I cancelled my credit card. I totally forget my wife 's TD bank debit card also in the lost wallet. TD bank allowed my checking account to be fraud charged until balance is- {$46.00}. when I called to disput all my fraud transacions, TD bank deny my dispute claim. How and why TD bank is allowing someone charge my checking account without pin number. Also, my wife and I never use the account to shop.

Consumer Complaint: My wife and I each have checking accounts with TD Bank. Since XX/XX/2022, we have been attempting to make various deposits into our accounts and TD Bank does not recognize them. These deposits have included teller deposits of checks ( which the bank lost and claims to have no record of receiving ), multiple wire accounts ( including wires from XXXX TD Bank account to our accounts ) and the bank claims not to have received them. In XXXX instance, we had the investment fund who wired the money to the account confirm that TD had accepted the wire, processed it and it was listed as " pending '' with TD. TD advised me that it has no record of having received this wire and I should take the issue up with the investment firm. The wire was sent XXXX month ago, and TD Bank has no record of it. In the meantime, TD Bank has charged me and my wife multiple overage fees and rejected debits because it has failed to list the deposits in our account as pending. There are currently over {$300000.00} in deposits that TD Bank is withholding from us. This has caused IMMENSE issues for me and my wife.

Consumer Complaint: Throughout the pandemic, XXXX with hundreds of other Target RED CARD holderswere repeatedly locked out of online access to our accounts to make a payment and/or service our accounts; including changing AutoPay bank details, scheduling future payments, sending messages via the secure system, and changing personal contact details. Even after repeated attempts to rectify the issue with Target, no resolution was providedI was told simply to 'try again '. This Additionally, during this time, the Target Card Services Customer Service Line had hold times of 45-120 minutes, making it impossible to reasonably reach anyone for phone assistance. When reached, Target was aware of the problem but offered no fix. They declined to wave the late fees resulting from it, and instead aggressively pursued collection action, which pushed me into an escalating late status as my Minimum Amount Due increased each month by over {$70.00} ( including a {$40.00} Late Fee ) with no resolution to the matter still. Prior to this issue, my payment was a very manageable $ XXXX. Within 3 Days of my first late payment, my minimum payment became {$81.00} and they would not work with me, even though they openly acknowledged they had an issue with their site. I have found XXXX XXXX in factof posted complaints from other Target RED CARD users on this exact same issue. I have found responses posted from Target as far back as 2019 stating they were aware of the login issues with their site. Yet, another 15 complaints were registered about the same login issue just last week on various consumer complaint sites. Target has been 1 ) fully aware they have a login issue with their RED CARD that is creating problems for their card holders, yet 2 ) chooses to do nothing about it and instead penalizes its customers and even profits from the situation, and 3 ) continues to aggressively push the RED CARD to new customers through unreasonable quotas they demand of their cashiers, while knowing new customers will face these issues as well.

Consumer Complaint: To whom it may concern, I am writing to dispute a collection account that was opened fraudulently in my name. I recently discovered this account on my credit report and have reason to believe that it was opened without my knowledge or consent. I have never applied for or authorized any account with the company in question, nor have I ever received any services or products from them. Therefore, I do not owe any debt to the company. Furthermore, I have taken all necessary steps to protect my personal information and have never shared my personal details or account information with anyone. I believe that this account was opened as a result of identity theft or fraudulent activity. I am requesting that the collection agency remove this account from my credit report and cease all collection efforts immediately. I also request that you provide me with written confirmation that this matter has been resolved and that the fraudulent account has been removed from my credit report. Consumer Complaint: I received a HELOC - Home Equity Line of Credit from TD Bank for {$41000.00}. I applied for XXXX relief to stop payments without fees and/or penalty. After the XXXX period expired I received a loan modification that reflected a balance of approximately {$47000.00} and a new interest rate of 9.5 %. I was completed taken aback by this excess fees, interest rate and penalties. I have requested that TD Bank honor the original interest rate and remove all additional, interest, fees, and penalties. It took TD bank to finally approve the loan modification after over a year of going back and forth about processes and supporting documents, in which I sent several times before TD Bank acknowledged receiving them.

The recurring payment was scheduled on time ; however, it did not go through on your end. I made the payment manually within hours of its due date and made the next month payment in advance in good faith. I just logged in to see if the {$29.00} fee was removed and see a new {$40.00} late fee was just charged to my account today .... My emails have not been answered. I will not pay any late fees for a banking error that was not my fault. Because TD is continuing to charge late fees to my account and not responding, I will stop all further payments to this account until the late fees are removed. Thank you

TD Bank XXXX, Target XXXX XXXX ( XXXX ), XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX made several violations in violating the Fair Debt Collection Practice Act, and the Privacy Act in the filing of the Summons by submitting an exhibit to the Court of my expired XXXX Professional License with my attached photo along with a document displayed with my name listed as a Method of Teaching Course Provider that is electronially displayed online. Thus, violating my privacy. rights and civil rights. Also, I was sued without being properly notified of the lawsuit. Attached with the Summons at the XXXX House electronically displayed online is a documentation of my expired XXXX Professional license with my attached photo along with a display document of my name listed as a Method of Teaching Course Provider. My photo is not redacted/blocked out, which personal information is supposed to be redacted. My privacy rights are being violated. On Thursday, I was contacted by a XXXX XXXX. I went online to the XXXX, discovered the Summons and document of my expired professional license with my attached photo online. On XXXX XXXX XXXX. I contacted XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX about the exhibit document of my expired XXXX Professional license with my attached photo displayed electronically online at the XXXX House along with the filing of their lawsuit on behalf of TD Bank XXXX, the representative spoke with the Attorney who denied that XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX submitted my expired XXXX license to the XXXX as a document in an attempt to collect on the bad debt. The representative said, " He don't believe TD Bank XXXX or Target would do anything wrong by falsely submitting my expire XXXX license to the XXXX ''. While speaking to the representative on the phone, the XXXX XXXX tried to serve me without all of the documents that were filed with the Lawsuit because they knew they had error with submitting my XXXX expired license to the XXXX. By law, ALL Court documents are to be serve that were filed/clocked in! I also on Friday, XX/XX/XXXX, I emailed XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX about submitting.my expired XXXX professional license with my attached photo to the XXXX as a document violating my privacy rights. Also, the XXXX XXXX tried to serve me without identifying who I was, he threw the documents on the ground and left. On XX/XX/XXXX, my house was a total loss due to a house fire. The house is inhabitable. I don't live at that address. I was sitting in my car in the driveway when the XXXX XXXX showed up and threw the documents on the ground not knowing or asking who I was. I was not properly served the Summons and the Summons were left on the ground. XXXX XXXX XXXX ( XXXX ), TD Bank XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX falsely and deceptive place my XXXX professional license attached with my photo in the XXXX as a document for the Target credit card debt. In doing so, Target XXXX XXXX ( XXXX ), TD Bank XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX violated my privacy rights by electronically displaying my photo and personal information online and deceptively violated the Fair Debt Collections Act. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX filed this lawsuit and submitted the document of my expired XXXX professional license with my attached photo! As of Friday, XX/XX/XXXX, my expired XXXX license with my attached photo have been removed from the XXXX records as it was clocked in with this Summons. On Friday, XX/XX/XXXX, XXXX and XXXX XXXX attempted to collect funds on the bad debt when they know they violated my privacy rights and violated the Fair Debt Collections Act. I have not been able to access the money due to XXXX separate holds on this check for no stated reason. Despite providing the necessary paperwork requested to approve this check, I have consistently denies access to my money as fees build up. I have reached out to the bank and spoke with a XXXX XXXX, who was unhelpful, laughed at me over the phone and has since not returned by call after informing me he would speak with his manager. The second person I spoke with at the bank, a woman named XXXX was more helpful and despite her her attempts was unable on her end to help release funds. Ive done business with this bank for more than 3 years and have never had an issue before. I am unable to access this money and have since had my accounts that take payment from this account return.
