Consumer Complaint: TD Bank snd XXXX are NOT XXXX XXXX Compliant as numerous required fields are NoT filled in completely, accurately, mandatorily and logically 200 % perfect to meet FCRA and other Compliance standards. I have attached the XX/XX/XXXX letter of TD Bsnk Senior Vice President, Paramita Pal who stated your credit card account was voluntarily closed on XX/XX/XXXX and has not been reported as open since. On XX/XX/XXXX, I received my attached XXXX credit report dated XX/XX/XXXX which clearly documents that my TD account still remains IpEN despite XXXX plus demands to correct the willful FCRA violations. The TD Senior Vice President obviously falsely certified that my account has not been reported as open since it was voluntarily closed on XX/XX/XXXX. Obviously, TD snd XXXX have failed to investigate and have willfully violated the FCRA and XXXX XXXX standards by reporting my closed account as open. Stop embarrassing yourselves as once an account is marked closed with the required date if closure on XX/XX/XXXX, internal controls were required to prevent the closed account to be changed to open. There is obvious a sinister reason why my account was maliciously changed from closed to open. Thus will Cust you another {$2000.00} statutory damage claim for willful FCRA repeated unconscionable violations. If a Senior VP cant fix this, maybe the TD CEO can!

I have asked both XXXX XXXX a XXXX and Target for an itemized detail of the charges and both have failed to provide anything. Target has advised they went by word of mouth. Again, the credit limit is {XXXX XXXXXXXX on this credit card. I would like this rectified. I am an authorized user of this account.

Consumer Complaint: Since my TD account has overdraft fees and overdrawn due to fake checks that scammed me in 2022, my accounts are both closed in checking and savings accounts and therefore can not be able to open not even a standard account in any of these local banks that we all use to protect our money! My account has been closed not locked but closed and banned, and this requires a solution as soon as possible because these mainstream banks are the forefront of the future and Im basically put out of it. Therefore a solution must be presented by you guys the heroes! Need you now!

Consumer Complaint: I paid off my loan with TD Auto Finance at the end of XX/XX/XXXX and I have yet to receive the title for my vehicle. I reached out back in XX/XX/XXXX and they said they sent my title to a car dealership and I would have to contact the car dealership and have them send back the title. I reached out to the car dealership and they had no records of my title. I again called TD auto finance and they said they would have to send me a waiver of XXXX lease. After several weeks I had received nothing. I followed up once again and they said I would have to obtain a letter from the car dealership they claim they had sent the title to stating they had no interest in the vehicle. Fast forward a few more weeks and it is now XX/XX/XXXX and I don't have a title or a lien release waiver. After several months, several phone calls, and conversations with the dealership, I don't know what else to do to get my title.
