Since XXXX XXXX I have attempted to contact the department at the department pertaining to the accuracy included in the consumer transaction resulting in " loan '' deceptively assigned and then furnished to my credit report without consideration and consent. I offered my consumer paper for collection does not surrender. The purchase of my vehicle was for personal, family and household use only. I have implemented to have the alleged debt paid in full by use on negotiable instrument acceptable by debt settling obligation and requirements. furthermore, the suppose contract only has one party signature I have asked for clarification about this with the company and the assigned " loan '' company. I yet not received any correspondence about this matter. As on XX/XX/XXXX I have sent another letter of correction and satisfaction of the matter. In addition to verify that this is legitimate consumer transaction, I have requested a copy of the contract between the consumer and the Corportation.

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX I opened an account with TD Bank. I was using a promotion where TD Bank promised to deposit {$300.00} into my account after I deposited {$2500.00} or more in Direct Deposits within 60 days. I met this requirement by XX/XX/XXXX. It has been more than 6 months since I met this requirment and I have still not received the promised funds. According to the promotion terms TD bank would deposit the funds within 140 days of me opening the account. That date was on XX/XX/XXXX. I have called TD Bank three times on XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX each times I was told to wait a little longer and that the funds would be deposited within the month. Each time I was promised that I would be called by a representative of the promotions department and I was never contacted. I most recently sent a message through the bank 's internal communication system on XX/XX/XXXX and received a response on XX/XX/XXXX stating that the code I used for the promotion was invalid because it was only for targeted households or individuals. This information is at odds with the terms on the signup page that I used when I enrolled in the promotion and opened the checking account. The terms did not state that the promotion was only for targeted households. I also think it is improper that I am only being told now that I am ineligible for the promotion and I was not told this when I previously called. I have attached proof of my communication with the bank as well as screenshots of the offer, offer terms, and enrollment page.

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/2023 I contacted TD Auto Finance through correspondence regarding account # XXXX. After carefully reviewing the contract I noticed there was numerous violations regarding the disclosures and the exclusions for credit reporting under 15 USC 1681 i ( 2 ) ( b ). Under truth in lending 15 USC 1602g specifically states what is excluded from credit reporting. Please see the affidavit of truth USPS tracking # XXXX TD Auto Finance also violated the Gramm-Leach Billey Act with respect to 15 USC 6802 obligations with respect to personal information. This complaint deals with an Auto dealer that assigned the retail installment contract and inside the contract the following violations are the responsibility of TD Auto Finance along with XXXX XXXX XXXX. The following is in the contract : Notice any holder of this consumer credit contract is subject to all claims and defenses which the debtor can assert against the seller of good or services obtained pursuant to or with the proceedings hereof recovery here under by the debtor should not exceed the amount paid by the debtor hereunder. Please see Exhibit of the contract with the correspondence. TD Auto Finance knowingly and intentionally with a deliberate indifference is violating my consumer protection rights under the Fair Credit Reporting Act for failure to conduct a proper investigation and submit my affidavit of truth to their law department to verify the violations. On previous correspondence they are stating that their credit reporting is accurate. I have never given them consent to report anything on my credit report- more specifically they violated 15 USC 6802 with obligations with respect to disclosures of personal information in the statue it states clearly that I have a right to opt out as follows : 1 In General financial institution may not disclose nonpublic personal information to a nonaffiliated third party unless -- ( A ) such financial institution clearly and conspicuously discloses to the consumer, in writing or in electronic form or other form permitted by the regulations prescribed under section 6804 of this title, that such information may be disclosed to such third party. ( B ) the consumer is given the opportunity, before the time that such information is initially disclosed, to direct that such information not be disclosed to such third party; and ( C ) the consumer is given an explanation of how the consumer can exercise that nondisclosure item. XXXX XXXX XXXX did not disclose this information to me that is required by federal law. XXXX XXXX XXXX knowingly and willfully withheld pertinent information regarding the disclosure of my information to affiliated and unaffiliated third parties. XXXX XXXX XXXX knowingly and willfully withheld information that explained how the consumer can exercise that nondisclosure option. I am requesting that the consumer financial protection bureau force them to comply with the law and provide me the full disclosures that are guaranteed under the fair credit reporting act and congressional findings and statement of purpose under 15 USC 1681a Also, XXXX XXXX XXXX are responsible for these violations as well.

Consumer Complaint: I am writing this complaint towards XXXX XXXX XXXX in association with TD Bank N.A. I purchased an XXXX XXXX XXXX from XXXX early XXXX and am extremely disappointed with the mismanagement of these products and poor customer experience I face everytime I reach out to someone for assistance. The bike continuously buffers and crashes during rides, and I am still being obligated to pay for a membership and warranty that I can not even gain access to because whenever I call XXXX XXXX XXXX for support the hold times are constantly 20-30 minutes long. Chat support also refuses to assist accordingly when I seek them out as an alternative. I should not be responsible paying monthly payments for an installment loan tied to a product that I have since requested be returned and can no longer utilize. This has been a constant struggle with this company from Day One and they do not seem to care about customer experiences let alone the inconvenience these situations constantly create on the regular.
