Consumer Complaint: Hello XX/XX/2023 I had a balance of {$1900.00} from Nordstrom Mastercard XXXX XXXX I paid {$1000.00} of said balance making current balance {$900.00} It took Nordstrom 21 days to update my account when the FAQ says it takes 1-2 business days to update. I called customer service TWICE and was told they are holding my payment for whatever reason and will update at their earliest convenience. XX/XX/2023 my account was updated to show balance of {$940.00} due to interest. On XX/XX/2023 I was told my credit limit decreased from {$2000.00} to {$1000.00}!! I have not received NOTHING from Nordstrom I was informed by XXXX! I called today and spoke to a supervisor and she could not explain why they HELD my {$1000.00} payment for two weeks. She told me due to my report in XXXX they decided to decrease my limit. But in XXXX I made that payment and they choose to not reflect my balance until she decided to decrease my limit. Now my card utilization is at 100 %!!! Not only did they affect my recovery and have also lowered my credit score! They are even still demanding I pay my balance of {$940.00} after theyve done this to me!! I was dealing with a hardship but can financially afford to pay my balance off while maintaining a utilization under 10 %. I was my credit limit rectified and back to {$2000.00}. Customer service and supervisor was extremely rude and as a loyal customer I was disappointed. Please help.

However, I was unable to do so because I given the balance for my XXXX XXXX XXXX wireless service in the amount of {$170.00} which I paid on XX/XX/2023. I asked the XXXX XXXX XXXX representative if I could make payment for {$70.00} ( monthly payment ) and scheduled a payment arrangement for XX/XX/2023. I was told, no I have to make the full payment in the amount {$170.00} because my service is disconnected. My XXXX XXXX XXXX wireless phone is XXXX. I told the representative my XXXX XXXX XXXX wireless is not disconnected. The representative stated to me, I receive partial internet only some websites I am able to get. Also, my TD checking account was charged too many times for return checks when I customers are given a grace period to deposit money to pay for transactions.

Consumer Complaint: XXXX : I opened a 24 months 0 % interest account was XXXX in XX/XX/2022 for a XXXX present I was buying. Two payments were paid directly XXXX from my bank for XXXX and XXXX and then suddenly in XXXX they stopped making the auto withdrawals. Nothing was changed with my banking and nothing was changed in the portal with them for payment. This was a glitch through their system. I was never informed that the payments were late or that the payments were stopped from withdrawal standpoint, and noticed on the account was already 60 days past due that there was an issue on their end.

However, the bank refused to allow me to open the account, citing reasons that were not grounded in any legitimate banking regulations or policies. I believe that the bank 's refusal to open the account was a violation of my right to access financial services and create a trust to manage my financial affairs. Furthermore, I had previously deposited intangible property, including intellectual property, with TD BANK , N.A . Despite the fact that I am the rightful owner of these assets, the bank has refused to release them to me. This withholding of my property is also a violation of my rights as a consumer and is causing me significant financial harm. Consumer Complaint: On Monday XX/XX/2023 received inquiry notice letter in mail, notifying me a credit card application process made on XX/XX/2023 was denied from TD bank. I researched out to the number that was provided from TD bank. Spoke with representative who transfers me to the credit department. After questioning the inquiry letter and the bank. I reported to the representative I did not apply for no credit card online. After giving all my information to verify who I was representative noticed someone fraudulent applied for a credit card in my name. I do not bank and never have banked with TD bank or never have I applied for a credit card with TD bank. TD bank ran my credit report according to the denial letter. Of course I would not apply because I am on a ssa fixed income and know my dept ratio is to high to even attempt to apply for any credit during this time frame. The online process was made on the date of XX/XX/XXXX according to TD bank representative. I know exactly what I did that day for the fact I had went to the XXXX for 6 mth cleaning @ XXXX XXXX And again I know I did not apply knowing my dept/ratio income. Please help me to find and understand how this possibly could have happen, with no ID, no telephone call from an online application to prove my identity. The fraudulent application had my DOB, SS #, home address. I dont know if it was the telephone number or the email that showed differently on their end to assure me it was fraud. But according to TD this is now reported as fraudulent, but this will not fix who has my information, or how they obtained it. I need to find what source did this and if any other attempts were made, to pursue legal actions. Thank you, Signed so frustrated right now! Consumer Complaint: Hello, On XX/XX/XXXX, I went to a Local TD Bank Branch to withdraw money from their ATM. I was using a XXXX XXXX ( XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX card that costs {$50.00} dollars. This card was swallowed by the ATM due to unknown technical issues. The Bank Branch that I was visiting had workers inside and I asked for their assistance, not only did they show complete disrespect, they also only gave me the number of the ATM service company which was no help as they told me only the Branch has any power when it comes to contacting the ATM Service. Now I am unable to withdraw money without paying an additional {$50.00} however I want my card back as there simply is nothing wrong with it.
