Consumer Complaint: An credit card account from XXXX XXXX XXXX which is affiliated with TD Bank appeared in my credit report beginning XXXX, 2022 ( when I supposedly created it ) showing I owed {$1700.00}. I disputed this with all the credit agencies, but they state information is accurate. My credit is locked for at least one year. How could I be issued this account if Ive had my credit locked? Ive made no payments, yet status is 100 % on time payments. Have no access to account. I dont know the account number. And I have no audit trail of transactions that make up balance. Only TD BANK could have established this account, and it is a total fraud. Account is part of TD Bank Retail Card Services.

Consumer Complaint: TD Retail Card Services XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX SC XXXX Credit Card opened by someone else with my credit information in fraud and now they are changing my address. I am concerned about timely resolution. I was notified by my company 's Fraud Protection Agency. I contacted TD Credit Card Services and was told there was no account open in my name or social security number on XX/XX/2023. I put a freeze on my credit through 3 credit bureau reporting agencies to stop future issues. I received 2 letters stating that I had requested an address change on XX/XX/2023 from TD Retail Card Services. I tried to call and customer service was helpful and told me to call a different number for Retail Card Services. She explained there are different types of cards issued by this company. I tried to call them and they are only open Monday - Friday XXXX - XXXX.

Consumer Complaint: During the Pandemic my wife received a letter stating that she would be let go from her job because of the pandemic, In turn I could not pay on time 4 of my accounts, from credit cards to installment accounts. I submitted prove of documentation that they can see that not only did I missed past 30 days but there after I paid them i=on time and eventually I paid them in full. I explained that this dropped my score significantly and because of it I could not afford to purchase a home for me and my family. The reason I submitted to have to negative reporting removed from my reports was because I read online that if you had difficult paying on time because of the pandemic that they would work work with you if you can provide proof of what had taken place in your life like loss of employment. I want to also let you know that they took about 6 month to respond with letters sayin that they could not help me. The Dates that I missed payments past 30 days were after the lay off.

I have disputed it twice with the card company and have asked them to provide details of why the dispute was not done correctly and they are unable to provide. Consumer Complaint: Last year I received a promotional flyer from TD bank in my mailbox. This promotion was a bout a welcome offer bonus of {$300.00} dollar, when you met the following requirements : XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Checking account. XXXX. Get paid by Direct deposit at least {$2.00} within 60 days of the account opening. I went to the TD branch located at XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX, XXXX, NJ XXXX, ( XXXX ) XXXX. Showed up with the promotional flyer and my personal documentation to procced the with account opening, when I got at the branch, I spoke with the BRANCH MANAGER AND THE BANKER who helped me through the process mentioned me, that I was good to open the account and get the promotion if I met the mentioned requirements. I opened the account on XX/XX/2022 and I got the first direct deposit FROM XXXX XXXX PAYROLL on XX/XX/2022. Today is XXXX, and the welcome offer they promised me isnt received yet. I contacted TD customer service by secured messages since XX/XX/XXXX, explained the situation and theyre just going back and forth with me. What their saying is that their promotional department couldnt find my promotion. I am so upset at this point, is not fair because I am a customer like any other TD customer, I meet all requirements and I deserve the same benefits even more because I had the promotional flyer. I demand TD bank an answer as soon as possible, why I must refer this to the CFPB instead of just receive the benefit automatically like all your other customers.

Consumer Complaint: TD Bank does not appear to have a process to remedy returned deposits. I submitted an EFT before closing an account. Unfortunately the receiving institution returned the funds to TD. The funds were received back by TD after I had closed the account. TD customer service center and local branch office are unable and unwilling to assist. I have called on multiple occasions and no one seems to know how to resolve this. I have been promised call backs but have never received one. I was lied to that a check would be sent to my home. Instead they continue to attempt an EFT to the other institution unsuccessfully. The funds in question are stuck in an endless loop. {$140.00} is in suspense and has been unresolved since XX/XX/2023. Please help!

I submitted documents last year requesting the CFO respond to my demands if they use their own money on this loan and I submitted payments and never been behind on this loan. The company continue to report Im behind and credit bureau continue to listen to them without any proof. I continue to get calls to my cellphone even after I requested them to not call. They been harassing and threatening me continuously. This is illegal under the fair reporting act.

Consumer Complaint: I purchased a XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/2023. TD Auto provided financing and is listed on my contract. Today, XX/XX/2023, marks almost XXXX weeks from that date and TD Auto has not funded my loan. I talked to the dealership on XX/XX/2023 and was advised that TD Auto signed for my contract on XX/XX/2023 and has agreed to fund within 3 days. Again, today marks almost XXXX weeks and the loan still hasnt funded. Ive called TD Auto twice and was advised they can not help me and the dealership advised they have contacted TD Auto multiple times without a response. XXXX currently in possession of and driving a vehicle without any legal ownership, while my previous loan with a separate lender is nearing delinquency due to delayed funding of the new loan which prevents the previous lender being paid off. I also have a hard inquiry from TD Auto and no loan. The delay in funding also prevents me from making payments and could potentially run me to be delinquent on the new loan with no repercussions from TD Auto.
