But i was getting charged late fees. I so many times tried to explain TD Bank and what was going and to waive the fees, but they pliantly refused to do so. They are reporting me to credit agencies with Charge off and late payments. I even filled out and sent a form they sent me XXXX about the dispute but they have not processed it.

Consumer Complaint: Hi Consumer financial Protection Bureau, I want to complain and get information about how to proceed in order to sue or get an economical reimbursement from TD Bank, i opened an account in New York around 6 months ago and since the beginning since it is a personal account i opened as a tourist to use XXXX and get better prices to purchase flights and stuff i was suposse to get proper support in case my account has issues. like a month ago i place a request for a strange charge in my account, my account was locked and was hard to use my debit card, one agent reached me and i ended up having everything resolved with her after a bunch of calls with ither agents, the main request made was reviewed afterward and also delayed for about 2 or 3 weeks and the company closed my debit card even though i stated over call more than once that i am not in the country so i can not go to the bank phisically to get a new debit card or things like that. Even thought i clarified repetedly that i was not able to go ( and it should be listed in the account ) and also i asked to be reached by mail or to the uruguayan phone listed in the account, the agent who handled this case after it was resolved and also delayed took actions without my consent, in consecuence of this i have NO WAY to use my money and i need to pay things and also flight to XXXX and also to XXXX, TD Bank and their customer service in general jeopardize my finances and this is costing me a lot of stress. The customer service company policy states that they review and contact back after 24 hours and they answer this weeks later and took further actions without reaching me, i find this odd and incredibky disrespectful as an international user of the bank. This is a nightmare, hope you can help me. Thanks in advance!
