Consumer Complaint: I have XXXX store credit cards with Synchrony Bank. Due to financial hardship I enrolled in payment plans for all of them. The payment amounts and dates due for the payment plan are unclear. Although the website shows the correct amounts for each payment plan, there is no due date listed for the payment plan. Instead, the account screens for each card shows information on the original payment date and past due amounts ( before enrollment in the hardship plan ) so I am confused about which amount to pay and when. Plus I could swear that when I signed up I requested XXXX of them be enrolled in AutoPay and I have had to pay manually. Additionally, I had XXXX other account with Synchrony ( for Amazon ) where I overpaid because the terms were unclear as I said above. I was concerned I was going to miss a payment so accidentally overpaid. Additionally, I receive multiple reminder emails per week for each account that a payment is coming due ( again no due date is mentioned ) ... this is incessant and unnecessary.

Consumer Complaint: Synchrony Bank ( Credit Credit ) lowered my credit limit. I did not ask them to. I was not late on my card payment. Card it almost paid off. They ran my credit again without asking and proceeded lower my credit score when i did not ask for increase or decrease. they said they ran my credit and reevaluated my credit limit from XXXX to XXXX i only owe XXXX on the card.

Consumer Complaint: I moved at the end of XX/XX/2023. I asked Synchrony XXXX of XXXX. Tx, to update my account address. I called & spoke with the Synchrony IRA Dept multiple times, including XX/XX/23 & XX/XX/23. Plus I sent in the proof of a new addressXX/XX/23. A call to their IRA Dept today resuted in their refusal to update, they said the forms & proof were received by them, but now I had to receive a text ( which I do not do ), plus my drivers license, a photograph of me, & other documents. Its obvious their attorneys are driven to mist-treat XXXX who do not use cell phones/texting. I have other XXXX XXXX ( XXXXXXXX ) & they specifically allow us to do changes over the phone or via simple letter. Synchrony prefers fraudulent ways of blocking IRA holders from their funds.

Consumer Complaint: Synchrony Bank said I owed for donations I made through Paypal Credit -- donations that were actually made to be paid by XXXX XXXX XXXX. I never asked or received any membership in Synchrony Bank. When I asked the bank for specific amounts paid by them as my donations they did not do so, only repeating that amount owed to them, which kept increasing with penalties and interest. Now I am getting phone calls and letters from XXXX XXXX with the debt in their latest letter of XX/XX/XXXX that demands {$530.00}. Eight months ago I sent a registered lettering to XXXX XXXX giving the details of why I do not owe them or anyone else this amount -- XXXX XXXX never responded. Their letter today is the same as the one sent eight months ago even to the amount demanded. I am a XXXX XXXX in the XXXX XXXX and a former XXXX XXXX in the XXXX XXXX. I do not tolerate attacks upon my person in any way.

Consumer Complaint: I was charged {$330.00} on XX/XX/2023 for a FORM on an unofficial USCIS website called XXXX XXXX. This is a scammer. It is scamming people. The website made me to think that I was dealing with the USCIS Government to apply for visa. But turned out I paid for a FORM on their website. I started my visa application again on the USCIS official all over again and paid again. Detailed explanation below : I searched USCIS on XXXX on XX/XX/2023. The XXXX guided me to XXXX XXXX which I thought it was USCIS official website. After I got the form filled and submitted payment, then I realized what I paid was not the application fee. It just paid a FORM fee filled out online on an unofficial USCIS website. I filed the credit card dispute and requested a new credit card right after I found out this the same date XX/XX/2023. The credit card company ( Sychrony ) returned me {$330.00} on XXXX. Now I realized today that the credit card company charged me back the dispute {$330.00} on XX/XX/2023 without any notification. I went back to the XXXX XXXX website today XX/XX/2023, Now they updated the website with a warning ( telling consumer they are not related to USCIS ) before click on any immigration application forms. They fixed the problem now. But it was unfair, they scammed me to do so on XXXX XXXX. And my credit card refunded me after I reported this and charged me back after TWO months.

Consumer Complaint: I kept getting denied for credit do to past due accounts, delinquency. I have never had this so I checked my credit reports and XXXX is showing me as to having a synchrony Mastercard through PayPal as of XXXX 2023. Synchrony wrote it off as of XX/XX/2023 do to no payment made. I spoke with PayPal and they assured me I had never had this card. I had a dispute with XXXX that came to the conclusion I was correct and had accurate statements. However this is still on ym credit report. How do I make them take it off??
